I found out you can call them and order whatever you need directly, as well as see what they have on their website. I'm new to the IT field so finding how easy this was was a HUGE help... And they have a LOT in stock. Skips the eBay hassle & wait if you're close enough for pickup! Service was phenomenal, Lenord has ensured you have a return customer ✌️

Rachel helped us by walking us through the whole process and have check-in calls to mark our progress ensuring we provided her the details of the material, how it should be prepped for pick up, dates and times for the pick up and follow up to see how the process went and ensuring the easiest, smoothest process. Very grateful.

I worked with Rachel Kudina, Account Manager, on disposal of our companies old electronic equipment. She was a great help and very professional in arranging pick up and answering questions on the types of equipment taken. I received a certificate of destruction promptly after the equipment was received and processed. This was my second time to use TBF and will call them in the future.

This was, by far, our biggest and most complex recycling effort as it involved a remote site and third parties. Breanna King exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. It was indeed a pleasure having her managing this effort. There were changes that needed to be made along the way and Breanna did not miss a beat and kept us on schedule. The third party picking up the equipment were easy to deal with, and when we added a couple of extra areas for pickup, they were happy to help. Thank you TBF for a wonderful experience. I worked with Tiffany to have misc. laboratory equipment picked up and disposed of - she was very quick to get back to me with a quote and arrange for pick up. The only delay was me getting back to her! Excellent service, pick up was effortless and the crew was professional and took safety seriously. I highly recommend TBF and Tiffany!

The process was very efficient. Tiffany Williams was my account manager. She was able to answer all of my questions and get the appointment set up quickly. The use of TBF was cost effective, easy and efficient for the removal and destruction of my deprecated and decommissioned equipment.

I loved working with this company and Breanna King was a big part of it. I thought I was going to have to make several trips to a dump site with my old electronic gear but when I found out tbf computing would responsibly recycle everything and even pick it up, I was floored. Breanna stayed in constant touch with me and was such a pleasant person to deal with. I just loved working with her. They even sent me a certificate showing that all computers hard drives had been wiped clean and any personal information obliterated, I felt really secure about that. Definitely calling them again when we need our next old electronics gear recycled.

We are a concessions company at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport and run 19 restaurants. We go through quite a few printers, desktop computers, routers, phones and laptops. This is a great outfit. They have always been very accommodating of our pickup needs, and always process our e-cycle materials quickly. We don't always have a consistent schedule of recycling, but TBF has always been attentive and they make sure that when we have a batch ready to go, it gets gone. To schedule pick up was easy and was very fast (within same week), also, free! We would definitely recommend this service to those that need scrapping services.

The process was handled with efficiency and even with quite a few changes on our end (we kept finding things in rooms we needed to recycle after the initial offer was signed) it went much smoother than expected. The price for their services was also incredibly competitive and depending on what you have to recycle, might end up with significantly reduced out-of-pocket costs compared to other e-waste vendors. The only hiccup we had in the entire process was that the truck got here a bit early for the pickup! The crew was respectful and speedy. Would definitely use again. Note: We did not need any data destruction services as we handle that all in-house so this review doesn't include that portion of their business.

I just did a Photo / Inventory job for them last Friday. I was paid 1/2 the morning before my appointment. I also received the other 1/2 payment the day after i email in my list with photos. As far as im concerned, my experience with the company was very positive and i hope to work with them again very soon. thank you so very much

I have been pleased so far with the quality and service. I did receive to bad laptop batteries but they did in fact replace one of them. I do realize though, that these units are 3 to 5 years old ( EOL). As a professional, I understand this happens and still pleased with the team at TBF in Kennesaw.

Brian and his staff are probably the best place to pick up used servers. The main bulk of their inventory seems to be centered around HP (which I prefer) and some Dell. They do have items other than servers, but that servers seem to be their main focus. Best way to see their inventory is to hit them up on eBay, where their user name is rawko. They do allow for local pickup, but you must call and talk with them before you buy anything. Once you arrange for local pickup, their office can be a little challenging to find. Definitely read the directions on their website CAREFULLY, as it tells you exactly how to find them.
