My 2019 Mercedes had a driver side rear door hing that needed replaced. The diagnosis, appointment, car loan, and repair experience was as good as anyone could expect. The only glitch was West Chester Mercedes ordered the correct part but the wrong part was sent and that caused a one day delay. All that was handled smoothly without any inconvenience to me.

Great service on my car repair. Staff are very courteous; Kim Kalo is always helpful and knowledgeable and Seaver Rothwell gave great assistance with the estimate/claim and work completed - both are outstanding. My repair was beautiful. I highly recommend this facility.

Friendly, clean and efficient. They were able to flush my tank after I mistakenly pumped ethanol into my diesel tank. MB Roadside Assistance towed the van 11 miles to the service center in West Chester and they had me ready to go within a couple of hours.

I was distraught as I had burst a tire on the highway. I got put through to Alex who was extremely helpful, checked if they had the tire and told me to come over. The service was quick and efficient and Alex couldn't have been more helpful and polite. I was extremely grateful that he was so helpful with my crisis

Andrew the representative has a thorough knowledge and was very courteous. He showed empathy and understanding towards my concerns and took great care from start to finish. Overall the Mercedes of west Chester did a awesome job.

I brought in a 2008 R320 with a coolant leak.MB of west Chester Repaired it successfully and had it ready a couple days ahead of their initial estimate. The only less than satisfactory aspect was the left rear passenger door had been left unlatched (not fully closed) for about 24 hits by the time I picked up the vehicle. This send to have caused a low battery indication on the dash. Other than that, my first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Westchester, Ohio was very very positive

Very dissatisfied with my experience at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. I asked for services to be completed. They were not. They lied to me. I asked for my engine to be checked for an issue. They kept my car for a week. When I went to get it, I was told it would take over two weeks to get an appointment. Clearly they forgot. I went into the service department and they were able to make and appointment for two days later. I asked for them to inspect a ding in my hood and give me an estimate. The inspector said they could pound it out for $200. He said he would send me an estimate. He sent me an estimate for over $3000 claiming damage to the inside of the hood. After he lied about the service, I took it to a body shop and asked them to show me the damage under the hood. They said there was no damage. Poor customer service is one thing but to lie to your customers is unacceptable.

Recently had a warranty service performed, oil change and inspection on my Sprinter. My service Advisor was A.J. in the Van Center. A.J. kept me updated in a timely manner during the repair. Definitely placed customer service as his top priority. They also had a loaner vehicle available for our use. I had a very positive experience with Mercedes Benz of West Chester Van Service.will be using them more in the future.

We were trying to do the logistics of getting a friend to take my husband to and from the dealership. Finally we thought this was a Mercedes, they have to have some kind of valet service. So my husband called yesterday and they said they do offer a valet service. So my husband took the car there. Someone drove him home immediately. Then it was returned to our driveway. They kept him informed all day, and payment was taken over the phone. It was seamless.

Leah was the person that I worked with when I dropped my car off. She was very personal and professional. She answered all my questions and always return phone call when needed to inform me what’s going on and also how much the repair was going to be and I was very pleased and happy, and she went out of her way. Very special.

Third Mercedes’ from this dealership. Ed is the best. Easy to get a loaner when getting service thru the enterprise car rental here. Purchased a new 2022 Black GLC300 for $55k with lots of bells and whistles! Financing right now not the best but still very good. Had lots of stock and lots of options!

I drive 1.5 hours so Craig can manage the servicing of my vehicle. I find him to be honest, polite and very accommodating to my concerns and needs. The service department is first class from every perspective. I will continue buying and letting my vehicles be serviced by Mercedes Benz of West Chester. They are truly the best.

My service was great. My appointment was on time and everything was in order when I got there. I utilized the loaner car option given my busy work schedule. That process was also seamless. The call to pick up was earlier than expected and overall a great experience. This was my first time doing my annual maintenance on the car and very pleased.

Always get incredible service at this location and actually pass my closest Mercedes Benz branch because of this dealership’s customer service and professionalism. Love that I can trust them with my car! Also a plus that I that I get to work with a woman specialist in such a male-dominated industry. Marissa always gives good recommendations without being pushy. Craig in service department was fantastic! I was concerned about a check engine light and he was able to get me a same day appointment, with a loaner car and had my issue resolved within a few hours. I had first called another Mercedes dealership for an appointment and was told I couldn’t be seen for 5 days so I was beyond relieved when Craig had everything resolved the same day that I called him. I will definitely return to this dealership for continued service!

Dynamic experience with Craig as our Service Advisor! We bought our vehicle at Mercedes Benz of West Chester and have decided to go there for service as well. Each trip has been great! The only thing to make it even better would be if the service department offered regular discounts! Otherwise, great experience.

My visit overall was good. The staff that received my car was courteous and pleasant. The service rep was prompt and also pleasant, although by 1 pm I had to call to get the status of my car. I was hoping since I dropped my car off by 8am to get a status call before noon. I received a loaner car for the day, during my process of the paper work for the loaner car, I managed to hear a conversation of who quit over the weekend and how there weekend was, ect…. I think the conversation shouldn’t happen WHILE a customer is present! In the office.

Car needed a battery replacement after it would not start this am, I gave Mercedes of West Chester a call and they were able to get me right in. Great service from the moment I arrived. Willam had me in and out with a loaner quickly. They finished the repair quicker then expected. Great experience and a fair price as well.

One of the few dealers I have confidence in, especially Matt Davis, to service my car. They do not upsell unnecessary service. I appreciate that they take their time to ensure my car is right and take care of me as a customer. I don't feel like a means to the dealer's monthly service quota. I been a customer of the Mercedes Benz in West Chester for over 20 years as I have owned more than one Mercedes and they are like my family.. my service advisor Craig has been wonderful and caring professional along with his team and everyone that I encounter as soon as I drive in to the dealership. I know several of the employees names And I feel so comfortable and safe having my car serviced here. Looking forward for another new Mercedes in the near future!! Would never go anywhere else to purchase a Mercedes or have my car serviced at another Mercedes.They are the real deal . The entire facility is impeccably clean and organized as well!

The service manager, Craig, goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. He listens to my concerns and thoroughly answers my question. The quality of service, the response time, car status updates and convenience is something I truly appreciate. High quality customer service and vehicle repairs are truly core competencies and a major focus for this dealer. Also Matt G. from collision is also great & amazing to work with, after my car accident he assisted on getting my car back to the way it was making it perfect again!
