I’ve had such a great experience at Crash Champions over the years. I’ve used them a few times and they have always been responsive and fast. Kristen at the front is amazing as well as the rest of the staff:) Hopefully, no more accidents but I would absolutely use Crash Champions again.

I took my car to crash champions after an upsetting fender bender. I don’t know much about cars so I just went with the closest to me, And oh my God, I’m so glad I found this place. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and they really helped keep me calm and focused during a high stress situation. They kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car and I just felt like I could easily talk to them. There is no upsell anywhere.

My overall experience was quite positive. The service was impressively fast, and they resolved the issue from a minor incident in quick time. The vehicle was spotless at pickup, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Of course, no one wants to come back because of an incident/accident—but if one ever happens, this place is definitely one among the best in the region.

My Nissan rogue was rear ended a month after I took ownership. Now the back looks like new again! The girls in the office were very helpful setting everything up. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crash champions in west goshen. Kristen was wonderful and coordinated our van being picked up from my house bc i have little children, one with special needs. Lee kept me updated every step of the way and dropped the van back off. I do not want to get in another accident but if I did I would pick Crash Champions to fix my car. They are great people.

This place was recommended by my insurance company, but after my great experience I also provide my personal recommendation. Everyone that works here is incredibly kind and helpful. The shop did an amazing job fixing my car after my collision and even got it done 3 days earlier than they estimated it would take. Also, they even went the extra mile to top off my gas and do a light cleaning inside my car on their own accord. Very professional, judgment free, and all around great place to help you get your car back to like new. Highly recommend.

I was in a collision once and took my car over here. Geoff and Kevin were extremely professional and helped me get through this. I got my car back and they even gave me a free paint job because of how long my car had been there due to the national supply chain shortage. As much as I don't recommend anyone to go through a collision, this place will get your car running well again.

I didn’t take any photos since it’s raining but I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience, I hit a deer & I had to get my passenger side front fender, door, hood & headlight fixed & now it looked as if it never happened. The repairs were supposed to take 2 weeks & they had it done in 1 & when I got into my car, I realized that they even detailed it! & all of the people I spoke with, including the woman at the front desk were so nice, patient & efficient. Would recommend going here!

I have never had to take my car to have any repair done to it so I was lost as to where to go and I am so glad that I went to Service King Collision. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and my car was done and painted with all Nissan parts by Friday. My car looked better than ever and the inside was detailed and looked incredible. Great service and great employees. They kept me up to date the whole time.

Had a great experience here- fast professional service and results were great. They updated via text and phone call throughout the service so there was no need to wonder what was going on or when I would get the vehicle back.

My Kia was broken into and the steering column was demolished because some jerks were trying to steal it... Yay TikTok! My car was brought here and finished in a timely manner. I had a fender bender end of November, dropped my car off at Service King. Cannot express my gratitude for Lee and his team. They kept me up to date on my vehicles progress and I got her back good as new in the time frame that they had stated when I dropped the car off. She looks better than before. Superb craftsmanship. I don't think I'll ever have a better experience with a collision/repair company as I have with Service King! The people were kind and informative, and I received bi-weekly updates (both calls and texts) on the status of my car. As stressful as someone hitting your new car can be, Service King made it an absolute breeze and assurance the entire way that I was in good hands. I'm so appreciative of Jeff and the two women at the front desk, and my car looks great!! Paint was matched perfectly, and my car even looked like it had been vaccumed and washed. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Service king did an excellent job repairing the from end damage to my car and detailing the interior. When I got my car back from them it looked like a brand new car. If ever I need to have my car repaired I am definitely going to Service King. In my opinion they are the best.

PLEASE BE WARNED! Do NOT Take Your car here if you have any concern with quality and professionalism! I learned my lesson the hard way and should've read the reviews but I was not patience, didnt do my research, and took my car here anyway. If you have the slightest temper, I advise you not to deal with the unprofessionalism, bullying, terrible quality work, and unethical practices here(or have someone with bail money ready). My experience at this place was so terrible it required me to get the VP of Service King Operations involved to get my car to a mediocre level of satisfaction. Being that I have a strong stance on not accepting terrible for what I am paying for, the manager literally tried to bullying me into accepting unfinished work! From the initial moment, I came to get my car only to find that half the bumper was about to fall off. And the manager has the audacity to think I brought it in like that! Im sure more have experienced this moment here. Secondly, the interior of my car was damaged with paint on the inside, seatbelts not working, headliner drooping, and automatic fasteners not operable at all. But yet they claim to have a quality inspection program. This is quite laughable. Thirdly, the paint job looked as if it was done by an apprentice learning to paint and NOT a professional. My paint job is waving, smattered, and not even close to quality expectations. Fourthly, the manager of this location threatened to reposes my car for lack of payment although it was literally sitting in their shop for over 3 months to get repaired. It became quite laughable at this moment. Then demanding i bring in a certified check to pay my deductible even though there is no requirement to do so. The manager will they to get you to do this and when i confronted hime I was told that the VP of Service King told him to release my car with my choosing of payment as it should have been from the start. The work is terrible. If you love you car, take it else where. If you want to argue with these people, do so on your own accord. You have been informed. Terrible business practices here and everyone should know about it! My car looks worst now than it did before I took it in.

Do not bring your Tesla here. Absolutely miserable service experience. I initially brought the car over on a Tuesday (Mar 19) for a damaged passenger side mirror assembly. They ordered the part, and told me they would contact me next week and let me know when the part came in. The plan was to paint the part, and then have me bring the car in. Next week came and went, and the week after that as well. At three weeks, I finally contacted them again (on Apr 11), and they said "Oh, the status has been updated to 'Shipped', it should be here shortly. We'll call you when it's in. I asked why I wasn't called, they didn't acknowledge or answer the question. I waited another week, no phone call. I called them back, and asked if the part was in. They said "Yes, it's here now, we'll paint it up now. You can bring the car in once it's painted and we'll install it." I asked them when I should bring the car in, and they said drop it off Tuesday of that next week in the evening for a Wednesday install and pick-up. I dropped the car off in the evening Tuesday (with no signage saying where you should leave keys, or envelopes to put them in, or anything). The next day I get a text message saying the car will be ready in three days. Keep in mind I was told I could pick it up Wednesday evening. I contact them, and they say "Oh, sorry, system is off", let me get John the Tesla guy to tell you what the real deal is. John tells me that they're going to paint the mirror now, and that I can pick it up Thursday. I asked him again "Hey, you told me the mirror would already be painted, and it would just be a simple install", and he says "Well the mirror is being painted now, so you'll get it tomorrow". I asked what time tomorrow can I pick it up, and he said he would call me back. So for anyone playing the home game... 1. I was told twice I was going to get phone calls, and didn't receive them. No apologies for not calling, no even acknowledgement that they didn't. 2. They also told me they were going to paint the mirror prior to me bringing the car in, and didn't do it. ... Which led to the repair taking extra time and denying me use of my car. 3. A simple mirror replacement has taken 5+ weeks. ... and if I hadn't been continuously calling them, I'm sure it would have taken longer. 4. The entire time, their attitude was essentially "screw yourself, it'll happen whenever it happens". While they never actively said it, the impression I continued to get was that they really didn't care that they weren't doing what they said they were doing, they didn't care about how long it took, and they didn't care that they continuously failed to let me know what was going on. The absolute lack of courtesy was apparent from the moment I walked in, and that should have been the cue to take my car elsewhere. They really acted like it was an inconvenience to deal with me. I eventually got my car, and the mirror, but I would absolutely not use these folks again, and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone who had other options. I waited a while to post this, just to make sure there weren't any other obvious problems with the mirror after use, because based on the professionalism of the service interactions, it would not have surprised me to have had additional problems.

Took my car here to get the back bumper fixed after a fender bender and the entire experience was great! Friendly people, timely service, high quality repair. My car looks as good as new! I hope I don’t have to use the company again (because I don’t want anymore accidents) but I would definitely recommend Service King for anyone who needs a good honest body shop!

I recently had my car repaired at Service King on 1 Reservoir Road in West Chester, Pa. I couldn t be happier with the result. They did an excellent job , the car was beautiful. Mr. Lee Goldblatt was my service advisor, he is extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He guided me through the process, and is a true professional , a credit to Service King. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest , I give Service King all tens! Thank You Lee, and everyone who worked on my car. It's greatly appreciated!

They had my car so long that they went over the rental limit. 'Lee' seems to be the person in charge here and he said they would cover the cost of the rental for that time and they never did. Since getting my car back, I've left multiple messages for him with no responses. It has been weeks. When I called back to speak to Kristen, the secretary, she sounded unsurprised that he had not returned my calls, as if he normally dodges people for money. The service here is absolute garbage. I only used them because they were recommended by my insurance company. I'll be letting Allstate know how bad they are.
