We had switched to another mechanic because we wanted one that was closer to home. That was the biggest mistake we made. So glad to be back with West Goshen. I missed the honesty and fair pricing. Never going anywhere else again.

Excellent Service West Goshen Automotive offered a quick appointment and all went so smooth. They are honest and thorough in making repairs. They also offered future recommendations to keep our vehicles running smoothly and the pricing suggested, was very reasonable. My husband and I would recommend West Goshen Automotive to our family and friends.

Called Mike at West Goshen Auto to look at my truck for a second opinion. A competitor was failing my truck for inspection, stating it needed a lot of work that didn't make sense. They went over my truck throughly, and my truck did not need anything of what was being stated. I appreciated the honesty, and the truck passed the inspection confirming my suspicion of the competitor. I recommend this auto shop and will use them in the future. I personally thank them again for doing an honest job.

When my car died in the middle of the road, my first thought was to call WGA. They gave me the # for a tower that they trusted, everything went smoothly, and I have my car back! I thought it was an expensive transmission repair, but it was a (less expensive) broken axle. So grateful to know these guys!

This most recent visit was just for routine maintenance, however I have had brakes, tires and other types of service at West Goshen Automotive. I have always found the service to be excellent and the price fair.

I don't know why I haven't left a review for them before, but I've been going for about 7 years now and have nothing but great things to say. I know more about cars than the average person, but I still rely on their honesty as I can't diagnose everything. It's the only shop I've been to that doesn't push parts/services that aren't needed, and their labor pricing and hours are fair and reasonable. They'll let you know what's urgent and what could wait, and they have great communication and customer service (especially Mike, who I've always dealt with). Most importantly for me though, is they're accurate with letting me know when the job will be finished. I have a work truck and a full schedule that's not very flexible, and time is money. More times than not, it's finished before there say it'll be.

I had a major front brake failure while driving down route 476. One of the rotors completely broke apart leaving the car unsafe to drive. I had it towed to this shop since I've been using them for about 4 years now without any issues. They were able to get a look at it within 24hrs to confirm the front rotors and pads needed replacement which I expected. What I didn't expect was almost a 70% markup on the parts cost. I explained to them after searching multiple reputable suppliers that had them in stock and ready for pickup that I couldn't find anything close to what they were charging. It was roughly a $150 difference which is significant to anyone in this economy. They wouldn't allow me to supply my own parts for my car, and I couldn't drive my car away to go somewhere else... So I was stuck and they had to know it. Dave absolutely refused to match the parts cost with detailed print outs I brought in from multiple sources. He wouldn't even discount a dollar. They also never offered to remove the warranty for a lower cost. In fact - he preferred a negative review and losing a customer over doing the right thing during the holidays. That says a lot. And after all of that - they performed a very careless installation of my new unknown brand super expensive brakes. The coating is scratched off in many places on both of them. I noticed this immediately after I brought it home to switch over to my winter tire setup. Photos added. I'll be sharing my experience with my friends and family, and also with my neighborhood via our social media group. I'll never go back, and I recommend you stay away from this shop.

Dave and his team provide excellent service second to none. If I could provide a 10 star review I would. I have been using the services of West Goshen Auto for years, and have NEVER been disappointed with their service. I highly recommend them for all of you automotive service needs. I am giving them 2 out of 5 even though I still didn’t my car fixed yet, but the reason why is I dropped off my car on Friday last week and the car needed a part, so they ordered it and told me that it will take 3/4 working days to pick up my car so I left my car there so whenever the part arrives, they get it in asap but here I am ,2 Mondays, passed and still didn’t get my car and from what they said is that it might take another 3/4 days to get my car back. So inconvenient for a first time customer. Hopefully, nothing wrong happens with the car after they get it done. So frustrating!! ## an update: Here I am on Tuesday 11/08/2022. Got a text from them to talk, and they were mad because of the negative review that I gave them and they had my contact information, my address and email and they didn’t wanna fix my car and told me to take off the negative review by tonight or they’re going to talk to their attorney. Very bad experience whatsoever. 1 out of 5.

These guys are the kind of people you WANT to do business with! I recently purchased a Used car and prior to accepting the vehicle, I called West Goshen Automotive to inspect the car to ensure it was in great condition, or to identify any issues. Never having used them before, they fit my car into the schedule within 24 hours and performed the inspection! The car passed, and it was a very fair deal! I will bring my cars there for all automotive needs in the future.

These guys took my car last minute and gave me a fair price for repairs and had my car ready before the end of my work day. They was pleasant and very knowledgeable about my problem and I appreciate it.

These guys wills take care of you! They were super busy, yet were able to fix my car quickly. Not only are they professionals but are honest. They definitely go above what other automotive places I’ve been in. Year ago, an automotive place told me something electronic would need to be entirely replaced costing $700 range. Knowing a little about cars but not enough, I asked if something else was the cause ( and in that case it would be about a $10 fix). The fix was a nice to have while driving and decided to forgo it. Years later…when my car was returned by these West Goshen magicians…the electronic component worked! Didn’t even asked about it, because I gave up on it. And you know what the cause was?!…well I can tell you it wasn’t the $700 option. Glad I’m not crazy! Thanks West Goshen Team! They really look over your car, not just the issue at hand.

I want to start out by saying I don’t go out of my way to write reviews but I was so impressed by this shop I felt compelled to. I just moved to Pennsylvania and was already in search of a new mechanic. One day I was on my way home from work, my car unexpectedly began to misfire. This shop was the closest to my location so I decided to take it there. They were almost closing but took my vehicle in without hesitation. I was expecting to wait a while for the initial diagnosis and estimate but after the holiday weekend I got an unexpected call from the them with everything my car needed. The work was done so quickly and I got my car back in no time! Mike worked with me to keep the cost low! They were so friendly and informative when it came to pick up time! I want to thank the owner Dave and especially Mike for helping me get back on the road!

Great service, friendly & helpful staff. They completed my service quickly, and were flexible in being able to send a text instead of calling, which is super helpful to me with the nature of my job. It was such a low stress interaction from start to finish, I'll definitely be coming here consistently going forward.

I went in to get a tire plugged because I ran over a nail. Note that I physically saw this mail and knew exactly where it was on my tire. They looked at it for 15 minutes and came back saying that, a previous plug was leaking (a flat out lie) and that I needed 4 new tires. The tires I have now are LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OLD. They don’t even stock tires and tried charging me for a delivery fee and the cost of the labor and such. They’re a rip off. Save your money.

We just moved to the East Coast and feel so fortunate to have found West Goshen Automotive (finding a new mechanic is intimidating). They have been so helpful and truly a pleasure to work with! They have fair prices, and are always willing to ask questions/educate me on how stuff works, things to look out for with a new repair, and other helpful tips. I cannot recommend them enough! We have mostly gone there just for oil changes and our inspection, but I’ve also had them fix my A/C knob switcher and a solenoid valve.

We have been bringing our Vehicles here for years. The Experience is fortunately always the same. The timely service, thorough explanations, professional and friendly staff. The consistency and knowing what to expect from the moment I make the appointment to when I drive away with the car, are two factors every place of business should have!

Just had new tires installed and balanced, they did not try to force me into extra work. I did need new brakes but said it was up to me and I can schedule when I'm ready if I wanted (no pressure sales). Prices were reasonable and obviously cheaper than a dealer. Very friendly service, they have a new returning customer!

I appreciate the level of professionalism that I received from West Goshen Auto. The technician took time explain what needed to be done and patiently answered all of my questions. The work performed on both vehicle was excellent. I received the vehicle in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning to West Goshen Auto for all vehicle repairs.

My family and now I all go to West Goshen Automotive. We have been going to them for the last 15+ years. Dave and Mike always take care of us from new breaks to state inspections. I highly recommend them to others.

I was in the automotive service industry as a mechanic and Shop manager I understand how important getting the diagnosis right and the need for quality work to be done, After all people's lives are in our.hands. Dave and his mechanics have never failed in performance of there jobs. They even let you know what type of issues that will need to be adreesed in the near future. That is the best sign of a great automotive shop, Keep up the stellar performance.

Best team ever! They work well together and that shows when we the clients receive back our vehicles, everyone is on the same page. They are true professionals, honest, willing to help at all times and give the best advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I hope they stay around for a very long time.

Great Shop! I have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. I have had both of my vehicles in for one thing or another and they have taken care of things at a reasonable cost. I would recommend using this shop to anyone.

Always Helpful - The gang at West Goshen Automotive always is honest and fair. My truck did not pass inspection and Dave referred me to a body shop to get the proper repairs. After complete a quick check allowed me to get my stickers.

I've gone to them for a little over a year now with not a single complaint. Friendly staff that understand good customer service makes loyal customers. It's always easy to get a timely appointment. Process have always been reasonable and they don't try to upsell you on anything frivolous.

West Goshen Auto is by far the best mechanic I've ever used. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
