Very disappointing experience. We delivered a vehicle more than a month ago, and we still have not received payment. Communication has been extremely poor, and we cannot get any exact information regarding when the payment will be made. The accounting department does not respond to calls or provide updates. Very unprofessional and irresponsible handling of carrier payments.
I’m an owner/ operator whom transported a vehicle for AuctionXM picked up and delivered the vehicle as scheduled. Upon delivery emailed them all documentation including photos of vehicle satisfying the contractual agreement and yet they have not paid me for my services, on top of that cannot provide a reason for non payment.
If you want to lose your money, deal with this company.
They will not ship your car and will keep delaying for a long time, “a year or more”.
This is what happened to me, which forced me to hand it over to a lawyer and losing more money.
The second issue is that they were asked two months ago to refund the security deposit and the amounts in the balance, but they ignored with an endless number of excuses.
The owner speaks well, but unfortunately doesn’t do anything.
Unfortunately, we have to contract with a law firm again, but this time they will cover all the costs.

They never pay their bills. Accounting department never answers.It looks like it doesn't even exist!!! IF you ever ask this company to transport your vehicle, know they never pay to the carrier that actually transport your vehicle. Scammers!
My company did a Load for them from Elmsford NY to Baltimore. We completed the job and went above and beyond what they needed. That was completed in March 2023 it is now July 2023 and we have yet to be paid. We were supposed to be paid 10 days out Load# 046866. You can never reach them. When you do they act like they are gonna pay you and still NEVER do. It's bad when these large companies take advantage of smaller ones. So now we will sue them for our money, fees interest and anything else I think of. Disappointed
