Young man that helped us, I didn’t get his name, was terrific. We were driving from Florida to NJ and got a flat in SC. AAA sent DunRite out to tow us. They were to us in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately while towing our BMW, the dolly under the front tires got a flat. What are the chances?!! But within about 15 minutes another tow truck showed up and took our car the rest of the way to the BMW dealer in Florence so we could get a new tire. Thanks for the great service!
We needed a tow home after a very long day. What a way to finish off Valentines day, lol. Our driver arrived incredibly quick (I know the towing business and how long waits can be) and had the car on the flatbed in 5 minutes. The truck was spotless inside (also something that is rare). He was incredibly nice and very friendly. Dropped the car in the exact spot it's always parked. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received and would recommend them to anyone.
I could not have asked for better service from this towing company. Wade contacted me within minutes of my request and confirmed my location. He was there in less than 30 minutes, got my car loaded up, and transported it safely and swiftly to my requested destination. I hit something unexpectedly and busted my tire. As we sat on the side of I95 with cars whizzing by in the middle of the night it was no time at all that Austin showed up and helped take care of the tire change. He was kind, courteous and very calming in a very stressful situation. Great service, I highly recommend!!
Within half an hour of me hanging up the phone. I had a flat bed truck in front of me within a few minutes of the driver asking me, what was the problem? He went right to work. After the job was complete.

The wait was not very long Before the technician arrived. The service technician was very helpful in trying to diagnose the problem. When the problem could not be resolved, the recommendation for a local shop that could provide repairs was an excellent one. A tow was required to get the car to the repair shop, but once there the team at Firestone in Florence did an exceptional job of getting my car repaired and getting me back on the road.

My car disappeared because i gave them the wrong address then I forgot about me doing a 1 star review so they called me to ask me to correct it before they put there mouth full on there that's there words not mine. I guess they pissed with me now oh well at least I corrected my mistake.

My vehicle wouldn’t accelerate on the highway and left me stranded in a turning lane. I got a quote from some other company and they planned on charging $250 just to take my car a couple miles. This company only charged $95 and they were super quick. The tow truck driver was also very professional. Absolutely recommend.
Driver was very helpful, he took pictures of my damages under my SUV after it was towed. I really appreciated the extra mile he went to let know what caused my SUV to become inoperable.
On Saturday November 15th, Dun Rite Towing came to our rescue. We were stranded on the interstate due to a flat tire. The staff answered the phone promptly and sent help out quickly. The Service Person Jacob was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Which only took 10 minutes after his arrival. I highly recommend this company if you ever need emergency roadside assistance in their area.

After my car broke down on a busy highway, I contacted AAA for a tow. In less than 30 minutes Dun Right Towing showed up to assist me. Within minutes the driver, Teddy, had my car on the bed and off the highway. The tow was approximately one and a half hours away. The truck was extremely clean and well kept. I really appreciate that. Teddy was very friendly and very professional.
Our car broke down over Labor Day weekend. A driver of a small tow truck stopped and kindly asked if we needed help. Unfortunately, he couldn’t tow our car because it’s an all-wheel drive, but he referred us to Done Ride Towing.
