My First eBay Experience – and Why I’m Ruined!! Being gifted a 2013 BMW with a few minor issues came with challenges I definitely wasn’t ready for. One of those challenges? Making my first-ever purchase on eBay! I was nervous, to say the least — googling sellers, reading reviews, and hoping I wasn’t about to make a huge mistake. But then I found a seller that made me feel comfortable and actually excited to order my parts. After placing my order, the gentleman who helped me through the process went above and beyond. When he learned I was a disabled veteran, he showed genuine kindness and made sure I was completely taken care of. That’s when I got connected with Roman — and let me tell you, this man set a new standard for customer service. After I ordered my 3 parts, Roman personally called me and said: “Hey sir, I hand-tested one of the parts myself. Even though our listing says it’s used, I noticed it has a slight whine. Would you still like me to ship it to you?” Who does that!? Him being unsure if I was someone that could work on parts, or just cars or a YouTube student with A wrench… he decided to make that call!! , The Honesty and transparency… That is next Level! Then, when a similar part popped up on Facebook Marketplace locally, I called back! Roman literally held my shipment until the last pickup of the day — just in case I found a better deal. Today two whole weeks later, out of the blue, Roman called again — just to check if everything worked out. I asked what made him call, he said: “I came across your shipment in the log and wanted to make sure you were good.” Now listen… I’m not the type to sit down and write Google reviews. But good Lord! this experience deserved one. For someone who had never ordered on eBay before — never had to trust a company to ship car parts across the country to Florida — Roman truly Set a some Paul Bunyan size boots for a company to attempt to fill! I’m ruined!!! Roman, Ruined me!! I’m not just pick at random for what ever I may need next… If I ever need another part, I’m calling ADV first!! Hands Down!! I’d rather pay a little extra to deal with a company that hires people like Roman than a local business where folks act like helping you is a burden. On my momma, I’m not blowing smoke — this was easily one of my Top 10 buying experiences ever!

I would definitely recommend this store for used parts. Davyd was extremely helpful with my ebay purchase of a BMW X5 rear tailgate door panel. It was sold at a reasonable price including shipping. The panel arrived via Fedex Ground a few days later. It was tightly covered with thick bubble wrap in a sturdy box sealed with packaging tape. It was in perfect condition just as described. I would definitely buy from them again! Thank you for being such an honest seller.

Very impressed with the quality of the engine I received and how clean it was and professionally packaged. Don’t see this very often from salvage operations. Communication was great as far as pick up goes as well. Will definitely check them out in the future if I need other parts.

They were the only place I could find a part that was backordered everywhere else - rare hoses/piping for an aging Range Rover. Part was easy to confirm it matched my vehicle and was exactly as ordered. Great price. Will definitely work with them again as my '12 Rover will no doubt break something different soon enough.

Bought a full Tesla Model S battery pack from ADV. Price was good, communication was excellent, pack was shipped and arrived in a timely manner and was packaged amazingly well. They sealed the whole battery pack in plastic before building a very sturdy crate around it and then sealing the crate in plastic. Will use for all my part needs!
