Eldredge has a great way of protecting our community such as with industrial propane tanks by venting them for the local community to smell and wonder if it’s a sign of “the big one”… I just wish they’d do that on less windy days.
Great service! I called and asked for a pump out of some oil we had stored that needed to be properly disposed of and recycled. I'm not sure if the gentleman I spoke with was the owner or a manager but he got back to me right away and said he would send a truck down in the morning. This morning the truck was here, completed the job and was on his way. This was a quick and easy process and we're grateful to have a company like Eldredge, Inc. Hazardous Waste close by to call.
Website has wrong hours listed. Told by an employee at 4:45pm that the hours were not changed on the website. Told to return Saturday morning at 8 however they were again closed. They need to be straight with there hours to the general public. Very disappointing.
Every single person I encountered here was SO kind to me. It was obvious I was clueless and multiple people helped me by giving me instructions on where to go, what to do, and even helped me unload. 10/10 I will be back soon with more!
This place is the best! I’m always in and out. Easy unloading - just back up to the hole and throw it in. The areas where you drive are always clear and debris free. The staff in the unloading area and the scale trailer are always helpful and friendly.
I called to get information regarding removal of old paint cans and the woman with customer service was so rude I immediately felt I needed to write a review. She admonished me for not having a pen and paper ready when she quickly spouted off a telephone number that I asked her kindly to repeat so I could put in my phone. Everything about her tone and conversation with me was rude and condescending. I am flabbergasted that she still has a job with the way she handled the call. Please work on your customer service.
They are a purging household's best friend! Prices are beyond reasonable, and they are very helpful. If I didn't have to drive my car out of there after dumping our stuff, I'd gleefully dance out of there.
Wonderful service and staff. And excellent selection of food that will satisfy any hungry stomach, and a carrot cake to end off your meal that is absolutely to die for. 11/10 would eat toxic waste again.
