I would recommend TC Towing to anyone who asks! They are very professional and reasonably priced! I live in Cadillac but had an issue with my vehicle and had to leave it alongside the road near Chum's Corners. I was recommended TC Towing from a co-worker so I called them. They retrieved my car, dropped it off and took my CC info. Super fast, professional, and convenient! Call them if you are ever in need of a tow!

Picture this: your little sisters cat dies in January, she's devastated and you get on google to try to find a place that does pet cremations on a saturday night and would be available after you got out of work at 9:30pm. You find a place (yay). You are also slightly delusional and geographically challenged. You drive yourself, your little sister, and the sweet angel baby cat up north, where it was estimated to be about a little over an hour and a half of travel. During said travel, you somehow leave Michigan and enter some Antarctic blizzard. Roads aren't plowed, visibility is low, but you're on a mission and you have so much faith that you'll be okay because you have NEVER gotten stuck in your vehicle. After finally reaching your destination, you sigh with relief. You did it. You get back into your vehicle. You reverse out. You completely underestimate where the driveway ends/road begins/and grass (or ditch) begins, and literally back yourself into some terrible snow bank. First, who put that there? Secondly, why are my back tires not even spinning? Cool cool cool. You don't know what to do, you've never been in this situation. You call the tow companies local to your location. Most dont answer. One days, says "yeah we dont have anyone available until tomorrow morning". You start laughing, because if you dont, you'll start crying. You work in the morning. You're wearing tennis shoes and no coat (you didnt anticipate traveling to Antarctica). You look at other tow companies. You call a few numbers, no answer. Then you dial the number for this company, someone answers. They're 30 minutes away from where you're stuck. They're available. You're excited. Help is on the way dear (imagine mrs doubtfires voice, please). The tow truck shows up, gets you out of the snowbank and helps you by navigating you towards roads that sucked *a little less* by having you follow them, because you have no idea where you are and clearly have proved that you cannot be trusted to drive in these conditions. 10000/10 would recommend. I would use again if needed, but i truly dont ever plan on going back to this areas frigid, whiteout Antarctic craziness ever again. Not sure if these areas believe in plow trucks, but if they dont (im gonna assume not), I hope that this company gets all of the business of getting you out of your ditches. ?

ABOVE AND BEYOND THE BEST PLACE. I was on vacation when in Sunday getting ready to head home my car broke down. I called and auto store and multiple people tried helping us out as we were 3 hours from home. It was my alternator so we decided to tow it to get it fixed and we would just come back to get the car later in the week. Called TC Towing and they were AMAZING. The gentleman who took the call was helpful with any questions I had. I had 2 kids (teenagers) and it's Novemeber so cold out and we were waiting on a ride from 3 hours away. The drivers wife offered to pick the kids and myself up and drop us off at the mall so we didn't have to sit in the cold car the whole time as because we were in a parking lot we weren't a priority which is understandable his wife came out and took us to the mall before he even picked the car up. If im ever in the area and need anything I would call them over and over every time no matter what. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful.

They got there with in about 15-20 minutes of me call! Also helpful at recommending where to take my car. Very friendly and helpful driver!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We waited TWO hours for these people and they never showed up. We waited patiently for no reason and wasted precious time that we will never get back.

These guys some of the best tow trucks. I was in the ditch on 31 because of a accident wait for a tow out I was not in very safe spot. This guy went out of his way to help open road so nothing else bad happens. Very friendly very helpful nothing like the very rude man that showed up at first was NOT TC TOWING. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE.

Thankful they could move my 2011 jeep for me. I had a horrible time before then because someone hit me and totalled my car. Costed 142 dollars from Holiday gas station to Meadowlanes. 10/9/2024

Exceptional service in the midst of unfortunate circumstances. My car broke heading to my vacation destination, and TC Towing and Recovery was there when I needed them most. Even though it required a lengthy tow, they were more than up to the task. What stood out was their excellent communication; they constantly kept me updated, easing my worries even when I couldn't be with my vehicle. I greatly appreciated their professionalism, transparency, and reliability during a stressful time. Highly recommended for anyone in need of top-notch towing and recovery services.

Had to deal with them after our son's accident and subsequential tow. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staffer who greeted us at the door. He permeated a very relaxed atmosphere, and we were given plenty of time inside the locked gate with the card to take all the insurance claim pics we needed, as well as hug it out and thank Jesus he was alive after seeing the damage. The staff never bothered us once, and we gave the camera a wave on the way out. As difficult an experience as it is to deal with an accident like that, the kind and down-to-earth understanding of the staff at this place went a long way towards helping us with emotional healing.

Do not look any further for a towing company! This is the one you're looking for. Patrick helped me with an unusual set of circumstances; he was professional and extremely caring. Prompt service and fair price. The driver took great care when loading and unloading my lowered 2008 Corvette. I would highly recommend this business for any towing needs in or around Traverse City.

(Nov. 2021) My family and I were 240 miles from home and got a flat tire. We were in a new car and learned hard way new cars don't come with donut tires. We needed a tow truck that could tow the car and transport the family to our destination. My insurance company refused to help because of "Covid concerns". TC Towing was recommended by other tow companies that wasn't able to help us. We ended up getting a tow to our destination and to a garage a day later. I dealt with Taylor through the whole ordeal and I must say he was friendly, pleasant, professional and provided good conversation. Just a cool, laid-back dude. Taylor kept in close contact before both arrivals, which eased my mind. I highly recommend TC Towing. Thank you!

Tyler was kind, professional and arrived very quickly. He made the whole process easier to handle. Tyler even came to the yard during off hours to allow me to pick up items from my wrecked truck! If you are in need of a tow, this is the place to call!

We needed our car towed on July the 4th. Patrick responded and kept us informed of his arrival time. He was extremely professional. He saved us that day. If needed, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Having a stressful situation during a vehicle lock out is awful. Having the tow service arrive amazingly fast feels like the biggest relief there can be. Fast, courteous, professional and reassuring. I was extremely thankful for their service. They will get all of our business from now on, but hopefully we aren't ever locked out again.

My truck slowly slid off my driveway, right into a line of trees. Thankfully there was no damage, yet, but it was resting on those trees. I called TC Towing, and within 30 minutes Chris was there to help. Not only was he able to get my truck out, but he did it without getting a scratch on my truck. Very professional, and very helpful. These guys are great! I hit a deer and a man who witnessed the accident was nice enough to pull over and tell me I should make a police report and not drive my vehicle since it was leaking radiator fluid. He handed me his card and said, "No pressure, but I do work for TC Towing. Call my boss and he should be out here pretty quickly." I did want to give them my business for his kindness, and he was right—the tow truck was out in 25 minutes! They suggested keeping my vehicle on their property until I was able to file a claim and find a suitable body shop. Everything was smooth and they are very polite and responsive. I was visiting my Dad this helping him paint his house. The lift we were using unfortunately would not make it up an incline in his backyard. We called TC Towing based on their 5 star rating and we’re not disappointed. It was late but Justin came right out and took care of us at a fair price. Great experience!

TC Towing is phenomenal! I was driving from Traverse City to Mount Pleasant, stopped for gas in Cadillac, and my truck wouldn't start. Had someone jump me, wouldn't work. Called TC Towing, and they were there in less than an hour to tow me back to TC to the shop where I got my starter fixed. The customer service is second to none! I would recommend them to anyone having any towing needs!

Highly satisfied! Arrived amazingly quick and was very friendly. They had a nice newer truck and was able to fit us all in (2adults-2 young kiddos). Very inexpensive for a 15mile drive.
