My baby brother (he’s 19 lol) left for college yesterday at TC3. Unfortunately his tire blew from some faulty brakes. I was in a panic as I’m more than an hour away, Patrick saved the day. So kind, so efficient. He gave my brother great advice and direction on how to get his car figured out quickly, and towed his car to a close by shop for a FANTASTIC price. It is so so hard to find good service and help these days, Patrick was beyond all expectations. If i could rate them 6 stars I would, thank you!!

These guys are extremely competent and helpful. They are easy to work with and they handle your car carefully. They were recommended to me by another local towing services, which I think says a lot about the quality of their work. They came and towed me out very quickly and safely and I highly recommend them!

This was a GREAT experience these guys know what they are doing and at a GREAT price. They drove all the way down to PA (5 hour drive 1 way) They were on time and the driver was a nice and professional. He got the cars (2) up to spencer in the same day and with no damage and I would recommend them to ANYBODY that need towing or shipping. Well they did it again. They gave me the BEST price and GREAT service on another tow. They ARE THE BEST TOWING SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give a better review then 5 stars they are a 10 star Co. If you need help then call them you will not be disappointed. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I left my car overnight at a location due to an emergency, which I explained to the tow company was for an impromptu rescuing of a four week old abandoned kitten in 90°+ heat. The gas station owner called a sheriff dispatch who had FLX Wrecker LLC tow it. I went in to get the car less than 24 hours later, having the kitten with me as evidence, and politely asked for any fee reduction given the context. Even after a rep spoke to their manager, who has hidden away in the back (Zach), their response was "the county sets the fees, we can't do anything about it, and it's fixed in the system." I called the county and they said they set *maximum* fees, but FLX said "this was the base fee and they couldn't do anything about it", consistently using the county as an excuse. I was hopeful for some humanity and empathy of the situation, rather than acting clueless and blaming others to avoid any fee reduction. In the end, they "had" to charge me $300 "because the county says so". I hope no one else doing the right thing gets treated like this, and the reps there should feel ashamed.

Zack from FLX Wrecker came to my AAA roadside call for a tow, but did a little checking and found my vehicle needed a charge. (We were ready to send it over to Honda for an expensive diagnosis, after being told it WASN'T a charge problem (by Koskinens).) It was a super hot day, and we were frazzled, I'm SO lucky AAA sent FLX Wrecker.

Zach is super dedicated, patient and helpful. I had to wait with my car awhile bc it was parallel parked and couldn’t be towed until the person in front of me moved but as soon as that happened? Zach came back IMMEDIATELY and got me hooked up and towed away. So thankful for his knowledge and expertise on a genuinely crappy day.

Patrick is AWESOME! I was stuck in a ditch for 2 hours behind a house, and 2 tow companies from Geico said they couldn't help me. Finger Lakes Wrecker came in 15 minutes, and I was back on the road in 15 minutes! I highly recommend!!

This is the first time I have used a tow company. What a great experience. I called and the truck arrived in under ten minutes. The technician, Brandon, was incredibly professional and kind. He processed everything quickly and I was in my way about 5 minutes later. What a great experience in a stressful situation. Thank you.

Zach from Finger Lakes Wrecker was the best case scenario that could have happened for me in my time of need. I called him for a tow, but he was such a good mechanic that immediately when I described my problem to him he immediately knew what I needed, and what to do. My car would not shift into any other gear except neutral, wouldn’t park, and wouldn’t start. When we were done, he drove it himself to the place that could hook me up with the repair and part I needed. This was all done after he called every auto parts store in Ithaca for a customer he just met. We need more good people in this world and people like Zach let me know that we do have some. Thank you man.

This dude arrived and helped me out BIG time. He saved me from an absolute mess of a day just by being competent. Super friendly, too. I highly recommend that if you need a tow, this is who you call because you may end up just driving away.

This was quite unpleasant, honest mistake on my part but my truck got towed, I didn’t get any kind of warning or nothing I only found out when I called police. I had to pay $276 and for an 18yo student that’s a lot, however they only excepted cash as I was told to get my truck out but the man told me he had no change and was happy to just take $14 extra that I did not owe, in my book that’s stealing, however I was able to find some cash in my truck and I sorted it out but if you only take cash maybe require your employees to carry change so people aren’t getting robbed. I’m a very kind person and I never like leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable. If he had taken the money from me that I did not owe him I would’ve reported this to police. It’s simply not okay.

Called Finger Lakes Wrecker Service when my wife's car wouldn't start. Patrick came out promptly and provided some insights into the problem. My daughter was excited to see the tow truck, and he even talked to her about Paw Patrol and showed her how the truck worked. Patrick provided an incredible service, I'd absolutely call again.

Patrick is an AMAZING human and an insurmountable asset to Finger Lakes Wrecker! He was prompt, informative, and kind, even at 3:00 in the morning! My, less than desirable, night was brighter because of his professionalism and kindness! Not to mention his insightfulness! Thank you for your superb service! My parking brake was stuck locked on. Patrick came out early in the morning to help me, even while it was freezing out he lifted my car with a jack, removed a wheel, got down on the ground and attempted to unseize the brake. He helped me navigate local repair shops and rentals when we determined my car couldn’t be fixed on the spot. I’ll definitely be calling Finger Lakes Wrecker again.

I had a wonderful experience. While I was on the phone with Patrick we continued our conversation while he was starting the physical towing process of my car. He was quick and efficient, amazing customer service. And honestly very fair pricing. 10/10 will be using again. :)

The driver Patrick was efficient, kind and thoughtful. He arrived under an hour from my nighttime call, pulled my vehicle forward to allow a neighbor to get in to their driveway, listened to me for a minute because I was a bit freaked out after my brake lines had failed and took my vehicle to my nearby shop. A standup guy who knew what he was doing!

The tow driver, Patrick, was amazing. He got my son's car out of ditched and was very friendly and calming which help my son as he was a little upset. I then saw him at local gas station a few minutes later and he helped my son and I fix his headlight. Wonderful man.

This is a predatory tow truck. I’m sure the repair services are fine, but my car was towed. And he told my family when we picked up my car, that he was laying in wait and saw me park. As soon as I walked away, he towed my car. What kind of person would do that instead of letting me know I was parked illegally? It was an honest mistake on my part, but I had to pay $270 dollars for him to watch me make a mistake. Picked up my car less than one hour after towing. $270. Nice way to top of a family weekend. Happy I could pay for this man’s messed up business model. This is the first unkind review I’ve ever left in my years and dozens of Google Reviews. It’s not easy to write something unkind, but I’m very upset with a small business today for the first time in my life.

A dismal morning was turned into a glorious start when Patrick showed up to tow my car for what I thought was a starter problem. Before setting up the trolley he asked me what the car sounded like when I knew there was a problem. I told him when I turned the key it went click click click and didn't start but I knew it couldn't be the battery because the electric windows still went down. He asked me to pop the hood looked at the battery and said it was "swollen" and then explained to me what that meant. He then jumped it and got it going and told me to drive directly to an auto shop to get a new battery. Talk about amazing service!!! Patrick was smart, experienced, polite, funny and above all honest! He could have easily towed the car without caring what the problem was but instead he took a great interest and worked for me the client - problem solving on the spot for my benefit. I honestly wanted to hug him when he left as it is rare to get such personal, competent, and dedicated service.

I called AAA for a tow when my back tire seized-up on the road and driving became improbable. Patrick came over with a tow truck and before towing, helped me and the kind guy who had stopped to help me figure-out what was wrong with the vehicle before he towed, and helped me to decide where to take the vehicle for a tow. Because I was completely stranded, he also ensured that I had a ride home. This kind of super service deserves the highest rating! He not only helped me, he honestly cared about me, the situation, and my car. He has made a forever friend in me, and I would recommend him to you “in a heartbeat.”

I had a flat tire and Patrick came to my rescue. He was courteous, talked to me about my options, didn't rush me, and ensured that my car was taken care of very well. I locked my keys in my car unfortunately. Patrick was there within 10 minutes. He worked swiftly and was very friendly. It was the easiest tow truck experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about how helpful they were to my daughter when her car ended up with 2 flat tires at night after they closed. When I called, they dispatched a tow right away and recommended a local place to help with the tires. Service was quick and efficient and so pleasant on the phone. As a parent who wasn't close by, they made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my car to the point where I couldn't drive it anymore, and got stuck on the side of the road. I called finger lakes wrecker service and they had a tow truck out to me in about 30 minutes! The driver, Joe, was just super pleasant to interact with and was so friendly the entire time. He made the experience of breaking down on the side of the road not so bad. And the price (which included not only bringing my car to a mechanics shop, but ALSO bringing me and my boyfriend home!) was super reasonable. Overall a super great experience and I would definitely use this business again if I ever find myself in a similar situation, and I would recommend to anyone.

I rarely write reviews but this one is worth it. My car could not start and I was about 15 minutes from home. It was late in the evening, cold and with 3 kids in the car. They came extremely fast. Special thanks to Patrick. He made sure my kids were warm before my wife picked us up. This guy does not just work to accomplish tasks but he does them knowing he is serving fellow humans. I am greatly impressed by this service. I greatly recommend them. They are not only professional but really good people out there.

Honestly one of my most pleasant flat-tire experiences ever! I had a flat late last night, and was stuck on-campus at a library 30 minutes away from my house when it happened. Everything that could go wrong basically did—the tire valve was leaking air, the spare tire had no air in it, and fastener that kept the spare tire down was rusted over; I honestly didn’t know what to do. Zach was so insanely helpful, in not just being able to think through the issue while I was panicking, but also calming me down. Because we couldn’t get the spare tire out, he tried (and succeeded!) in fixing the valve on the flat tire. We then actually drove to two different air pump locations to get my flat tire pumped back up (the first one was out of order), and reinstalled it on my car. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Zach—he really went above and beyond the service I expected. I was expecting him to just tow my car to a service center and call it a night, but he actually fixed the issue for me on the spot! I don’t know if the owners monitor these reviews at all, but fingerlake wreckers is a great company, and Zach is an employee that really emphasizes the company’s values. Give him my thanks!!
