Drove 3+ hours for a truck, and it was exactly as advertised. Had emailed them on a Sunday (when they are closed) and to my surprise had an email back within an hour. Was a very low/no pressure sale, was given the keys and the freedom to dig around the vehicle without a salesman over my shoulder. Was given a test drive with no hassle at all. Was given a fair offer for my less than perfect trade in. Honestly, not much more you can hope for when buying a used vehicle. Bonus, it comes with a 90 day nationwide powertrain warranty, so me being from a different state is a non-issue IF something goes wrong. Will update if anything goes south, but highly recommend.

Crossroads auto sale might be the best used car dealer east of the Mississippi. The service was top-notch from start to finish- friendly, professional, and no pressure. The staff took the time to answer all our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of the phenomenal service they went above and beyond to service the car and make it feel like new. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I don't think it is in the "used car buyers handbook" for a transaction to be this good! Seriously. My son purchased his first car right after high school, and it was a great experience. Firstly, the staff, namely Dante, was super cool, easy-going, and a pleasure to work with. We drove a few cars and had our eye on one in particular. We set up a pre-purchase inspection at our mechanic, but it was not to be. The issues were far beyond what was obvious and required some in-depth analysis to identify. Nevertheless, we walked away without a car, but with a great experience. My son, on the way out, wanted to test drive a Passat he had previously driven, and found that the second drive was much better than the first. We set up another pre-purchase inspection, the car was a gem, and the rest is history. It was easy for me to see where Dante got such great character and a sense of fairness when I met his dad, Brandan. He was fair, savvy, and cut the deal of the century. I have another son who is purchasing soon and our first, and hopefully last, stop will be, you guessed it, Crossroads Auto Sales. Thanks, guys.

I purchased my 2014 Subaru Forester in November of 2023 for $13,000. I am a person who takes car of my car and keeps up on maintenance. Within 6 months of having the car I put $3000 in with engine work and shortly after another $2500 in transmission work and that was with the Subaru dealer. I also took it to my regular mechanic I’ve been with for several years for $2000 for suspension issues and was told by my mechanic it looks like it sat in water or was in a flood. NOW I am a year and a half in with about $8000 of work put in on the car and I am still having problems.. not to mention I still owe $11,000 on my car!!!!! I really was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point it has become very unfair and unethical and I wanted to make them and future customers aware!!! I am furious and exhausted with this car at this point!!! I am a hard working woman and I feel like I was taken advantage of at this point!!! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!!!!!!

Could not be happier with my experience at Crossroads. I was from out of state, but really liked the car they had. I dealt with three different people via text, call, visit to test drive, then another visit to buy the car after I finally decided. Each person was a professional, kind, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. The day of purchase, I had trouble getting there, but they were understanding, stayed late for me, and were extremely helpful. They had all documentation read and it was painless. I even get a limited warranty which I was not expecting and helps with piece of mind on my purchase. Thank you very much for everything! I highly recommend this business.

Purchased a 2012 Volvo today for our son and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Donte, Dave and Brandon were friendly, easy to talk to, transparent and we didn't feel one bit of pressure. They let us test drive as many cars as we wanted without pressuring us to buy one over another. Used cars always come with some level of risk. However, each car we looked at appeared to be in good condition and drove without any issues that we could notice. The Volvo was in as perfect cosmetic condition as anyone could expect from a 2012. Even nicer than the pictures online. Like everyone we compared prices on all the cars before going. It wasn't the lowest price or the highest price we saw. For example we saw cheaper ones but they weren't anywhere close to as clean and in the condition of the one there. We also saw a couple that were priced higher and in worse condition as this one. In our opinion the price of the Volvo was reasonable and fair when compared to others for sale and other auto value services. They were also transparent with work that needed to be done on it before listing it. They provided us with documentation of a few minor things they fixed or replaced. Nothing was cause for alarm but the fact that they even bothered to tell us was really refreshing. They even made us a copy to keep for our records. Summary, we feel we got a fair price on a car in excellent interior and exterior condition. The friendly and no pressure service made us leaving feeling satisfied with our purchase. Our son loves it! We will def look at their inventory next time the need arises.

Mike and his dad were both very helpful. They made the process of trading in my van and buying my new (used) work truck very easy. Contacted me back quickly, gave me a fair deal on my trade in and sold me a quality vehicle. Professional and kind. Would highly recommend.

The owner Brandon has been in business for decades and there are many reasons why. It's not too often you buy a car, especially used, a feel good about the experience. I feel the price I paid for my FJ Cruiser was competitive and Brandon went out of his way on more than one front to make my "buy" decision a no brainer. I ended up having an issue with the battery and Brandon immediately took care of it. It was PA inspected buy I live in MD and was concerned about it not passing in MD due to how strict they are. All ended well. And a shout out to salesman Mike who was patient with me, answering tons of questions and even texting me pics of the frame, before I decided to make the drive to PA. Thank you Gents. It was well worth the trip!

Brandon gave us a fair price on my trade-in and the car as well, no pressure. When I had an issue with the car they stood by their warranty and I was extremely impressed. Great, professional and quality customer service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I seen a vehicle I was interested in, called them and was told to come in. I came one hour to closing; they took they’re time with me to ensure I was completely satisfied!! And left within 2 hours with a GREAT PURCHASE!! 2 weeks later and had a second mechanic look at the car “great vehicle and well-kept condition”!!! I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be back in the near future!!

5/20/2021 I highly recommend Crossroads Auto Sales for your next used car.  If I could give them more stars, I would! I went to the lot to check out a Mini Cooper and drove away a short time later in a gently used BMW 3 Series. Mike and Brandon were complete strangers prior to my arrival to buy a used car.    They both made me feel comfortable with NO pressure and the car buying experience was simple and seamless. I took the car to an independent mechanic who did an inspection of the vehicle and there were a few problems identified that needed attention.    I contacted Mike and Brandon who worked with me to resolve the issues and now the car is good as new. - Thank You, Crossroads Auto Sales!

Both Dave and Brandon were very easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal on the car I purchased. BEWARE: While their cars look very nice, I looked at 2 cars and noticed some safety issues. Sure, they are used cars but no one want to compromise safety for savings. FYI, I'm a mechanic and when I pointed out the issues, they seemed aware of them, things like exhaust leaks and steering problems, (also a significant coolant leak). I tried to pursue purchasing one of the cars and was told I would be contacted, never was and they sold the car out from under me. Easier sale? greater profit? Unsure, they did not respond to my email. UPDATE: It is unfortunate that Brandon's response is full of inaccuracies in an effort to save face. The fact is, he did not call me back the following day as promised and he did not respond to my email, only to my review. There was no offer made, only an explanation of my budget, which was flexible. If Brandon had responded as promised, that he would "have the car looked over and get back to me", my daughter would be driving the car after fixing the very common steering issue as safety should not be compromised. I take pride in my integrity as a certified mechanic since 1986 and likely know more than the salesman about mechanical issues. Reviews are for the buyers consideration ... proceed with caution. Looks like his last positive review was from his employee.

I recently bought a terrific F-150 from this dealer. Was one of the most efficient and frictionless transactional experiences I‘ve ever had. Michael and Brandon make that happen by being transparent and very responsive. Solution oriented, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. They keep it real and natural. Far exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend them with no reservations if in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

I just got a great deal on a nice low-mileage Infiniti in great shape! It was a very straightforward, fast, no-pressure, relaxed experience with Mike and Brandon. Even after I had already bought the car and found a leaky tire, Brandon bought me a brand new one; these guys really stand behind their cars. The son of the owner who helped us is certainly a first class guy all around, someone did good...darn, almost makes me want to buy another one. The car had an issue and he was totally upfront with us on the phone about it before we made the hour and a half long trek from lower Delaware up there. Other than the stated issue, the car was 100% solid all around and they adjusted the price accordingly and took care of us beyond measure.
