I struggled to remove the battery from grandsons "Ride On" toy Bronco, so I loaded it up and drove over. Staff member cheerfully took it out, got new battery, installed it, verified that the car worked, recycled old battery. It was not only painless, it was pleasant.
Had an amazing experience and will be back. Sabrina and Leland gave superb customer service skills. My car is an older model, 2009 Toyota Scion, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was able get additional keys. I highly recommend this location
I had an amazing experience! Leland (I hope I spelled his name right) was the absolute best! It’s never a good time when you have to get work done to your car especially, when getting serviced as a woman, but Leland was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything a breeze when it came to purchasing and installing a new car battery. Will definitely come back and I definitely recommend.

I was sent away and told to come back M-F when the manager is there because he “couldn’t find the sheet to scan” for a rebuild. If I could make it there before 6 on a weekday, I would’ve. Terrible customer service. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. What a joke. I guess I’ll get my Snap-On battery rebuilt online. This is why brick and mortar is dying.
Sabrina welcomed me to the store as I walked thru the door and asked how she could help. “Are you returning customer?” Yes. She thanked me and offered a life time battery service for my purchase. I checked on another item and she helped me determine what I needed. Very pleasant, courteous and kind. Great day to be a Battery Plus!
Casey @ East Cobb/Marietta provided ultimate customer service testing my Samsung S9 for charging port problems . . . twice. Both times resulted in no found problems but we left the door open for battery/port replacement if needed. Excellent personal/professional customer service. Will return for future battery/phone related issues due to his excellent customer relations.

The service and customer service at this location is horrible. They are dishonest, incompetent and rude. Yesterday my wife went to this store to buy a new battery for her laptop. The employee told her to come back in an hour and that it would be ready by then. When my wife came back to get the laptop, they handed it to her without telling her that they had broken it. This was very dishonest on their part not to tell her that they had broken the laptop trying to replace the battery. My wife went back to the store and the employee instead of apologizing for breaking the laptop started denying everything when it is obvious that the laptop is broken and opened after being forced open and the laptop mouse (touchpad) has stopped working properly. The touchpad was working perfectly well before taking the laptop to the store. The employee was telling another lie when he said that was not the case. To make matters worse the employee seemed to have a total disregard for what he had done. A short while later I went to complain, and the employee again did not apologize for his wrongdoing. He said he took full responsibility for what he had done. When I told him that this included paying for what he had broken, he said no way. The employee was very rude and defiant.
This may sound shocking but the customer service delivered by a young man by the name of Casey was so great it renewed my faith in humanity. It is so rare I have such a pleasant experience these days that when it happens I want to shout about it from the rooftops.
Not only was the service top notch. Casey is a very polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable young man with the most sunniest of dispositions, but I saved $100 to $150 on a second key I was having made for my son's RAV4. It was not only cheaper by a lot but it took far less time than it takes at the dealership. Casey made the second key and made sure it worked properly in about 20 - 30 minutes.
I don't know if this was just my lucky day or if it is always like this, but based on today's experience I would encourage everyone to shop at this Batteries Plus.
Been searching for replacement bulbs for my candle warmer, glad I talked to Casey before arriving. He had them ready, Coley was also very friendly and helpful after I arrived. Thank you for such great service 😀 😊!¡!
I've been disappointed every time I visited any of these stores, Two separate times they failed to program a key fob. Different opinions from different employees, complete waste of a Sunday afternoon traveling to 3 different stores with Hardly any real help. They cannot program key fobs for my GMC or my Lexus after they did they could!
On a Sunday morning, my car began to stall when attempting to turn over and I knew I needed a battery. Since it’s a weekend, I figured everyone would be so busy, and they were. I took a chance and contacted this location and thank goodness I did. I spoke with Casey (spelling) and he was amazing! He was able to get me in and out! He was alone, handling the phones, another customer and me, with the most amazing customer service. I just had to leave a review. Thanks Casey for being so awesome!
Last two times an amazing employee helped me with two of our fob keys. She was professional and super efficient in knowing what I needed. I am terrible w names I think it was Eyewin ?? but it’s only a poor guess. Was Sat morning 1/20 where she cut and programmed a new key. Impressive as it’s not easy to do w this car. Thank you so much for being so helpful and spot on!! Fantastic!

Terrible experience here with car key fob replacement. They couldn't get the part themselves so they told me I could order it online and bring it in to be programmed. When I got there, their key machine was not working correctly so they couldn't make the physical metal backup key. The guy told me that he successfully programmed the key fob to start the car but he couldn't get it to work on the doors. Turns out he hadn't even programmed it to start the car - when he tested it he had my original key fob in the car with him so he incorrectly concluded that his new key fob worked. Terrible equipment, terrible training, overall terrible. I would never go here again for a key fob.
VERY VERY Long story short, my car wasn’t working properly after the battery was changed. Victor went above and beyond to help make sure was my car was running right. I highly recommend them and to Victor, thank you! I truly truly truly appreciate all you did and Batteries Plus for taking care of me.
The staff was great and help me find what I needed even when I didn't know. They patiently walked outside so I could show them it seemed to be no trouble for them. Second time visiting this location even though the first visit they couldn't help me but they were nice.
Thanks guys for amazing work! Went to East Cobb store with a phone with cracked screen and a Lincoln Navigatior needing a spare programmable key. James took care of both issues. Key took less than 15 mins and phone took about 45 minutes. Customer service from both James and Shawn were extraordinary in this day and time. What a great business with that kind of help!

Those guys are really helpful and know their job. I have been purchasing all my batteries at their store, for the last 4 years (boat, cars) : they help reload the battery when necessary and backup the warranty when needed. Besides the store is always neat and packed with useful items. Stop shopping on Amazon and head over there!!
We stopped by Batteries Plus Bulbs in Marietta GA to get an new battery for an iPhone. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to install our new battery within 30 minutes and we were quickly on our way. The price and work were both excellent. We highly recommend the Marietta Batteries Plus Bulbs store.
Went in for a scheduled appointment to have the charge port replaced on my iPhone after being advised to do so by my cell service provider. As it turns out, the associate at Batteries Plus found that the port needed to be cleaned thoroughly but that there was no damage to it or any reason to replace it. I appreciate her honesty and the time she took to help me as opposed to having replaced the part and charged me the $80+ to do so. Thank you so much!
