This location is great, especially compared to the Advance Auto down on 13. Clean, organized, and everyone I've talked to there is friendly and knowledgeable. I usually go out of my way to stop here for parts etc.

Hunter is an excellent employee who goes above and beyond in helping customers. I called in with a question one day and he was happy to help. When I came into the store he was outside helping another gentleman with something under his hood. He helped me with my issue and I feel bad he has to do it when it's cold outside but he still does it all with a smile.

Devin was super helpful when I went in today to get new wipers. Quick install! Great customer service!

My suv broke down, and the parts I needed were in Spencer. My niece and I walked over to Advance Auto Parts so I could buy the parts and get back on the road. My niece went ahead of me knowing that we were cutting it short on time, they closed at 9 pm, she got there at 9:58pm. I got there at 9:59pm. The door was propped open when my niece was approaching, and when she went to open it, they shut it, locked it, and walked away. She looked them up as she was knocking on the door and was calling them as I was walking up. By now, it was exactly 9pm. The worker answered the phone, and my niece explained we were broke down and we needed to buy a few things, really quick that we were there before 9 pm, but the door was already locked. This worker had the rudest sound to his voice and told her and myself because her phone was on speaker, and I quote , "He was not opening the door, the register was already shut down and he wasn't helping" we said but how is that when it's just 9pm and that's what time you close and he repeated himself and hung up. Don't ever expect anyone to be helpful or polite in this store. It's not the first time I've been in here, and someone had an attitude, but it is the last time they will see me. They lost out on making a couple hundred dollars at that.

Staff was so so but good location and they typically have what I'm after.

Was looking for a weird part for my car and the employee explained to me where I could go to find it as they didn't have the past themselves. Would recommend them.

Tried to find brake line parts, Odd ball application, SAE on one end , metric on the other. Other stores "expert" was no help..."there is no such thing". These guys looked at my old parts , properly identified the sizes and went to work finding the fittings I needed. Got it right the 1st time...I built my lines , and have brakes again... Don't waste time running around Go see these guys

Needed a new headlight they had it. So was able to change the lights, and didn't get a ticket.

I used to like this store, but recently the staff, prices, and parts selection have declined to the point where a single star is deserved. Recently I went in for brakes (rotors and pads) for a Honda element and the price came to $170.... I turned around and ordered on RockAuto for $50... Another example of this stores decline was when I went to the store to see if they had a cabin air filter for my GLC 300.... A the staff member was rude and did no seem to want to be there, and B she then told me a cabin air filter was a dealer part (I checked online before coming to the store, and their website said they carried the part and that it was in stock). I will not be using them again, and will continue to use RockAuto

Good experienced help combined with low prices makes for a good experience while shopping. They are also very generous with coupons over their app after you make a purchase. I did a brake job and received 5 coupons for $10 off of my next purchase of $10 or more. You really can't beat that. Two thumbs up.

Workers weren't wearing masks. I didn't have all the information necessary to find what I was looking for and they made no effort to help and were rude.

Advance has a great selection of parts and the staff is usually very helpful. One note is it's always better to purchase your parts online first to take advantage of their usual 20% discount for online purchases.

The inventory selection and service is very good in my experience.

I want in looking for a tractor batter. Was told the computer were down so that they could not help me get the batter. There use to be books with part on them and it a tractor batter. It really that hard for people that work with auto parts to get a battery.

I ordered an item at 730am to pickup in store. I pay for the item go through the checkout, payment. I get a confirmation that it is there and I can pick it up. Drive all the way to the store and they do not have it.. Way to have me come out for no reason during this time. Just lost a customer.

We got exactly what we needed for a fair price with friendly and fast service.

Nice and helpful people way better attitude then the one in down town ithaca. Had what my friends needed for brake jobs and if they didn't have it they told where to go to find it.

WAY OVER PRICED. The MOOG Wheel Bearing 515065 is 246 here and on Rock Auto is 132 + 8 to 19 dollars for shipping. Even if you get the 20% off Advance offers that still 197. Can't believe they are still in business.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful. I needed a new car battery and they even changed out the old one and put in the new one for me. I will definitely go back there for my auto needs.

If you need quick auto parts for basic maintenance. This is your spot to stop. We use this location for wiper replacements, fluids, oil, mats and on this day a tire gauge. It's nice to know that you can stop.in quickly and fix your own minor maintenance issues with your car, truck or SUV.

Excellent store for those essential and hard to find car parts

The store is a great place, the guys behind the counter aren't just weekend warriors, everyone seems to know a substantial amount about vehicles, everyone is nice

I'm a "change the oil and headlights" kind of guy, if it needs anything else I generally have to take it to a shop. Needed a new headlight so I stopped in yesterday. The guy at the counter was friendly and professional, offered basic tools if needed, and gave me a quick explanation of how to pull out the old light when I asked. Prices were reasonable as well.

Great place, incredibly helpful people even with all of my unreasonable parts requests. Even if I have little to no information about the part they still manage to find it. I keep going back and have never been dissatisfied with their service.
