Great team of people working at Finger Lakes automotive. Mike was able to help me find a cover for my truck, and get it in the following day before Christmas eve.

Ordered wheels and tires was told it would be a week it took over six weeks to get them and when I did get them I did not get the tire pressure sensors that was supposed to come with them and got the run around the whole time also at the same time I ordered a light bar and they did not wire it correctly it was wired directly to the battery instead of thru the high beam circuit that they promised to wire it to
Brought my vehicle in for an alignment, they scheduled and completed work in a very timely manner. Communication was good and staff was friendly and helpful.
Owner is really nice offered to beat a price from a another competitor. Got me in fast just in time for the snow! 10/10 Would recommend and will definitely be going back!
The guys were super nice! I managed to get an appointment last minute, and was running late but the staff were very understanding. As I was about to leave my brother’s car’s would not start and the guys helped us jump start it. Would 100% recommend!
We were waited on right away, they installed the hitch and gave us instructions on installing and removing. They were very informative and offered to help us in the future with any questions or service.
If the owner is not there, RUN. Run away as fast as you can. I dropped of tires and wheels to be switched around, some to just be dismounted. I came bsck 24 hours later as advised. Only two out of 11 tires had been touched. I had to come back the next day(another 24 hours) to find he had destroyed one of my good tires. Two of the wheels he was supposed to dismount he left with tires half on the rim, half off. His employee ruined my stuff, charged me $91.80 and sent me home with scrap. His solutuon was to try to sell me tires. I came with tires. I got sent home with nothing. I even gave the employee three Chevy eight lug aluminum wheels when i arrived, for free.
Very impressed with meeting my needs for tire selection. Was able to fit me in at a timely response. Worked within my budget and made it happen. Super appreciate their customer service. Very friendly for sure.

I have not personally been to this place however a buddy of mine has had nothing but trouble. He went in and told these guys what he wanted. A lift, tires and new wheels. Its now almost 5 months later and they wont return calls or emails, he has only received the tires which they mounted on the factory rims(not what he want). The excuses have piled up and they have reordered the rims a few times and still has not received them. He used their finance company and is paying for all these services that he has not received. They said they did the lift but it looks like they just undercoated the frame and all components. I have pictures to prove it. The finance company is opening an investigation into all this.. I would run far away from this place as fast as you can.

Had new tires and aftermarket rims installed on my Volkswagen. Price was reasonable and the service was quick and professional. They got me in and out with no issues, and everything feels solid. Highly recommend them if you’re in the Ithaca area and need tire & rim work done.

Quick response, was in a bind with bald tires (one of which got a nail in it) and had a trip to head out for. They responded quick online and then got my truck in as soon as I made it to their shop. Also one of the few shops ive found willing to install 37s. Good price. Welcoming people. Will definitely use again!
Mike and his team were great. They took my truck in on time, mounted and balanced five 37-inch tires and had me out the door by lunch. Good communication throughout the process, and more than a fair price at the end. I’m very glad I found Finger Lakes Automotive, and I plan to be back.
UPDATE … Came back two plus years later, and I’m happy to report Mike and the crew are still rock solid and a pleasure to work with. I bought 4 new tires to replace the last set, which saw 78K miles of cross-country highways and hard off-road trails. Mike matched the best price I could find anywhere, mounted and balanced these big wheels at by far the best price I could find, and had me in and out in 90 minutes. We’re talking about 37-inch Jeep tires that weigh 80 pounds a piece. Trust me, getting them all mounted and balanced and installed in that time is very impressive. And the balance is perfect. Like riding on a cloud. Another major feat for wheels this big.
Hands down this is the best place I’ve found for tires anywhere Upstate NY.
Finger Lakes Automotive was able to accommodate an urgent engine oil and filter change. Whilst the car was in the garage, they also spotted worn front tires and were able to change them on the same day before a big journey the next day. Very thankful!
Normally I go to Scottie’s in Dryden for all my car repairs but I was referred to this place by a friend I worked with. So I decided to try it out and I was very very pleased with the customer service. Mike helped me out with rides back to my house and bringing me back to get my vehicle since I have no family or friends here I’ve only been in the area for about 4 years now. New set of tires, new shocks and struts, and an undercoat on my jeep all for a very reasonable price and it was done in 5 1/2 hours. I didn’t have to wait two days for it be done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for helping me out it was greatly appreciated
Mike consistently beats the prices of the big name internet tire guys. I've bought probably 4 sets of wheels, 8 sets of tires, a b&w turnover hitch, and a couple pairs of ventshades from Mike, and I'll definitely keep spending money with him. He's a stand up guy with the best prices available.

Iv had a good experience with mike when I got my rims the wheel weight fell off like 2 times both times they replaced them no questions ask I ordered 2 inch wheel spAcers company sent wrong ones I bought them back and mike put in for the right ones he always been decent to me the other guys in the shop also treated me well I will continue to do business with them
