I visited 1685 South Cobb Drive in Marietta Georgia. And Rodney was absolutely amazing. He went over the top to help me find the location of the coolant temperature sensor that I bought for my Honda. He really did take a lot of extra time and I even offered to tip him and he wouldn't accept the tip, God bless Rodney and God bless O'Reilly

My experience at this store was nothing short of great! I needed DEF fluid for my jeep and had never purchased it before. Rodney explained the differences between products and provided excellent customer service! Carried my items to my car as well. He gained a customer in me. Thanks again!

Jariksa had an attitude the moment my mechanic came to the counter. Not only did she give home the wrong part we asked for she did not know the difference between coolant and Freon. When we realized she gave us the wrong part we called back in and spoke to Jessica which had an attitude upon answering the phone. She then put us on hold to speak to her “manager” Rodney which stated we needed to come in tomorrow (which the store closes at 10pm so why tomorrow) to exchange the item. When we called it was 8:30pm The entire time Jessica was extremely disrespectful and even proceeded to be loud when all we were trying to explain is we needed to exchange a simple part.

Got the part I needed ordered same day, but the lady helping me was watching a movie on her phone while helping me find another part I needed. I get it, if there's down time I won't judge. But I'm here, hit the pause button. Is that too much to ask?

If your Google maps hours say you are open until 10pm, then be open til 10pm, or get it fixed. All you get is upset customers! We arrived at 9:52p!! Just needing oil.

Just got here at 9:45pm and they are already closed. Drove an extremely long distance for no reason at all. Extremely unprofessional. I saw somebody come out the door and say that they close at 9:00 p.m. But the door and Google says differently. Don't come to this store. They are obviously unprofessional.

Went there 9:20 web says they are closing at 10. they were already closed. i was nocking on the door. the guy was on the counter he knew i was there but he ignored me all the time. im not buying there any more. lost a loyal customer. i went autozone and get what i need.

This was the absolutely worse, horrendous customer service I've ever experienced the didn't acknowledge me ,we're so proud rude and we're on the phone with a restaurant arguing about bad service,they ignored me and after 7 minutes on the phone the lady seemed so aggravated that she had to help me and then gave me the wrong number for the part and tried to make me find the part for myself so she gave me the wrong light. It made me give them one star

These guys were over the top helpful. Found my rachet that needed warranty at another store. Found my original invoice. Printed out a new one and got it set up. Cheers boys I'll drink a beer to your health.

I needed an altinator, and they sold me 2 bad ones. I've been to O'Reilly's 5 times and I have never received the proper part. I always have to bring it back and exchange it. They should know what fits my car better than me. Apparently not.

ive been going to this store for the past 5 years and never a problem but now nothing but problems,they put you on hold and never return, order parts for me and now i dont get them when they say i will,i always have to wait an extra day or two,they are very rude now,very unprofectional,.it was all spanish guys in there for years and very nice,now its all african americans and nothing but problems now..sorry but thats my take on this store now ..ill take my business to there competitor down the street from now on.

Went in this morning because I needed a rear turn indicator bulb for my car. Manager finds bulb for me. I check out. I then ask if he has a wrench I can borrow to loosen the nuts for the light. Says no. End up having to buy a set of wrenches. The O'Reilly location in Acworth on Wade Green Road used to change my bulbs for me. I didn't expect that here, but I thought they would at least let me borrow a friggin' wrench.

I needed a serpentine belt tensioner. After calling around for price and availability, Advance auto parts had one IN STOCK by Litens for $55.00. Oreillys could ORDER me a Gates brand for $90.00. I opted for Gates due to the quality associated with them. When I received the sealed box, I found a Litens tensioner inside with the Litens part number stamped on the part. Of course the box had the Gates labels. I thought I was getting a superior part. What I got was the same part as Advance auto parts with $35.00 worth of Gates labels.

I usually use a parts company close to me, but the last 2 parts I needed where going to take days with the other company. O'Reilly had 1 of them in stock and the other was delivered in about an hour. I'm definitely switching all my parts needs to O'Reilly. There when you need them and the customer service was great.

I always shop at O'Reilly's I like them better then some of the other auto parts stores especially I like them better than AutoZone there Parts at O'Reilly's it's a lot better I do not use AutoZone

I needed a headlight replaced but didn't know which color it was considered so instead of just handing me the most expensive one, like Auto Zone did, the guy actually came out to look for me. They also let me change it there, even though my car needs the bumper taken off to get to my headlights, and let me borrow the tools I needed. They also let me use their bathroom to wash my hands even though they aren't supposed to. I love this O'Reilly store and I will definitely come back if I need to again. Their friendly service just stole a customer from Auto Zone.

The assistant manager Megan Cannon is an awesome person always willing too help me no matter what the issue is.. I believe this young lady needs a raise.. she seems to do more and know more than any other guy in that store.. keep up the great work Mrs. Cannon and thank you for always helping and having a positive attitude towards myself and all the other customers.. You Rock.. she will be the only reason I continue to shop with Oreillys auto parts.. you need more people like her in your stores.. thank you

I purchased a alternator at this location 6 to 8 months ago. It locked up and almost broke my belt. When I went to exchange it under its warranty they couldn't find me in the system. I had my father in law bring me back to try and exchange it when he told me he bought a distributor at that same location last year and went back to exchange It they could not find him in the system either. He still had the box for his as well. I understand they need to locate a customer to honor a warranty but not finding me in the system or they lost or never entered my information in the system is not my problem other than my wallets. I will never shop at this location again. Even the guy working at auto zone said this locations notorious for not entering customers information.
