Absolutely a straight shooter. I purchased and paid over $500 for an item. Couple of days later I realized it might not be the product I wanted. Contacted Burnt Rubber Motorsports and he caught the item before it shipped and quickly refunded my purchase price. Better than 5 stars and gained a customer that will return.
I needed to find a used part for an older bike and they had the part, i was quoted a cheaper price than everywhere else I had found it online, and paid even less once I arrived. Next paycheck I will be getting more parts. They have earned my repeat business
These guys went out of the way to help me out. I was moving out of the country, and different website had screwed me over. I called Burnt Rubber and they got me the parts I needed and even were able to expedite the order so that I could get it on time.
When ever I need some miscellaneous bike part I always check with these guys first half expecting them not to have it but somehow they always do, and at even cheaper prices compared to online (plus no shipping).
I've never seen a store like this anywhere. They had bikes for sale, plus gear (new and used) and a ton of used parts for everything. I found a fairing I needed for $75 when a new one was $350! They didn't have the other part I needed but the guy was nice enough to get my contact info and call me if they came across one. Atlanta definitely needed a place like this! Thanks for the help.
