Our overall experience was very positive at the West Chester PA office - After the assessment during the visit - it was found there were items that needed attention - these were reasonable findings. The amount for these items were deducted from the original online quote. We had the opportunity to negotiate a reasonable "meet in the middle" amount that they accepted. We were in and out. Very professional and stress free.

Visited this location as they gave me a good valuation online which was reflective of other offers received. I was in the branch for about an hour in total. The assistant was nice and fairly knowledgeable. Looked over my car a documents and all went well that’s why I gave 3 stars. After which at the offer stage was terrible. They went from just under $18k to about $13,700. I had given accurate information for there online quote, the only additional reduction was they found 2 error codes which they say cost $1300 extra. If that’s so they should have come out at $16,700. There highest was $14k. Likes others have said it was a complete waste of time for me and the company and if the service wasn’t as nice it would have been 1 star

I had received an online estimate to purchase my vehicle from WeBuyAnycar for $3,500. Clean title, no accidents. 4 tires needed to be replaced and my display screen wasn’t working which were not factored into the $3,500 estimate due to the difficulty I had locating them in their valuation tool, so I was expecting a little lower offer. Based on my research, I was expecting to receive $2,500-$3,000 for the vehicle. After Ryan performed the in person evaluation of the car, he stated there was 1 small error code that came up and that there was normal wear and tear for a vehicle with 120,000 miles on it. He then gave me a stunningly low offer of $800 to purchase the vehicle, which was immediately declined. The next morning, I went to another REPUTABLE car dealership in Downingtown who purchased my vehicle for $3,000, mechanic inspected, no haggling. 370% more than WeBuyAnyCar offered. Based on my experience, and in my opinion, I felt like their practices were deceitful and borderline predatory(Bait and Switch?). In my opinion, I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking to sell your car for a fair price and avoid WeBuyAnyCar at all costs.

Good experience. Ryan, the Branch Manager, was very patient and professional. The purchase offer was fair. I just wished that the online assessment of our car allowed for more honest details of the condition of our car (which was in good condition for its age). This process would provide for a more accurate price offer.

I recently sold a car to we buy any car.com and gave a mediocre review. I felt that the staff was great and made things very easy, but was not happy that my offer was much lower than what I had received online. I didn’t realize that the Carfax report was not looked at prior to coming in. Having this knowledge, definitely changes your expectations. I had a second car to sell and knowing that it had a clean Carfax report I went back to we buy any car.com. I did have several higher offers, but the process would’ve been more difficult and taken a longer time. Knowing how simple the process was, I chose to sell there again. this time the price was much closer to the online offer, and the staff was once again great to work with.

I would love to change my post and thank we buy any car for being incompetent and not assessing my vehicle correctly and as I thought I would get a message back with some guy reading stuff off of a computer I am at a dealership as i am leaving this review after KBB offered me over a thousand more than we buy any car and the car got checked out by an ASCECertified Technician not a guy with an amateur OBD sensor and I only got $600 knocked off so thank you we buy any car for being incompetent. it's funny I wrote the review and then read negative reviews and I've never heard bait and switch by so many people on One review site so once again people do not let them steal from you unless you just don't care because I know they don't because there's plenty of stupid people out there that don't know what the vehicles are actually worth and what they can get for. I am at a reputable right now Dodge dealership right now and I was just handed a check for 1852 after the car was checked out by an ASC Certified Technician not a guy in khakis who goes from a desk out to a car and can't even shut a hood. I guess I should have put wheel speed sensors not abs sensors ? lol And please read comment that he makes about my scanner and his scanner about not spending money of course not why would we spend money on the right stuff to do the right job you wouldn't make as much

Ryan and his associate Lancaster (ugh, I didn’t catch his name) were amazing. Full transparency, you can tell they cared, they were personable and knowledgeable. The entire process was easy, painless, and quick. I didn’t know what to expect but I would recommend if you’re in a bind and want to sell your car right away. However don’t expect to get a lot for your car; you’re paying for convenience and no headaches. They get you in and out. The location is a bit hard to find, it’s in the Rita’s shopping center, all the way back to the left.

Very polite, efficient and professional staff! Did their assessment and gave a very detailed and thorough explanation of their findings and how they determined the final offer amount. Easy, convenient and answered all my questions and properly explained the full process from lot to back office and transfer of title/ownership. Very simple process, all in all did not take long I was out the door with a check in hand in about 1 hour or less. Chase Kinsey was the person who handled our transaction, he did a great job.

My experience was pretty good with the West Chester Branch. If you come in with realistic expectations - meaning the online valuation is the starting point, then you should be somewhat satisfied. The whole process is very transparent and they do a pretty thorough inspection of the car so just expect that online number to be reduced. Chase was great to work with and he helped us get close to our number. I would definitely go back if the need arises.

We worked with Chase to sell our 2008 Infiniti and had a terrific experience. No games. He just checked out the car, told us where deductions from the quoted value were being taken, and gave us a cash offer that reflected those deductions. A totally transparent transaction. The experience here was wonderful easy and I got way more than I thought I would for my car! It took about an hour to an hour and a half, and as long as you read the checklist off their website on what you need to bring. Including a clear title in your name and have the paperwork that they need. The process is smooth and simple.
