Took my wife’s car there, they were very nice and professional. Also reasonably priced!

I had a flat tire in the area and I was able to call them and they were able to service me right away. I was so appreciative of how quickly they were able to get me in and out. Great service and great company.

Don’t let them dupe you. I took my car here for safety and emission inspections. They failed safety and told me I needed new front brakes. Was quoted $600. I argued that they looked fine to me but they insisted. I purchased new pads and rotors and replaced them. They were not even close to needing replacement which is less than 2/32 inch in thickness. Came back and showed them the evidence and asked for a refund. I did receive a refund of the inspections but I wasted time coming back for a re-inspection. It should have passed in the first place with a recommendation to replace the brakes rather than a fail.

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. They are honest and will always take care of you. I have never brought my car anywhere else and have always had a great experience with no issues. Highly recommend!

This place is great! They have excellent service and was very helpful with me since I don't know about cars. I got my inspection and they showed me what was wrong instead of taking advantage of me and over charging because I am a woman like most places do. I definitely recommend this auto shop they do right by your car.

Dillion was great. My car won’t start after getting gas at the Wawa next to the shop. I walked over for assistance and Dillion came over. He jumped started my car in a matter of seconds. I am really grateful that he was able to help me.

Do yourself a favor, dont go here. Took my vehicle to get inspected and they said i needed 2 new bulbs in my tail lights which i %100 know i did not need. We had just checked all of the lights before bringing it in. But whatever,went along anyway just to get it done. Then they call and say its almost done. So i get there, as I'm waiting for the stickers to be put on to leave,all of a sudden now i see 3 guys standing around my vehicle pointing and talking. It was obvious they were contemplating whether or not they could get away with failing it over such a trivial reason. So the black guy waves me over and says he just now noticed a microscopic chip in my windshield. Literally the size of a very small ant. Now they want $600 dollars to replace it or they wont pass it. Its costly enough keeping up with a vehicle and i dont have $600 to throw at a windshield that i absolutelydo not need after already paying $600 for brakes and rotors and wasting $130 extra for a wasted inspection fee. Needless to say i will never go backand recommend no one else does either.

I called the day of and was able to get an appointment to repair my headlight in less than 2 hours. Upon my arrival I was greeted by two gentleman at the counter who were well-mannered, friendly and polite. They informed me they did not have my part in stock and let me know it would be about a 30 minute wait while they waited for it to be brought over. 40 minutes later I had paid and was out the door, this was the BEST, most efficient service I have ever received from an auto body shop! I am incredibly pleased with their prompt, and professional service. I HIGHLY recommend Heilman’s Autobody shop, they are fantastic!

We had an emergency situation with our vehicle late on a Saturday - 5 minutes before they closed- and they took the time to diagnose the issue and give us some strong recommendations. Much appreciated!

I took my car there last week for an inspection. My car didn't pass inspection due to noises/vibrations coming from front wheels. This has been the case for 3 years (and had passed 2 inspections like that). However, I was happy to get it fixed as it did bother me. They wanted to completely redo my entire brake system (hardware, rotors, and pads). My pads were literally a week old and my rotors were a year or so old. I tried explaining to them that it was doing that prior to new rotors and pads. They stressed that I needed it all redone, despite brand new pads. I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to the dealership and it passed inspection. I did, again, want the issue fixed. They diagnosed the issue as a bent front hub flange and didn't require any of the "fixes" this place recommended. I'm happy to have saved quite a few hundred dollars in getting the second opinion.

A good place to fix your vehicle. They always try to help you right away. I have been there several times and they always try to fit me in their schedule. Unlike other places that tell you to come back in 2 or 3 days time, they listen to you and take you seriously and try to help you right away. A great mechanic shop.

ALERT: DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!! We took our car here for an oil change. When we got the car back, it had 25 more miles than when we took the car. The guy in charge could not explain the difference. He said my husband made a mistake writing down the mileage. No way. We have to keep track of mileage for income tax purposes. We will no longer give this place our business!!!!!! WE

I have had to get 2 tire plugs here (different tires). Very nice and professional. Great price and we're able to complete while I was at work near by.

I've been using Heilman's for all of my car repairs since around 2006 and they've never let me down. They do a great job at a fair price, the staff is courteous and they always explain the work that needs to be done along with an estimate of anything extra. Finding an auto mechanic you can trust isn't easy, and I don't trust anyone but Heilman Auto Service Center

When it comes to service, Heilman Auto provided me with more respect than I could've asked for. Being a young adult, many people try to bully you into buying something unnecessary. I went to a local competitor for a state inspection a few weeks prior, the environment felt somewhat hostile. The employee at this other company was agitated and acting as if his poor workday/mood was my fault. Once I fixed the issue and returned to that companies facility to have my car re-inspected. The employee treated my with no respect and anger because I had work done on my car by another shop. Instead of giving them my business I looked elsewhere. Luckily for me Heilman was still open. Every single staff member at Heilman provided me with respect and fairness. They were understanding of my situation and provided me with the best option to have my car inspected the following morning, allowing me to ease the stress provided from the previous shop I went to. I highly recommend working with these guys, they are honest and will continue to earn my business. Thank you for the help!

To me, the most important thing about choosing a repair shop is trust. There were several times when they had the chance to rip me off, but didn’t. Instead, they try to find ways to solve problems and avoid expensive repairs. The dealers (Acura/Volvo) tried to rob me blind in some of those cases

Rick and Kyle have always gotten me in same day for a quick turnaround. They are very reliable, and do excellent work for a competitive price. I would highly recommend.

The staff has been extremely accommodating to me whenever I have a need to get a repair done quickly. Prices are always fair and I can trust the quality work and service whenever I pick up my vehicle from Heilman.

I brought my car here for a simple repair, one simple repair. It turned into an elongated process of multiple visits and thousands of dollars. There are 5 other reviews below who share the same story. Please don’t go here. They do not honor their faulty work. When they mess up and the problem re occurs, they blame it on something else. Highly dishonest. Beware of smiling faces. There are multiple shops each way down the road, travel the extra mile and save yourself a lifetime of hassle.

Absolutely terrible service. Read a similar review below. They have you bring the car in for whatever troubles you are having, and consistently add new issues to the car they say you have to replace. I have had to bring my car 3 times in one week for the same issue and then again later for another issue for a part they replaced. This place is a total nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and drive anywhere else down the road, including a brick wall.

If I lived in the area, I would take my cars here all the time. My son was visiting the area for the weekend, and late Saturday afternoon his car broke down. Rick was super helpful, and even though it was too late to repair on a Saturday, he got him in first thing Monday and got him on his way, at a fair price. You don't find customer service like this many places.

Very happy with our recent service at Heilman’s. Rick was very thorough and honest about our needs with our 4Runner. Maintained open communication from diagnostics to completion. Highly recommended!

Took my daughters car for an oil change, they then told me the brake pads needed to be replaced. I thought the estimate was high but the car was there and just had the work done. I didn't realize until I got home that I was also charged $18.76 for a "Supplies Fee"!! It's a shame they feel they need to do this since they are so community friendly and always accommodating. Read your invoice before paying. Dave Ash

this WAS my 4TH trip, every time they say they have fixed it, "OH, something else is wrong". 1,000 later still issues., They keep saying if the light comes on again, just bring it back we'll give you a great price. HELLO, fix it the first time and I won't have to come back. I have owned my car since 2009, I take care of it, there has never been these problems before. Yeah I don't think I'll ever being going back there, I'm sure they will find something else. I am going to dispute my charge on my credit card and I have told everyone I know not to go there, and I know a lot of people. DO NOT GO GO THERE. Pass the word around MDS West Chester, PA

Horrible, poor service with a smile. A simple flat tire turn into very costly repairs. Did everything thing they recommended and each time was a failure on their part that lead to bringing the car back, more problems, more $$$$, and a waste of my time. This went on for six months and the last straw was when I had an oil change and a couple days later all the lights, (engine, oil, and air bag) went on and was told it's an oil leak, and the clean up to see where the problem was would cost $188. I didn't understand why I would have to pay because they created the problem, so, I had AAA flatbed car out of there...one of the Heilman owners called back days later saying will do leak check for free, I declined and because I remove the car from their location they will NOT stand by ANY of the work previously done. Oh, they blamed my cars high mileage...they may drive you home and/or pick up, but, they drove money out of my me.

Always very professional with great service at a reasonable price and taylor the job to your time needs. They also provide a pick up and drop off service that makes it easy and convenient. Rick always greets you and thanks you. Really like the service all around.
