They're counting wasn't correct. Kinda frustrating, then told me that they dont accept dandy bottles but didn't give them back??

Attempt #4 made to go to this place and they are closed before the posted hours. I have put in way to much effort to give this place my business. So much for keeping it local.

Don't trust the hours they have posted as open. I have been here 2 days in a row well before 5 o'clock and the door is locked and no one to be found. 1st day was about 10 minutes till 5 so I hustled to get there earlier, 4:42 to be exact and still the same scenario. Looks as if employees cars are still in the Parking lot but not a soul to be found. Locked up and dark. Time to take my propane exchange and cans elsewhere. I've wasted my time and gas twice now.

Terrible customer service. Pulled in and the smaller guy screams “why?” He was very rude last time I was there. Avoid at all costs.

Decent bottle return location that counts the returnables for you! Which is a really nice thing! I hate doing it myself!

Disappointed. Store open until 4 pm but we got there at 3:10 and were told they weren't taking anymore customers and were closed. No explanation. Usually it's a quick easy in and out. They take all bottles so 1 stop for all. No more tips for sure IF we even go back.

The first rule of success is showing up for work. They can’t seem to do that. Closed last three times I drove out there.

It’s not that hard to add when you’re closed for lunch to the google hours. I waited over 45 minutes because not only were they closed when google said they were open but the “back by sign” was a range of time. Completely disrespectful to my time and I counted over 10 other cars pull in and out because they didn’t know they were closed either.

Went in to turn in my returnable containers and told told to leave cause they were too busy. 2 cars in the lot and the worker was just standing around doing nothing. Owners need to address the issue here and their other business in Lansing. Both businesses are a joke. Very lazy ppl.

Stopped today and the guy was very unfriendly, seemed mad I was there when they opened at 9am. He is always unfriendly compared to his employees, don't work there if you don't like people or your jop!!! Count has been off at times also

Count was way off. I count my bottles, always twice. They gave us 30 instead of 45. That's a big difference . Not often is it even, due to there's is always one bottle or can they dont accept. But 15 dollars off, I think not!

2 reasons for one star.. 1: their count was way off! I wanted to know if I could trust the business and counted myself before I went. I understand if the count is a few off but their count was over 100 units off!! 2: I went earlier in the day with a car load and asked how late I could bring a second car load and was told 3:45. I got there at 3pm on the dot! and walked into the building with one of the employees throwing a temper tantrum yelling and shaking the table while the other employee just ignoring my presence. The whole time I was standing there they acted like pathetic little children who didn't get their way. There was 40 minutes left before the time they claim they close when I was handed my (shorted) money and walked out the door. Fully grown men having a hissy fit and I was the only customer there!

Fast efficient and very respectful staff. 5 55 gallon bags of cans and bottles turned too nothing in a matter of minutes..

Always quick, friendly employees even though they may not really talk but doesn't bother me. My only issue is the driveway, so many pot holes I thought I destroyed my car entering, please fix the driveway! That's really bad and you might get sued if someone car actually does break from the pot holes, this is why I rarely go here.

Was a great spot to return cans until they implemented the policy of sorting your glass into boxes separate from your cans and plastics otherwise they won’t count them. They used to count them all regardless of if they were mixed together.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Take the time to go somewhere else. I returned 278 cans and was give $11 . When I told them the total was not right they told me that it was because I had 2liter bottles. They kept $3 for themselves. I feel sorry for the lady who brought in a massive truck load I can’t imagine how much they kept of her can return money.

Went out of my way to return cans and bottles after work bc I needed the money… Only to waste my time and gas bc they were already closed at 4:30 on a regular Thursday. When it’s advertised that they’re supposed to be open till 5 ?

The folks working there have always been friendly with me, but I make sure that cans and bottles are separated and there is no debris. The one time I counted my cans and bottles prior to dropping them off, they counted more cans than I did. I did mention my count before he started.

Dropped of a entire trailer load of can and bottle bags for them to count, in between customers for 2 days they counted them and understandably understood why because when they were done and went to pick up money it was $205 and some change! Very honest people

Place needs to take some notes or hire the ex employees of K&J (rip) where they would clear contractor bags of cans in less than 2 minutes all day long. Impossibly slow; multiple customers come and leave without returning cans every time I've been here because the one person they have sorting is so impossibly slow. If there's even one car in the parking lot expect 20 min wait or more. It's not rocket science go somewhere else, this place is the worst

This is the absolute worst place of business that I have ever visited in town. Every time I come to this establishment they are rude they don’t make iContact they don’t say hello and besides that they always say they’re closed when I come even though they’re open hours. Today is two days before Christmas. I came down here and they said they have no more money and grab the door from my hands. This is the absolute worst service to the point I actually cried in the parking lot because I can’t believe how nasty and rude and disrespectful the people are that work here. More like Itha-CANT! They don’t have a phone to ask questions or a list of acceptable returns. Let me unload a 16ft trailer then said they can’t help me as they sorted other peoples stuff. I asked to talk to a manager and they called the cops. ? Better off going to wegmans

I only gave them a one because I have numerous bags of cans and I used to be able to drop them off and come back to pickup the money. NOW THEY TOLD ME THEY NO LONGER DO IT. I Own a company and Don have the time to wait. So I had to drop them off elsewhere.

6 cents per can (20% more than every other redemption center) makes a huge difference. I wouldn’t call them speedy, but the people I’ve seen there are nice. UPDATE Oct 2022: They did away with the 6 cents and went down to 5 cents :-(

Poor service, Rude staff. I brought 25 bags of cans in and the kid counted every cab without writing anything down An also talking to customers and others. I thought there was a accurate system in place I did not even realize he was counting. Maybe this place is good to take 30 cans too but not large amounts.

Redeem your eligible cans/bottles for $0.06 each - EVERY DAY! This is higher than most of the other local redemption facilities. As a bonus, it also seems like they occasionally do promotional $0.07 redemption days as well (as of this posting, the next known promotional day is November 25, 2020). The employee that took care of me was friendly and the place was clean enough for me to return. The $0.06 value was a great surprise on my first visit.

I would have given them a 4 if they were pretty good and kinda got you through without too much hassle. But that's not the deal,they rate 5 stars cause they are always polite and professional.The work area is always clean and user friendly.And they're as accommodating as can be.Drop them on the way thru,and pick up more than your deposit on the way home!
