Went there today around 2. There was a line of people and we could one see one gentleman on the phone. Waited about 5 minutes and two more people came around the corner and the gentleman on the phone said there’s a line of customers the lady said yeah they can wait we need to reorder these parts. I guess it takes three people to reorder parts. We left
Just stopped by here for windshield wipers and got full white glove service by their employee Eric. He even went as far as to install them for me. Such a nice thing to do. All the employees here are super kind and would have helped me out. Thank you Eric!
Loved it there, so many fun options for decorations and everything you could ever possibly need. Not to mention, the service was wonderful (shoutout to Shawna, she was a patient queen and was a major help)
The young lady who manages this store is very helpful. I had to get a car battery during this -10F deep freeze. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Also I saw her training a newer team member and I thought she did a good job there too.

Wonderful experience! A clean, neat store. All of the products I wanted to purchase were in stock at low prices. Friendly, hospitable staff. Conveniently located right in downtown Ithaca with plenty of free parking. Highly recommended!
Shawna is very pleasant to speak with and Shawna was the first to ever explain the warranty to me and how the warranty works. I had a bad experience and Shawna helped explain the situation. I will be a customer for life now
I recently bought a new battery for my Honda Fit from the Ithaca Store. The price was better/ cheaper than quoted in Consumer Reports, They installed the new battery at no extra cost, I have also bought other parts in the recent past. The staff is always helpful and very courteous. Highly recommend them.
My battery light came on while I was driving to work this Morning so I stopped at autozone.
Shawna and her team were very knowledgeable and told me what was wrong with my Car and that i would need a mechanic.
Shawna ended up referring me to a mechanic that fixed my car that day!

Had the parts I needed and let me use some tools to get the parts installed right away. I was 950 miles from home and my cars power port died and I needed a way to charge my phone for directions.
I had a fantastic experience here. Shawna was helping me and she was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the specifics of what my car needed. She helped me find the right windshield wipers and even installed them for me. She was incredible. I’d give more stars if I could.
Top notch! Went here to get my battery tested - Shawna helped me test the battery, then replace it once we figured out it was completely dead. She was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and it was great knowing I could go on a Sunday to get my battery tested and replaced. Very convenient and customer friendly. I thought I was making a quick stop into the Ithaca store tonight to pick up a new windshield wiper blade for my car. I purchased the right sized wiper blade (according to the wiper blade book and Google) but it didn't fit on my car. The sales associate on duty went way out of her way to get the wiper blade to fit. It turns out that particular wiper would not work on my car. The same size wiper blade in a different brand did fit. Weird, I've never had that happen before (and I'm relatively old). What I thought would be a quick stop, wasn't quick anymore, it was long and past closing time once she got the blade on for me. I felt bad for keeping her from closing the store. But she was great. Super helpful, very patient and professional. Shawna the Wiper Blade Queen to the rescue. Super appreciated!
Mike and Shawna helped me out today! I was super stressed about an issue with my battery, and they both helped me easily! They were able to solve the problem in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way! They were quick, efficient, and especially kind! Highly recommended!
The staff at this location was wonderful, great and supportive. They worked together to help replace not only my bulbs but my rear wipers in the rain. And they did it e up. Thank you to Runk, Shawna and Josh. You all ROCK!!
