The worst experience I have ever encountered with a tow company. The guy charged $215 (plus 3% card fee) for a lockout (no tow) and never stated the amount. When the bill came, he said they charged $5 PER MILE for 18 miles to come to get my keys out of my truck. Again, my car was never towed anywhere and they charged for mileage. Just a heads up to anyone who is in the area. Absolutely ridiculous and will never use or recommend the service again.

We were mindlessly driving through the peninsula in a snowstorm from one wine tasting to another. We took a shortcut down a seasonal road. We were stuck, BAD. I had a great experience (no, not in the ditch in the middle of the winter storm) with Zac who arrived within 9 minutes of me calling the office and they even sent a text letting me know that the tow truck was on its way. This is a local business that does a quick job and charges great rates. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Van got towed an impounded for the night an charged me 500$ all together to get it out the next day. Ps they rip off tourist who get their vehicles impounded as well.

I experienced truck problems in an area I was unfamiliar with. At the first spot I stopped in the sent me down to Bingham’s. They do more body and towing but looked at my wheels to make sure I wasn’t going to fall apart on the road and pointed me down the road to someone who could help. I really appreciated the help as guidance as I am not from the area and it is very rural.

Overly priced and not at all willing to negotiate. If you arent wanting to pay $150+ just for them to even SHOW UP (they call this a "one way" fee), not even including the actual tow, DON'T call these guys.

We were stuck on the side of the road late at night on a Sunday because of an engine failure. On the phone waiting for an hour so the insurance company could find a covered towing option. On recommendation, we called Bingham Towing and Brian showed up 15 minutes later! It was a relief. He knew right away our insurance would cover the tow and we would be reimbursed. We were to our destination shortly after. So grateful for their professional and expedient service!

All within a seven day period, my truck broke down, and my partner had a vehicle lock out… Bruce went out of his way to help us fix both of these things! He is the best

The young gentleman that helped us was as nice as he was handsome. We got bailed out of a pretty bad situation and he handled it with ease being polite, courteous, and respectful. If i ever get stuck again i would want someone like the staff of bingham body and towing to be the one i call!

Chris the driver and Bruce who answered the phone were phenomenal! Quick from the phone call to the pick up and drove my car from Kingsley, MI to Grand Rapids. Can't thank them enough. I called 8 other places and they all said no. Bingham stepped up and got the job done with superior customer service! I will reccomend if anyone asks me for a towing service down the road in the area.

Impounding fees are insane. $275 for 9 miles and labor.. I had anytime towing tow my car from behind Save a lot on garfield to peshawbestown for that same exact price.. monopoly they have

Nice guys. I bought some used tires here. Reasonable price, good shape, wrong size. Nobody would put them on, they were too big. Still a good group of guys.

Drove from mid michigan to leelanau state park and got a flat as soon I got there. Next day I called bingham towing and he got me to traverse city to get tires. Very friendly and had good prices.

So happy with them! In February they came to pick up my car quicker than I expected on M22 in the middle of nowhere. Nothing better than fast assistance in -20 degree weather!
