My car wouldn’t start in my garage at 5:15 on a Friday. Young’s garage came out even though they were closing at 6:00, got it started and had me follow them back to the shop for immediate repair. Great customer service!

I called at 5:30pm on a tuesday, got scheduled for a tow for Wednesday at 10am. They showed up perfectly on time, were very kind and helpful. My car was fixed by the end of the day! Quick turnaround and very informative with the status updates on my vehicle. Will recommend to anyone!

Avoid this place at all costs!!! I never had a problem with my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee...until I took it to Young's. After paying more than $2k for a new radiator and water pump, I've had to get these same issues repaired two additional times within the span of a year. Unfortunately I took it back to Young's since the part was under warranty. The last time I picked up the car to find the AC (which worked fine when I dropped it off) was no longer functioning. Their employee obviously damaged the condenser while completing their work..but quoted me $1k to fix their mess (in the dead of summer). I will likely need to pursue legal action to be made whole, and really wish I went to Pep Boys to start with.

My family and I were leaving graduation event when we experienced strange sound from rear of car, only to discover a blown out tire. Lucky enough that we pulled off at Young’s auto and Mr. Young came out to Side of road to assess the situation. He was friendly, professional, and offered to change the tire for us and no charge. Would highly recommend their services and thank you for helping a stranger in need!

Very ignorant and not helpful with the process of receiving my car almost at the level I had to question discrimination.

I popped my tired hitting a nearby pothole and they helped me quickly put on my spare! Great people!

I bring my car in for service and each time they are so great. They have always communicated with me what my car needs and pricing before doing anything to the vehicle. Their customer service is great and they don’t rip you off, prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend!!!

These guys are awesome! My car broke an axle out on the road on a Sunday. I called my car insurance company's "Roadside Assistance" number and I couldn't even get a human being to answer, just a text telling me that a tow truck wouldn't be available until the following day. I called Young's and they were out with the tow truck within 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem right away, towed it back to their garage & repaired it the following day. I couldn't be happier.

This is the place to bring your vehicle. They are the most honest, fair priced folks I’ve been to in many years. They do exceptional work as well.

I had my car serviced today; simple stuff, oil change and emissions/inspection for PA. Asked if they could look at the TPMS sensors going off. They contacted me in the middle of the job, asking if they could rotate the tires, since they're off already for inspection it'd be free. Who does that?! Them. They even explained the TPM issues, it wasn't a module, it was calibration and they did it without charge. This shop is good. They communicate well, don't try to rip you off, and the pricing is very competitive. So far so good, I'll be bringing our 2nd car to them as well.

Young’s Garage, led by owner Tim, is the most professional Automotive Service, repair, and towing business I have ever dealt with, by far. From maintaining and repairing my family’s 5 vehicles with competitive and fair pricing, to going above and beyond expectations, even during off hours. In one case, Tim towed a young family member’s broken down vehicle from the side of a highway an hour away from their shop. This on a moment’s notice - amazing!! I am a 64 year old entrepreneur and have dealt with many business owners, and have never met more caring, honest, and hard workers. Young’s Garage is a platinum level business that is most appreciated and deserving of your business!!

Very helpful ppl. Our car broke down on our trip towards DC, near their garage. We ended up getting a rental car. But they fixed the car on the next business day! The ciat was also reasonable

They towed my car…fine my fault but when I got there they charged me an extra 50 because my car is 4 wheel drive. Guy behind the counter isn’t friendly or helpful at all

Extraordinary professional service - the fantastic team at Young's Garage creatively problem-solved my Mini's issues; they were communicative and collaborative; I wasn't sure going in whether Young's worked on Minis, and as it happened, while I was there they received a delivery of authentic BMW parts for another vehicle. I've found a new home for my car.

I called Young’s garage last minute for a towing. I needed my car out the place it was at my 5:00pm they were able to accommodate me. Tim was very pleasant and helpful. If we ever need a tow again I definitely would use them. Thank you for assisting me.

The only place I trust with all my vehicles. Amazing people and an amazing service, they tell you what you need to get done and if there's anything to keep an eye on for the future. I'd give them more stars if it was available

Generally friendly and do decent work. They are more expensive though. 125 in labor costs to install each set of brake rotors.

I go here to get my interlock worked on and they do a great job, always quick and friendly. They have some cute dogs hanging behind the desk in the waiting room as well that I enjoy.

Such friendly people! They've towed for us and done routine maintenance on our vehicles. They are very knowledgeable about trucks and older vehicles and they are always able to squeeze us in.

I love this garage. It's still family owned and operated, and they are always fair in their pricing. They tell you what needs to be done, what should be done and what may need attention down the line. Best of all is their sweet boxer inside the office!!! What a lovie!

Young's Garage is truly a local business that is honest and dependable! Great place to have your car serviced by experienced mechanics.

I tried to use their towing service. They wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone. Towing companies receive service calls all the time from people outside of the area. Not everyone lives a mile away so they can run cash down to the shop. This isn’t 1968 anymore. It’s 2018. What a joke.

I have been using Young's since I moved to West Chester in 2007 and have never been disappointed! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to speak with you on the issues without making you feel like an idiot. The prices are very reasonable and you never feel cheated.

I had my car towed from West Chester University for an incorrectly marked sign, that I was later reimbursed for. Regardless, under University Public Safety recommendation, I walked the 2.5 mile, 45 minute trek down to Young's Garage. While of course I was already in a terrible mood via my car being gone and walking down a road with barely enough sidewalk to balance on my tip-toes, I walked into the garage station and asked as politely as I could for a car I didn't see in the lot. Inevitably, my car was not there. Regardless, the wonderful woman inside did not say "I'm sorry, too bad" as some of the other car towing services did (as this was my third one walked to to find my car-- which had been towed unnotified and without any sort of knowledge of where it went) this wonderful woman went out of her way to call another towing service using the information I had given her in looking for my car and found my car within 10 minutes, whereas it had already taken me several hours with no luck. From there, she refused to let me walk back, going as far to making her brother pick me up off the side of the road when I started walking. This man was just as nice, making my drive quick and pleasant and understanding my plight and sympathizing. I tried to leave some money for him as a thank you, but he downright refused. Young's Garage is one I will use now because they were humans. They understood what it meant to be in trouble and went out of their way to make me feel like I mattered when no other Garage did, even when it cost them time and probably some money. By far the best garage in West Chester, it was worth the walk, though I don't recommend it if you don't have to. Thank you for being humans! I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
