Extremely easy company to work with for my junk removal and donation for a recent move. People on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful, able to schedule pick up for next day. The veterans that came to pick up were kind, professional, and quick! Also budget friendly and close to what was quoted over the phone. Would use again and recommend to anyone for their junk removal needs!!

Received a great service from beginning to end. Joe was great when he came by for the appraisal after I was quoted more than double by one of their competitors. Then, on the day of the job, his team called and politely asked if they could come earlier than scheduled, then completed the job swiftly and smoothly less than 90min. I had a Piano to dispose of and bulky items plus bags of stuff destined for the trash but way too much to leave for the Recycle/Trash pickup. The JDog Crew were perfect. I called to get a quote for some junk removal. I was quoted $300.00. Very reasonable price. When I got home, there was a note from Justin stating that there was $120.00 in the envelope because the junk didn’t take up that much room in the trailer. I couldn’t believe the honesty! He could’ve taken the entire $300 and I wouldn’t have known any different. I will use them from now on, and recommend them to everyone I know!
Just had some of JDogs team come out to do an estimate for me. I'm so happy with the service, very polite, incredibly quick, non-judgmental of my messy apartment, and very thorough. JDawg was immediately responsive over Labor Day weekend when I could not reach anyone else. They were on time, crazy nice guys and did a great job! I did think the pricing was a little steep- however my client had used a less expensive service and they did not return for the final clean out and NEVER replied. So- you pay for what you get I suppose. I will ABSOLUTLEY recommend this company to future clients.
Great business! This is our second time using JDog Junk Removal and Hauling, and their process couldn't be easier. They're very responsive and things seem to run like a well-oiled machine. But I'd expect nothing less from an organization that's run by military veterans. I also received a text message prior to the pick up that had a picture of who was coming to pick up our item. This was a wonderful experience. We had a full apartment clean out. The estimate was extremely fair. They sent multiple crews over, and the job was completed quickly. Every one of the workers (there were 6 total) were nice and extremely conscientious. After I had a poor experience with a different company, I was extremely happy with JDog. I cannot say enough good things about them!

The guys were great. So nice and curtains and accommodating. Had extra stuff and they said no problem. Was quoted price for full truck and they said only 3/4 so it was less. Price includes labor unlike other company I contacted. Will recommend to everyone that asks.
This was the first time I used JDog Junk Removal, and I was very satisfied with the whole process. The scheduling process was quick and the person very friendly and knowledgeable. The two men that came to the house were respectful, courteous, fast and an ease to work with. I would recommend JDog to others.
Working with dispatch to schedule a pickup was easy. The two men arrived 10 minutes early. They explained the charges up front, including labor for anything over an hour. In the end we found their charges to be very fair, as we had a full truckload of items to be picked up which took about one and a half hours. Most everything they hauled out had to be carried up from the basement. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They picked up everything, including very heavy items, with no complaints. They were respectful of property. I would definitely use them again and recommend JDog.

Hudson and Bob came out in less than 45min from when they were called. So literally SAME DAY CLEAN OUT!!? They hauled out many things including the heaviest being an old furnace. They were friendly, professional and careful when needed (such as not scraping up the walls as junk was removed). Thank you so much!! I hope Steve (your boss) knows how wonderful you both are!

We had a great experience with the JDog folks. I asked for a quote online on Saturday and got a phone call in less than an hour. We scheduled the pickup date / time for the following Monday between 8:00 and 10:00. They arrived at 8:00 sharp and loaded the sofa bed before I we even realized they had arrived. The two JDog employees were very professional, respectful and courteous. And they expressed how thankful they were for our business. I will definitely recommend JDog to friends and family.
Look no further! Wow, these guys are the best. I’m moving and needed some furniture removed. The price was excellent and the guys were fabulous. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They worked quickly, in a somewhat difficult situation. I have three floors and several turns on the staircases, but they never complained, just smiled and did the job effectively. They were very hard working and I was delighted with what they did. They are veterans, too, which means a lot to me. I thank them for their service to our country, and certainly for the great work they did for me. Highest recommendation.
This was a great experience start to finish. I had a response to my online quote query within an hour. We agreed to a date and time window. 1/2 hour before the schedule start of the window I got a call updating me on the specific arrival time. The truck and 2 personable movers arrived on time. They worked quickly and carefully. They removed things from my house, basement and behind our garage. They even took a few extra things we found as they worked! Would definitely recommend and use again.
