We were stuck during our stay in smoky cabin , Donald from Val U saved our day by coming and towing my car in spite of heavy snow …. He is no less than a miracle . He is the best human I have come across and deserves all the praise and god bless him
Absolutely horrible experience, I scheduled to tow my car early afternoon, every single hour they added time. And every time I called. They just kept adding 45 extra minutes. Very rude staff, they kept hanging up on me. I waster the entire day waiting for this toll truck. Never showed up. Do not do services with them. It's a ripoff. Absolutely horrible experience
My insurance company contacted Donald to assist w/Roadside service I request. Donald was a lifesaver, he arrived very quickly, with the remedy in hand. He was very kind and a professional. Thanks again Donald!

Donald was my SAVIOR, I live in Ohio and was on a Cousins Trip in Gatlinburg Tn, and the day we were leaving i drove my Truck to put trash in the Dumpster and within 15 it wouldn’t start. Donald came jump my car in less than a minute and said you need a battery. Donald was very professional, polite and I couldn’t ask for a better person to assist me.
My service guy Donald was very professional and polite prompt and kept me updated.. we're having our road graded because we just built the house here and he went out of his way to get to me...It puts my mind at ease knowing that this service is available.. thank you Donald and God bless you..

Donald was absolutely amazing. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. I am on vacation, 9 hours from home and was completely shocked when my car wouldn't start. I just bought this car 3 months ago so I couldn't believe it broke down. Donald went above and beyond by also throwing away some beef jerky I had in the back seat. Contacted USAA for a tow to retrieve my car from my driveway when it would not start. I was notified Donald was on the way. He arrived within the timeframe he gave me, determined my battery was dead and he towed it to the location of my choice. He was professional, efficient and easy to communicate with. I was pleased with the experience.

Donald and his wife were amazing!!! They were out way before the estimated time! It was already a rough day, we had a flat on the interstate and within 30 minutes they were there instead of the 115 minutes that was estimated. It took him less than 15 minutes to get us on our way and made sure that we were on our way before they left which proved to me it’s not just about business they actually cared!! Not only that, but they made a bad day better with their pleasant attitude and kindness!! 100% would recommend them to anyone!!

I had an amazing experience with Donald and his partner who came to help me with a car lockout. I was at the Clinton Walmart, and they came all the way from Morristown just to help me out. Even though I accidentally missed their first call for about 15 minutes, they were kind and understanding the whole time, with no bad attitude whatsoever.
They showed up quickly considering the distance, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They even let me watch and ask questions while they worked, which really showed how down-to-earth and patient they were.
I am so thankful for this service—it was a blessing from God that my insurance provided it, and I didn’t even realize I had this kind of help available. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and uplifting one.

I unfortunately locked my keys inside of my mustang after getting off of work after working two extra hours than i was scheduled because someone blew up a microwave trying to make popcorn at my waterpark resort, and DONALD was so nice and kind!! There was a little bit of an issue with dispatch considering they're in New York, however Donald came out, helped me get my keys out of my car, and was such a positive and reassuring spirit. Thankful for him helping me out at 3 in the morning!!! Definitely recommend him and this service!!!

Omg why does this company have low stars, blows my mind. Matt was our driver he kept in contact with us told us his ETA was a 100% professional knew his business and you can feel it and see it in the way he performed his duties good communicator we were able to get a ride home some of these other companies out here will not bring you home or bring you to the destination for insurance purposes but not this company five stars and 10 Stars if I could do it this was The Ultimate Experience having the disappointment of having to need a tow Mat made it pleasurable great job you guys and we will use you and request you in our future
Corey is as amazing! He came within 15 minutes of my call to help our family of 6 with a sudden flat tire. He then went above and beyond to ch age two tires for us to make sure our vehicle was as safe as possible to get us to where we needed to go! I am extremely grateful and highly recommend this company and this individual ?
