Worst employee at shipping because I’m driving cargo van and i follow their truck parking sign and I parked And one employee shouted hell out me just and say park at cars parking lot but my van is not fit at cars parking lot because my van longer than cars so I try to explain to him but he went inside building after I got out of van but I try to tell him don’t yell me like this because I’m not your kid.
0 star review, very lazy and slow people, was waiting 5 hours just that someone show up at dock number 3(steel deliveries) If you delivering coils over here, be ready to wait multiple hours, only positive side of this company, they have small overnight parking for 5 trucks after you pass security gate(open 24/7) Steel deliveries from 7am-1pm Don’t come here if you don’t have too!
Great workers fast and friendly over night truck parking with portable toilet and trash bin 20 feet from Plastic Palace. Hopefully Kings and Queens stop feeling too Royal to throw trash into Dumpster or possibly Ruin it for Others Like what happened to most Walmart! Два палета разгрузили за 5 минут. Но сначала сказали на 4 док.заехал . Сказали не правильно езжай на 5 док. Там сказали езжай на 2 док. В итоге потратили час времени на эту работу. Чел на шипинге был чем то недоволен . За то на 2 доке ребята молодцы!
I didn't experience the negative points on these reviews. I got here 1140. Appointment is at 1200. I called they were at lunch so I had to wait 20 minutes, got a door, sat in the door for less than 10 minutes got my paperwork and just had to wait a few more minutes then bam. Done. Super easy to find and back into the dock. There's signs that'll tell you what to do. Every one was friendly. Overall Great experience.
I wish they had less then a star I would give them the shipping office guys are very rude and disrespectful guys I have been here for 4 hours they still telling me to wait and not telling me the exact time don’t waste your time to come here it’s not worth it
I think i was one of the lucky trucker. I came Saturday 2am morning. They have overnight truck parking. And Saturday 7:30-8am they loaded me as first . I had live load and i got loaded about 15 minutes or so . I wish everywhere peaceful and quick like here. Thanks
Not sure what happened to the "Polite employees" Had a driver pick up 19 pallets from this facility, shipper loaded all pallets in the front of the truck.. my driver asked to get reloaded so the freight is more distributed throughout the trailer but all he got back was "Get out of here you're loaded not supposed to be here anymore" Never sending trucks here again, if you do make sure you get good $$$..
Se reportan en la caseta de vigilancia y las rampas están al final de la calle, solo son 2 andenes, hay que esperar turno, pero hay mucho estacionamiento, hay mucho espacio para maniobrar, te atienden rápido y son muy atentos.
