Go here! Great customer service. I tried buying an oven igniter online; although the product had my oven model number listed, when it arrived it was the wrong part. I called B & T Appliance to inquire about product availability and they had my part in stock the day I called. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it within a couple days. They carry genuine OEM parts. I was able to fix my oven thanks to B & T Appliance!
For being in a pickle, they had what I was looking for. I had called a different business in town and was quoted a price 200% above what I paid at B & T, for just a part. Great people, mom/pop shop. Excellent atmosphere 👌. 💯% recommended to anyone looking to get your appliance fixed or if you're looking for parts.
The gentleman is very nice and knowledgeable, and was willing to help me find the part I needed and barely charged me anything. Always nice to be able to drop off old appliances or electronics there to get recycled knowing they’re not getting just dumped in a landfill.
What a great shop. We needed an ignitor for our oven and we're very happy they had one in stock. She took the time to explain how to install etc. I'm sure we will need their help again in the future.
Just when you think you will never find a part you need for your appliance locally and have to order online, this is the place to go! Great, friendly, knowledgeable service! Definitely my go to source and will continue to so. Just today, they helped me get a heating element for my brother-in-law's oven! Had the part in stock, Thanksgiving dinner is saved! B and T literally saved us over $700 from having to purchase a new dryer. Plus we didn’t have to fiddle around ordering something on line that would take forever to get here only to be the wrong thing. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and had exactly what we needed on two occasions. Highly recommend!
