I had my car towed because of a blown serpentine belt. Upon getting in my car to pull it into my garage at the delivery location so I could work on it I noticed a heavy pull in the steering wheel. I inspected the car myself and discovered my driver side tie rod was slightly bent, and the wheel was heavily out of alignment. I let them know immediately, and was told they would get back to me in the morning. The next day after no word back I called again, they said it was on their radar and we're gonna see how they were going to move forward, saying they would have to do an inspection themselves. Super kind ladies over the phone both times. During the second call I felt assured they would get back to me. After 3+ days without word back I decided to fix it myself, the tie rod was still usable and I realigned the wheel. (Atleast I know how to do that now) And now, over 2 weeks later and still no word back. Summarized, the driver was very kind on the phone, accidents happen. The ladies on the phone were super kind. Just wish the customer support was better in situations like this. It was a beater car so I'm not mad, just disappointed in a lack of response. If it were my only vehicle I would've been essentially stranded, or risk ruining my tires/getting it repaired and then not having them inspect it, meaning the price would be on the customer. Would use this company again. Accidents happen.

Placed an emergency call into Team Brickyard. Although, they could not assist us same day. They were sincerely concerned about our wellbeing and offered solutions to our issue. They truly cared about our safety.
Mark N. is the best! i got my car towed to a repair facility and one of the drivers misplaced my key. i thought i would’ve been SOL but mark was on top of it and made sure my key fob was replaced! 10/10 recommend!
Brickyard and Chris the technician were great. Chris showed up within 20 minutes, was friendly, professional and efficient. It’s never fun needing a tow truck, but we couldn’t have asked for better service

Excellent service. I calaled on a Sunday for vehicle lockout service and they arrived within 5 minutes and my truck was unlocked right away. $60 was a very reasonable price. Both the driver and dispatcher were pleasant and professional. Thanks guys

Brickyard is absolutely amazing. Had an emergency where my dog locked himself and my daughter in the car while I was walking to the driver side after loading them in. After calling the nonemergency line to see if someone could help asap, Brickyard called me within 2 minutes of hanging up the phone with the dispatcher. They had someone in the area that could get over ASAP to help get the car unlocked. They showed up less than 5 minutes later and got my car unlocked. It was one of the scariest moments in my life knowing I couldn't get my daughter out and the fact they got there so fast was amazing. They now have a loyal customer for life.
I hit a deer this morning on the way to work. Dylan was very helpful. He phoned me to make certain he got to my location as quickly as possible. He loaded up my vehicle and gave me a ride to work. He engaged in conversation on the way into town. I recommend Brickyard Towing to everyone.
Wow! I am so impressed. I got my camper van stuck on a sandy hill and needed to be winched out. I was feeling embarrassed, scared and frustrated. The woman I talked to on the phone was SO empathetic and eased my upset with her kindness. She even encouraged me to call another company that was closer to my location since they might be able to help me faster. I called the other company and they were not as kind and they would take even longer to get to me and they were expensive. Brickyard could have charged me way more because of my location, but they charged a very reasonable price. Thank you for helping to ease a very upsetting situation. I would use you again in a heartbeat.
My car was totaled today and disabled on the roadway. Guy who came out was kind and asked if I was okay, made sure I had everything I needed out of my car, and made sure I knew next steps. At the yard, everyone was very kind and helpful. Made a bad day a little better.
It was a windless hot and humid Sunday afternoon when my vehicle catastrophically broke down near Buckley, MI. Jonathon from Brickyard arrived on-site as scheduled, and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what was happening inside my engine that caused the breakdown. These people were great to deal with. Our car was totaled up in Traverse City and they towed our car to their lot. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful and sympathetic to our problems. They offered to call people to help us out and to find a way home. Unfortunately, no car rental company in Traverse City allows 2 way rentals.
This company was recommended to me after my car broke down at a funeral, in a cemetery. big mistake calling Brickyard! Paid for the tow at 12:00pm Saturday and everything seemed okay…Then I had a party to attend over night and get a call just now at 9 am the NEXT DAY! 21 hours later! That they are just now getting my car!? They left it on the side of the road by a cemetery all night knowing they asked me to leave it unlocked and leave the keys! I have not seen it yet but if someone broke into my car I’m suing them for foreseeable lost! You have a duty of care with our vehicles and were extremely negligent! Not one time did they say it was going to take them overnight to retrieve my car and tow it to my shop! If I knew that was the case I wouldn’t have used Brickyard I would have called someone who knows what they are doing instead!
Zac was great! Prompt service, dutiful in taking pics before to document and careful loading vehicle on to flatbed. Double checked our needs and was polite and professional.
The folks here are truly special, kind hearted people. I was pulling a float to the Traverse City Cherry Feast, and I got a flat outside of their office. They went out of their way to help me, coordinate a tire, and get the tire fixed with crazy urgency. They did that because they are good people who care about people. I am beyond thankful. What seemed like and impossible task, they made possible, and we were still able to make the parade. Thanks so much for caring!
Crew was locked out of one of our work trucks by accident and Brickyard was able to get over to our client's house in about 20 minutes or so and get us access to our vehicle. My 82 yo mother’s car wouldn’t start and she called for help. Within 15 minutes the truck showed up. Extremely professional young man (from Louisiana) quickly assessed the situation and jump started the car. We were able to continue on within minutes. Outstanding service! The BEST Lockout service I’ve ever received, and I’ve needed many. Call receiver was courteous. Driver continually communicated with me regarding arrival time via text and a direct call. Driver was VERY cordial. When he was told a doggo was locked in the vehicle, he said he hustled. Service was super prompt. Rate was competitive. We made a big goof and somehow drive over a curb. We called AAA and they sent us John and Brickyard towing. Our unique situation required a second truck to come for us. The service was fabulous. John even sat with us to explain what was going to happen. He was reassuring and kind. The car was freed from its hangup in 15 minutes of intense work. We highly recommend.
This company has always been my go-to for every time I've locked my keys in my car, had a dead battery, or slid into a ditch during a slick snowy winter night. Today I had them remove an abandoned car that was well past its time on the property. Brickyard Towing is quick so the wait time hasnevwr been an issue. They are quick to communicate their arrival time and quick to be on time! I HIGHLY recommend this car service company for all car service needs!
I am a drivers education instructor and a student hit a curb and blew out the tire…on a Saturday evening! We were stranded and they came right out to help!! I’m definitely calling them in future!! Doug was so nice and helpful!! 30 minutes total and I was back on the road!! Other places I called I got a voicemail and still haven’t received a call back!
For the second time now, a student driver ran over medical shears (who leaves those in the middle of the road?!), they came within 20 minutes and switched out the tire for me!
