Got my mom's car detailed as a gift, and they took 10 years of grime and farm grit out of that little car. She's so happy. They really did treat us well.
I purchased a detailing gift certificate for my dad and they did such an amazing job on the detail inside and out. Caitlin went above and beyond multiple times getting it purchased and all set up for us after a hiccup with the process. I just got my car back from getting it detailed at Maguire Recon Center. They did such a great job getting out some stains in the seats and cleaned the car so well, I almost thought it was a newer car that I was getting into. Caitlyn, the person at the front desk, was so kind and helpful, it made the service PERFECT from beginning to end.
I will definitely be back if necessary.
I didn't buy a car but the salesman Christian was a blessing by explaining things to me. His honesty, kindness and patience is what made me write this. I would at least stop in and if you are looking for a car to see what they can do for you.
The cleaning was 5 stars. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price removing dog hair and cleaning out all the cracks. I immediatley recommended this to friends in the area. They were very kind and helped locate a card that they had accidentally thrown away from inside the car. The downside was that when I went to roll my window up (they roll the windows down because the drying is very hot) the window rolled fully down, got stuck down (which has never happened before), and I have now had to go a second day without a car as I take it into the dealership to try and get it fixed, and a very chilly ride there in winter with a window fully down.
I leased my vehicle from them back in January. The day I drove it off the lot automatic transmission issues. I called my salesman back and explained my situation. I expressed I didn’t want the vehicle any longer and I would like to be put in a different vehicle. Well I got stuck with same car and they put this fluid in transmission to help break up build up. It worked for like a month and issues came back. They say they will take care of you but that’s a LIE. Strait up scammers oh and should I mention that when I met with the lease manager he said when he drove it for a week he noticed the transmission issues but decided it was ok to put on the lot..I never ever will recommend maguire dealerships for anyone. If your looking to buy or lease stay away from Ithaca.
First time there, got in and out in a reasonable time. I’m a dog owner who frequently travels with my pup and after I picked my car up you couldn’t even tell a dog was ever in there. Very friendly and professional
Had both our vehicles detailed with their “showroom” package. And I guarantee both vehicles looked as great as the day we bought them new. I highly recommend using their service and will be heading back in a year for a re-do!!
