I just received my order after spending $ 400.00 in ignition coils and spark plugs, I have to request action in order to send the products back. The poorly packaged products were loose. Two spark plugs were just in the box with no protection. It seems they just threw the parts in a box with zero care or respect for clients. Having in mind that clients look for the high end parts, this company sucks.

I'm realizing just now that I had failed to do this more timely. But definitely needed to review and acknowledge the gratitude I have for the professionalism and courtesy from Anthony. He has gone above and beyond EVERY STEP of the way in some needs I had with some parts I ordered. I'm in DFW area, and its unfortunate I had to go online (out of state) to get better support, at a fair and reasonable price. Anthony will definitely get more of my biz in the future. Thank you!!

Web site showed a picture of one color item but part number was for a different color item. They returned my full purchase price with great customer service.

Please be aware before buying fr these unprofessional people, they are real scammers I have ordered a part fe them they sent me the wrong parts when I tried to return they asked me to pay for shipping worst customer service. Please do your self a favor and look away.

Smooth and communicative transaction

I purchased several parts for my Mini Cooper Countryman, one of which I needed to return... it was a mis-order in my part. Anthony worked with me resolved a very challenging issue with my return. His communication, friendliness and time/patience with me were better than any customer service department that I have ever dealt with. Communicating with Anthony was more like asking a favor from a friend rather than dealing with a customer service department.

BMW Parts Hub had the lowest price anywhere I could find online for a Genuine E46 Window Regulator with exceptionally fast shipping on the east coast. Maintaining my fleet of four BMWs occasionally calls for genuine parts. BMW Parts Hub (Otto's BMW) including shipping costs was cheaper than all the European parts vendors online for this specific part. I will definitely check out this site next time when I am ordering genuine parts.

I had several questions regarding the correct suspension parts to order for my 2016 BMW M4. I reached out for assistance. To be honest i was scared to buy online from here as there is no many reviews and i do not see an actual building in the address listed here but I sent them an email to call me, and they called me 10 minutes later, great Customer service, answered all my questions and they made sure they check your VIN# to be sure what you are ordering. Shipping was faster than what they told me!. The Roof Racks I did got them from the dealership but I bought my Bike Racks for my mountain bike from here, the prices are cheaper than the actual dealership and parts are exactly the same i didn't see any difference to be honest. The max I've gone is 80mph with the bikes on and no issues, it hold up ok i guess. The Front tire of my bike moves a little when i'm driving but i want to say that is because of the size of the tire but the bike ain't going no where, it holds up pretty good. I feel like the Hitch would be a better idea and the bike would be safer there but I have no complaints or nothing bad to say about BMWPartsHub.

This shop had the parts I needed at competitive prices. They double-checked my VIN and part numbers to ensure I got what I needed, and shipped right away. I may not look enjoy replacing broken car parts, but it was a pleasure doing it with BMW Parts Hub.

Ordered a little bit of a complicated, paint to order, body color door handle for my 2014 BMW X6 (E71). I could have gone to the dealership and had them charge me $1300 - $1500 to get my Comfort Access fixed. Instead I ordered the part, in the color I needed. About a week later it arrived in the mail. The exact color code I needed for my year and model. The part was a genuine BMW part, the paint work is top notch, the phone assistance was very friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more. I made a video of the install. It can be found by searching "BMW X6 E71 X5 E70 Comfort Access Easy DIY Fix" on Youtube! I did the job myself for $256, delivered. These guys at BMW Parts Hub are great!
