The reviews are true! Super friendly and super simple. First time customer and the lady calmly walks you through the steps. And for something that I was going to junk anyways the payout is totally worth it.
Excellent place to recycle and even get some cash for materials. Really great people work here - always helpful whether you're new or visit multiple times a week.

I took some scrap in in one of the gentlemen's behind the desk got mad when I was talking to him apparently I interrupted his conversation with an employee apparently it's like the anger out on me and thought I was being rude and disrespectful

Always a great experience recycling here. Payout is very good, John, Joey and Rebecca are the best people here. All 3 should get a raise. Better service than Beacon for sure.
Had a vehicle picked up, the tow truck was delayed but Austin stayed in contact the entire time. Cash paid then are there!!

Hands down the best scrap yard I have ever visited and done business with. Pay great rates, very friendly staff. Yard is clean and organized and the areas you have to drive are pretty smooth and free of hazards. I will go out of my way to visit this location !!
My first time returning scrap metal. Even though all I was turning in was an old electric baseboard, they made me feel like the most important customer in the world ( even though giant tandem trucks of scrap were arriving every minute). They made it very easy and pleasant. The lady manning the front desk is a great representative for the company
Found an add on social media spoke with Austin he scheduled the pick up I dropped off the title and was paid better than other neighboring scrap yards were paying as soon as they picked up the vehicle.

I have been there a few times now. They are always super helpful and courteous. I typically just have a few things so I donate the scrap. They collect it and give the money to a local charity. It is a win for the charity and a win for me since the material is recycled and I don’t get charged to dispose of it.
The workers at Padnos (TC) know what the hell they are doing. Super impressed by the whole operation because I was in and out and got done what I needed to get done without a hassle. I ain't going anywhere else.
wow what a blessing. we were able to dispose of some old tvs today, cables, old computer tower, and VHS tapes at Padnos and we had the absolute best experience ever by far. John, and Aaron were the nicest, genuine and helpful guys ever. their customer service is phenomenal and they deserve a raise. sending them so much love and gratitude for helping our family at this time. you guys are the best hands down! recycle your stuff at Padnos!
It seems that when you think of a scrap yard, you expect to be confronted with grumpy old guys that hate what they are doing, and care very little about what you are there for. Last Friday was my first experience with Padnos, and I can tell you that the above is far from reality. To start with, you are met in the office by a wonderful Gal, MS. Soper, who is very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and explained the process clearly. She would not let us go until she was sure that we had no questions. We listened to her instructions, feeling great about the interaction, but expecting to now run into the drudge with the guys in the back. We pulled up to the area as instructed, and stood outside waiting for our turn. A man in one of the large front loaders pulled up, and I expected that he was going to complain about where we had stopped. Instead he opened the door to his equipment, and explained that the gentlemen inside would be with us shortly, and stated we could start unloading items on the carts while we waited. Very soon thereafter, a young man came out and assessed what we had, and explained how the process worked, and we got things rolling. Often he apologized for the slowness of the computer system as we sorted and weighed items. He also gave us great information for future trips there, on how to sort differently, so we could make more money for our labor. The Friendliness, Professionalism, and Courtesy given by the employees at Padnos would rival the best restaurant or specialty shop. Then back to the office to see MS. Soper again, who provided us with more valuable information for future visits. Thank you Padnos for making what I expected to be a hassle a great experience!
Excellent service and great people. I salvaged my popup camper with them and forgot to remove the license plate. I called them and said I'd be back to remove it and when I got there they had already taken it off and brought it to me. They went out of their way and were incredibly helpful.
What a great place! The staff members are incredible. Very helpful and always trying to get you the most $$ for your metal. I was taken back with how great of an experience I had my first time there. Thank you Padnos crew!
Wow - what a pleasant experience! I had miscellaneous different metal scraps that have been collected over the last year. Rebecca nicely guided me through how the process works with such a pleasant demeanor. Then David was so patient as I took all this random stuff out of my car and he told me if he could take it or not. He was also so nice. Both of them made an effort to use my first name which is great customer service!
Called to see if I could drop off a load of cardboard, and although I couldn't they directed me in the right direction to do so. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and courteous and even thanked me for calling!! That in itself is worth more than 5 stars!!
I came in with sheet iron and NF material into the TC yard. A new buyer named Joe was a real pleasure to work with. He helped me out and educated me in material. He is a great asset to the TC yard. I will recommenced your service to others. Great company, fair pay, and great employees. Thank you Joe for my experience.
