To make a very long story short, I was sold a bum car from a dealer close by. Kate went out of her way to be honest, provide more help than the dealership, and really went to bat for me. She didn't know me from atom, but treated me like I was an old friend. During this hellish experience, the folks at Automotive Intelligence were the only ones who had my back. Automobile Intelligence: Write Auto Intel on a post it note and place in on your fridge. Today we hang on to our cars as long as possible, even longer. Some garages do the minimum to keep the bill low and one’s car inspected and road ready. But more owners today need some major surgery, work normal shops won’t do or care to do. Basically some cars, the love of your life, need rebuilding often frame up. This is possible with Auto Intel. Their vision addresses that need to keep a high millage car running to 300,000 miles in the case of some brands. A $2,500 frame rebuild, or $3000.00 refurbishment is far preferable to a $25K to $35K new car financing. So if your car vision into the new year yearns for just another hundred thousand miles, give Automobile Intelligence on Turner Road, West Chester a call. My daughter’s 2010 4Runner -275,000 miles frame rebuild is one perfect example of this very favorable review. Then have it detailed, and feel good about mastering this difficult car dilemma for now. May 2024: Another great job complete on my Nissan Cube. An alternative to buying a new or used car I once again turned to Auto Intelligence to update my 2010 Nissan Cube. The car at 80,000 miles needed around $3K in bearings, motor mounts, alignments, spring caps, muffler, etc and a transmission fluid change and undercoating. To me, the gamble that a fuel pump or timing chain issue would later occur was equal to the same risk for financing a used car for $18-$22K. Auto Intelligence produced a wonderful tight, smooth beemer like drive which I really enjoy. So keep that post-it note on your fridge for Auto Intelligence, Turner Lane in West Chester. These folks take car care to a whole new level. 200,000 miles, no problem.

Automotive Intelligence is absolutely the best place to go for any car issue you may be having. More specifically in my case I've gone to them for my annual car inspections and they're always wonderful. They're professionals without being uptight or cold. They're warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and very willing to share their knowledge and expertise/experience with you. I've officially met Kate and Matt who are the perfect image of comfortable professionalism - meaning, they have a calm/relaxed vibe about them which only reassures my comfort that they know what they are doing. They are very experienced with the inner and outer workings of cars and it shows based on my discussions with them and the lack of panicked energy in their building. I've dealt with some places that just have such high energy but in a negative way, it just makes you feel nervous! These employees and this business are all about calm professionalism, all while being warm and welcoming to their customers. AND to top it all off, inspections in PA (in my experience before I came to Automotive Intelligence) normally take hours upon hours to be completed. Automotive Intelligence had my car in and out in just one hour. Now, that's also because my car isn't in need of anything, so give or take it could be longer, but if your car is good to go/nothing needs to be fixed or taken care of right away, you won't be waiting long. And honestly, I don't even think you'd have to wait a long time even if something was wrong or needed to be fixed. They are experts at what they do and they definitely live up to the name Automotive Intelligence. :)

Have been taking my cars to A-Eye for years. Matt and Kate and crew are incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and simply excellent people to deal with. Car owners take a leap of faith when choosing a primary mechanic to do business with - never disappointed. Matt and Co have kept my high mileage older rides on the road and now I know my newer rides are in good hands. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Been going here for years!! I have several vehicles of various brands. I bring them all here! I've even brought some in for mild aftermarket performance related work. I've never had any issues with any of their work. They have done work on my cars from very simple to full crazy tranny work. They are honest, great, have fair pricing, and just know what they are doing!

I don't normally write reviews but this is an exception! I want to HIGHLY recommend this auto shop in West Chester, Automotive Intelligence. An honest, reputable mechanic who knows cars, stands behind his work and doesn't try to run up your bill or add charges for things you don't need. You won't be sorry, this guy knows his "stuff". Not the cheapest but he's fair and honest and if it's not right, he will make it right! A great mechanic is hard to find, and this is one of them, so if you want the work done right, fair prices and someone who stands 100% behind their work, I couldn't recommend Automotive Intelligence more highly.

I have always had such a fantastic experience at Automotive Intelligence. I have had two cars serviced here and every time I go, the service I receive is the best I've ever had at a shop. When my car unexpectedly stopped working about two miles away, my dad and I managed to slowly get it into the shop and they took care to figure out what was going wrong with my car. I have also had my oil changed here. They are fast, treat me like family, and never overprice for what they do - which really means a lot to me because I'm a woman. Thank you so much for being the shop I trust to bring my car to. I would recommend Automotive Intelligence to anybody in the Chester, Delco, Montgomery, and Philadelphia county areas! An open, honest upfront shop that won’t sell you anything your car does not need. Had work done to my 2014 Acura MDX at Automotive Intelligence they outperformed the local Acura dealer in quality, price and professionalism.

These folks are incredible, not just with the care and expertise they exhibit in handling vehicle repairs, but with their investment into the hearts of their customers. When I first walked into their shop while I was investigating prices on a repair, I was immediately impressed. "Impressed" feels too thin a word to use given the care and concern both my beloved car and myself have received from using their services. It almost feels insulting because of how far above and beyond the standard they have gone. From Kate to Matt to the rest of their team, I've only witnessed the highest quality for the best price not only in terms of car repairs, but in customer service. I have a passionate emotional attachment to my vehicle, lovingly dubbed "Harriett" by my daughter. Kate at the front desk listened to my stories about "her" (Harriett, my car), which was completely unnecessary in terms of the repairs she'd required when I began bringing her to AI. Kate has gone as far as referring to my car as Harriett as well. "Harriet is done," was the most heartwarming message I've ever gotten from a repair shop (which is one reason why I'll never go elsewhere)... Even more validating and incredible was that the first time I picked her up from getting TLC from Automotive Intelligence was finding "her" name written on the attachment to "her" keys. It was positively adorable and sweet. Additionally, each time I've brought the car to this shop, I have sought advice from other mechanics (I also have 2 in my family) regarding prices and Automotive Intelligence has NEVER failed to offer the BEST one whilst delivering exactly what they promised. They aren't just Intelligent. They're absolutely BRILLIANT. They're basically the over-achieving, amazing Valedictorian in terms of auto repairs and customer service. Perhaps a name change is in order. 😉 Thank you guys so, so, so much for always taking such good care of Harriett!

I'm commenting on a negative review posted by Raed 6 days ago. I highly recommend you disregard his comments. Let me say something is definitely wrong with him that hes leaving bad reviews almost 3 years later. I think that speaks volumes of a persons character! He also left my business a bashing review that was complete lies from a visit 3 years ago. This is why i am going out of my way to stand up for this shop. That tick noise was brought into my shop. We made recommendations on repairs required and customer did not want to spend the money and declined the repairs. He continued to drive and when it fell apart hes blaming others for his mistakes!!!! He bounces around to different shops looking for the cheap fix, declines needed work then blames others for his misfortunes. I had horrible experience and would not recommend them at all. I got my timing belt replaced there for a great price. When I picked up the vehicle there was a ticking sound that I never had prior their work. When I went back to check on that they wanted to charge me diagnosis fees. I told them that this should be a follow up on the work they and I refused to do so. Later, while driving, my car broke in the middle of the road because one of the pulleys that supports the serpentine belt fell. I got it fixed and the sound was gone!

I only trust Automotive Intelligence. & not only that, my dad does too (which says a lot). The staff is always super friendly, honest & caring about the work they do & their customers. As much as I dislike having car problems, I never mind if I have to wait an extra minute because everyone is pleasant there.

I started taking my truck there recently and have been very satisfied with their service. They have provided quality work at an affordable rate. They really took the time to listen to any issues I had with my vehicle and make my satisfaction a priority. Katie is an excellent service writer and a great front end person to deal with. She handled my insurance claim with ease and really advocated on my behalf. Overall excellent service and I will continue to bring my vehicle there for any maintenance or repairs.

service was faster and cheaper then expected bought a tire for 20$ less than it cost at AAA with member discount. I'll be coming back. also the only place locally I know that does cracked rim repair. glad I found them.

Went to get my car inspected (first time getting it done in PA) and showed up with expired registration (completely my fault)! The woman at the desk was so friendly and let me do it online right there! She printed it out for me and everything was done in under an hour. Great service and kind staff! Will be returning in the future!

Needed a water pump in my 96 Miata. Previously took it to another shop in West Chester and was quoted nearly double what Automotive Intelligence quoted me. They did excellent work and stand by it. Very friendly staff as well.

Matt who is the owner is a Very honest and upfront individual. I took my car to a place and it didn’t pass inspection as it needed a major repair. Unfortunately I’m on a strict budget to the fact I’m unemployed. I had to get this fixed so I could drive. I took my car to automotive intelligence and Matt actually explain to me and showed me what exactly needs to be repaired. He only repaired what needed to be repaired as the other place recommended so many not needed repairs. Thank you Matt for your honesty and explanation as I’ll definitely be coming back for any other repairs service for my car.

Great place to do business with! This shop has been super accommodating and does their best to make sure that I'm back on the road in the least amount of time. Caitlin who works the front is always pleasant and goes above and beyond! Definitely one of the best shops in the West Chester area!

TRUST … HONESTY … INTEGRITY. All of these characteristics are very important to me. Automotive repairs can be very expensive and many people are struggling to get by. As a customer, I am relying on the Trust, Honesty, and Integrity of the Repair Facility and the Mechanics to treat me fairly and honestly. Automotive Intelligence does this and I will be coming back! Automotive Intelligence was very helpful and very considerate about my concerns … I was especially impressed when they did extra work (Engine Mount bracket; Serpentine Belt) for the cost of the parts only knowing that removing these was part and parcel of the 'Timing Belt & Water Pump Special'. Too often in the past I have paid what I would call extra labor for work knowing that what was being repaired or replaced was already part of the process of doing what I originally brought the car in to begin with. They even did a complimentary car wash. Thank you Matt … Thank you Brian … I appreciate your honest and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction!

I happened to be in the area from out of town visiting a friend when I blew a 2 tires in the car I was borrowing. In a pinch I happened to find Landmark online and when I talked to Louis in the service department they were able to get a tow truck over right away. Tires were changed, price was good in my book, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I honestly wish I had a stand up shop to go to where I live back home like this with no bs, no haggling, nothing. Paid my bill and I was back enjoying Pennsylvania.
