First time there, it was so awesome. I met this guy helping us out dumping wood; he is funny and knows a lot. I'll be back. The girls who checked me in and out were sweet and respectable as well.

Most rude people ever. I don’t expect to help people dump their trash, but they could at least not be so hateful. These people are the face of your business and they make you look like your business, trash! I have never had a pleasant interaction with anyone in this place. I saw a comment that said basically give them a break they do a thankless job. That is not true. They are paid well and have benefits. I work with people all day and I don’t treat people that way.
Numerous times have I visited this particular location only for it to be completely closed during business hours for the day or closed early (15-20 minutes ahead of the 7pm closure). Although this site is most close to my home, I feel I can no longer depend on them to be open during their own posted business hours. I have never had issues with other locations in the Pee Dee region, so it stands to reason that the management over this locale does not care for the public and their own busy schedules in order to keep their gates open as advertised. Either cut your hours back (and please post these revised hours!) or find staff members who actually care about what they do and how it impacts others in the community. I am thoroughly disappointed in you.
Nothing like working all day, coming home and loading your truck up with dozens of trash bags, broken down boxes, and all kinds of items from cleaning out the garage, only to find the gates closed at 6:50PM (yet they are open until 7:00PM?).
I dont care if the employees are sitting down. Ive thrown my trash away without issue for 10 years here. They do a thankless job and keep the place running. They literally could've been working for hours straight and sat down the 20 seconds someone came through.
Went there on a Saturday. This place gets busy and congested in a hurry. I didn’t like the fact that they had one side of the ramp blocked off for the yard waste. I had to drive around the ramp twice to keep from blocking the gate with my truck and trailer. No sense having it blocked off when they are that busy. The employees are too busy sitting down to see what needs to be done.
