Beware. Quality issues and poor customer service: We needed to take our 3 bikes on a family trip so I researched and purchased the Quadratec Premium 2" Receiver Hitch for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL, JLU (12015-10) And the Quadratec 4 Bike Folding Bike Rack for 2" Receiver Hitch (92034-1001). We received it a couple weeks later. I first installed the hitch on my Jeep with no issues, then put together the bike rack as well. Both felt well made and sturdy. However, the bike rack wouldn't fit in the hitch. I measured the size of both the hitch and rack with a caliper and to my surprise, the male hitch was bigger than the female hitch!: 2.03" vs 2.02". Exchanged emails with Quadratec customer service, sent photos and more. It was like chatting with a bot because answers were so not related to the problem. They replied a couple of times with the same "solution": buy a hitch extension because of my 35" tires. What?. I mentioned and photos show that I have a stock 32" spare tire... I asked how to return and they ghosted me. I missed my first planned trip with the family but then I solved the issue with a grinder and repaint.... Won't buy Quadratec anymore, what a disappointment.

LOST my order. ZERO follow up. ZERO accountability. 10 minutes of automated messaging menu nonsense before i could even talk to a human. never buying another part from them again and highly recommend you buy elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I have made my last Quadratec order. I have been a customer for years. From parts to enhance my first ever jeep, a '89 XJ to upgrades for my current JT... I've bought it all. I have even used Quadratec for certain parts for my '79 CJ7, but no longer. I recently bought a product on their site. Price was listed, added to cart, purchased, it was shipped... and then that's where the story goes sour. I never received my product, and not because Fedex lost my package, but because the shipping was purposefully reversed by the company. It was redirected back to the warehouse after shipping. Apparently Quadratec made a mistake when posting the product and reversed the order. I still do not have a refund or a product. They followed it up with an email saying that it was their fault and that offered a small giftcard. I do not want a giftcard, I want what I ordered. I have been a business owner my entire adult life. If we as a company make a mistake it is on us, not the customer. Business is about doing what's right for your clients, and now that I know we are not cared for at Quadractec I will have to order elsewhere, and encourage my Jeep community to do the same.

Quadratec advertised items for sale, items were purchased and credit card charged by Quadratec, was provided shipping number and purchase confirmation. The items were shipped from Louisiana to Tennessee, The night before delivery the shipping address was changed to be sent back. Quadratec stats the items were a opps on their part, and that oracle reversed the sale even though the items were purchased and sold from Quadratec website. I personally would not recommend them for buying items due to shady practices and refusals to honor their sales.

I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order with them on July 7, 2025. It is now Sept 4, 2025 and I still don't have my order, regardless of it showing "in stock" on their website. I've inquired multiple times about it and have been given expected ship dates, only to find out it never ships. Now, I've been waiting for over a week on an answer to my last inquiry, and have not gotten a response. I can't even get a refund. I will never deal with them again due to this horrible experience. If it weren't for the recommendation from a friend and all of the positive reviews, I would expect this to be a case of fraud. I have no clue why my experience has been so bad, but consider yourself warned.

Hello Ghouls and Gals! This is my third year of attending Jeeps & Java. This event includes the Halloween decorations created on Jeeps, and everyone appears to enjoy the fellowship. The other big score and draw is the scratch and dent sale on return items! You have to have a little patience to wait on what's coming up next for sale on the tables. Most importantly, you can be inspired by the Mods done to Jeeps seen here and call them during regular hours for their team to help on buying items to make that Jeep unique and truly yours!

The carnivore steps are great! They are packaged very well and included the best directions I have seen for any accessories so far. All required hardware is included and installation was easy.

Quadratec is the place for ALL your Jeep needs. The staff is courteous and respectful; ALL my orders have arrived in record time. Returns are as just as expeditious and smooth. I ordered a quadratec maximu duty hydro 7.0 then when I went to the shop to have the suspension installed the mechanic said it was leaking and there was no play in the shock and he said it looked like the shock was used because it was dirty. and the thing is, I waited for 7 days and then I scheduled an appointment at the shop because I also have work, the truck needs to be finished in 1 day because this is my service when I go to work every day. This is a waste of money time and effort.

The seat covers I ordered came within 2 days and fit perfect. No regrets in buying them. Would recommend the Diver Down set covers to any Jeep owner.

Install was pretty easy. I did not need any help. There was a mount on the passenger side, next to the front step mount that was in the way that needed cut off. It took about 30 seconds with a grinder. This was not shown in the instructions or video that I watched from Quadratec. The instructions are useless. I did find a video on YouTube that helped. I love the ruggedness & look of these steps. Well worth the $.

Quite pleased with the top. Was concerned when the box was delivered with damage, but everything inside was intact. The enclosed instructions were not the same as online video but did match the product in the box (there was no mesh part as shown in video, but not an issue). Overall good experience, although took me longer than suggested 4 hours as I had to remove my OEM soft top before installation.

This cover fits great. I was a little worried when the instructions said the doors have to be off but it fit amazing even though our doors are still on. We’re expecting rain tomorrow so the cover arrived just in time!!

Looks much better then my previous soft top. You do have to give a good amount of effort to install not to hard but it pays off. It looks amazing since my last one was all scratch up and leaking. Overall looks awesome!

So far, so great. The true rating comes after some time, use and weather have passed. I'm optimistic. The fit was really good. The quality of the fabric, plastic (windows) and zippers seems really good. Fabric appears to be not as thick as my previous soft top, but that could be due to fabric tech development, or the years of use (and accumulation of mother nature) of the previous top. I did keep the main body of my previous top for seat covering during rain events when I am topless in the future.

Good cover. Plenty of extra stretch for my aftermarket bumper, extended hitch and spare tire.... Be careful when cutting the antenna hole, fabric is delicate after the cut so watch snagging issues when putting on or removing. Not a big deal. I put foam noodles in low spaces to prevent as much pooling as possible because I'm topless 24/7 in Florida. A couple of heavy rains so far with wind and all is good.... I recommend it.... And this is honestly my first ever review post....

Item is great. Easy to order. Quality item. You might want to consider an alternative shipper though. Box was completely trashed on delivery. Lucky nothing was damaged.

I just walked in the door. Been gone for 4 days. I’ll let you know if it’s broken. OK part two of the install quadratec was great about returning the broken one. I did not realize that both of them were damaged. With a little bit of work I was able to get the second one fixed and mounted. They’re a little sticky, but I’m sure they will wear in. They need to be packaged much better so they are not damaged in shipping. And I have no idea what that other metal piece was in the box but I sent it back to you. Excellent service, quality products, and fast shipping. My spare tire rack was easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions and holds my bikes securely. The only concern that I may have is any stress it puts on the stock hinges. If it becomes a problem, I know Quadratec has the parts I would need to fix. Highly recommend!

Received these seat covers in record time. Super easy to install by following the included instructions plus videos on YouTube. Great look on my 2021 Gladiator. Highly recommend.

Awesome top wife loves having a Jeep convertible. We prefer the after-market top more than factory. We installed ourselves with a combination of the instructions provided along with YouTube videos. The videos don’t really show the challenge of the z clip installation, and we can’t imagine assembling outside the Jeep and then trying to install. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the end result.

These caliper covers definitely add to the look of your wheels. Installation is extremely easy, make sure to be extra careful putting the wheel back on to not hit the caliper cover by mistake. Also, I put a drop of Blue thread lock on all of the small lock nuts included for some additional piece of mind. Over all they look authentic and have received a lot of compliments already. Wanted them to match my AEV center cap...

Love my new Bestop Pro Hybrid soft top! Delivery was fast. I couldn’t have been able to install as quickly and easily without a YouTube video. No zippers is a game changer! I love the glass windows. Such a difference being able to open the rear window. And I can see out of them!! Also, no leaking!!! My old OEM top leaked horribly and now my floor is always dry.

Quadratec Winch Mounting Plate and the Stealth Winch. The products are beautiful and the packaging, customer service, delivery time were all A+! I was really excited to get everything and get started on the install. 1. The Fairlead plate does not contour the stock bumper leaving gaps on the ends. 2. The instructions that came with the Mounting Plate are incorrect - The instructions show three pieces, the mounting plate, backing plate and fairlead plate. I went to the website and downloaded the pdf on the product description. It made the installation confusing. Also, the instructions are hard to follow. The photos aren't well described and there were a few spots that I just had to figure out. Is there a part that I can use to fill the gap between the bumper and the body panel. The OEM part gets removed to accommodate the winch. Maybe a template to modify the original plastic part the sets behind the bumper. That would really give it a nice finished look. Update: I modified the plastic trim that closes the gap. Not perfect, but much better than without. Photo added.
