My son went in for some work and there was a mix up in communication. After a quick call Welsh immediately made things right. Outstanding operation that you can trust. A rare find these days. Can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been coming to Welsh for years; I’ve always appreciated how transparent they are with pricing and the work that needs to get done, as well as what can wait (and how long you have until it gives out LOL). Their service managers and team as a whole are just wonderful people.

Thank you to the Welsh Auto team for another job well done. I worked directly with Mike and Jackie, both very helpful. Mike informed me of all the necessary repairs, what was required for inspection, what is recommended for the mileage of my car, etc. We discussed all the options. He pulled the previous repair paperwork from my glove box to update his system of previous repairs. Ultimately, the 2009 Subaru lives on. Thank you!

Shawn, Mike, John, Jackie and team are fantastic, from a large repair job to topping of fluids, adding a little air, or even a bulb change, they are ready and happy to help. Even go as far as helping you plan and budget a larger repair!

The reason for this review is to award and recognize a business that went above and beyond basic customer service. My wife called me in distress about a flat tire after dropping my daughter off at WCU. I reached out to Welsh (Exton) via telephone to let them know the situation. The two team members I talked with was excellent listeners and understood the situation. Welsh fixed the tire, and didn't try to upsell a new tire. They also did it without a schedule appointment which is the icing on a the cake. I will always agree this is not the norm for any busy shop. They took an emergency situation, in freezing weather, snow everywhere and made my wife feel like VIP status. She called me with such enthusiasm I was smiling on the other end of the phone before she even got all the information out. Thank You Welsh Team

I went for my inspection recently and I knew there were going to be a few things that needed fixing. The team was kind and helpful and extremely efficient, and although the anticipated repairs were expensive, they made sure I knew what was most important so I could stagger the cost and come back later for the rest of the maintenance. They were informative and did not make me feel like they were trying to snatch money out of my pockets. Being a girl can be intimidating when it comes to auto shops. Thanks for all the help guys!! It was my first time using Welsh Automotive. They were highly recommended by a good friend. She was right as everyone was friendly, didn’t have to wait long to get an appointment and the did a great job.

Dropped my Jeep off Sunday night, called the next morning to discuss my needs, a few hours later I was on the road! This was my first visit and It was very refreshing not to get on the phone and get bombarded with everything that was “suggested” my vehicle needed to be “safe”. Welsh Automotive felt safe. Welsh Automotive felt like a family member was taking care of me. Now I see why Welsh Automotive gets 5 star ratings!

Welsh takes good care of all my cars. They are knowledgeable, honest, capable and always on schedule. They communicate very well on inspection issues and cost.

I just moved over to Welsh after 15+ years at another automotive shop. Jackie was awesome. This is my new home for routine maintenance.

Had our car PA state emissions inspected there and the next day it wouldn’t start. No issues going into the inspection and after the inspection there were no issues reported, but within 48 hours the car no longer started. Turns out the battery died - could be a coincidence but felt off that everything was fine until the day after we bring it home from the shop. Regardless, gave them the opportunity and they offered $360 for a new battery and install. Very high, and even after the situation, wouldn’t budge on pricing. They were nice enough to jump it for us, which was appreciated, and we drove it straight to the dealership. New battery and install done quick and for $249 (over $100 cheaper at the dealership). Is what it is wish it would’ve went differently but we wont be returning here.

Welsh is an excellent place to get any kind of auto work done. They’re fast, trustworthy and always friendly and professional. As long as they’re here in WC, they will always get my business.

I had a great experience with Welch Automotive for a full week They got continue phone calls from me trying to figure out what I could do with my car where That was overheating, then Jackie told me to drive my car off and on a Thursday not only find out on Monday that they never received my keys from John L Smith..Jackie, then Took time out of her day to ensure she would find my keys and she will call me back letting me know they have been found and that she did put an order in for my vehicle she also communicated with me what was wrong with my car and made sure I was OK to fix the vehicle after doing many test on my vehicle and the findings.. I can honestly say it was hard getting up the money to pay for my car, but it was well worth it when I did have the money to pay it off. I’m thankful today is the first day I had my baby back in almost 2 weeks and I’m hoping that our overheating issue has been solved. I was thankful because when I talked to John yesterday at 4:30 to explain to him that I will there pick up the car and that I wouldn’t get there until a little after five he waited around for me to show up so that I wouldn’t be without my vehicle to get to work today. Thanks for everything that was done and as I told him that I will be Going on a 6hr Drive Saturday he told me to drive the car around for a couple days and then on Friday bring it back in that we can top it up with very thankful and I will be back For the continued service that my car needs in the future.

This was my first time not using the dealer or AAA. Best decision I ever made. I went in for an oil change, inspection and emissions test. Usually, about half way through the job I get a call with a bunch of “recommendations” for service to drive up the cost. I received no call other than to tell me the job was completed. That left a good feeling knowing that if I genuinely need to address something, they will tell me and not just push a bunch unnecessary maintenance recommendations. This is my new go to for my vehicles. Thank you for having integrity. I sincerely appreciate it.
