I called; and no one answered the phone. I left a text message, requesting a quote. The person responded by text message (unknown name, identity) and failed to provide a quote. Also, the tone of the person's text message was nasty and unprofessional. Instead, the person requested me to provide my own quote (unprofessional). I provided the quote. The person denied my quote. I asked for the best offer again. No response.
Excellent, quick, and fair service. The representative I spoke with provided me a very reasonable price for my car and offered to pick up my vehicle a few hours later. He came with the cash in hand for the agreed upon price and the car was gone within minutes. Super easy and very pleasant experience. I highly recommend.
I texted these guys yesterday to come get my 1991 Mercedes junker that’s been sitting in my driveway for a couple years, and Josh texted me back immediately & came within 2 hrs! Brandon the driver was genuine, kind, and had a good smile. Happy to do his job. We even shared a couple laughs!! I would definitely recommend these guys to come get your junker.

Yesterday I was greeted by Brandon the driver who came to buy the vehicle I inherited from my partner of 24years. It was bittersweet to have it removed from our property. Brandon made the process easy. He was quick, professional and had the van running and it went away on it's own power .I would use their service again in the future.

I have done business with Josh at this location for close to 10 years and he has always been very professional and fair with the dollar amounts he pays for the vehicles. A good and fair man. I have never had a problem or any issues with the company and the drivers are very professional.

I was a rookie at this, but couldn't have asked for a better experience. My call was returned promptly, conversation professional and courteous. The tow truck was right on time - no waiting! They provided the GA paperwork sought by insurance and tax people. even took my 17 year old mower. Then the owner followed up with a call to make sure they got everything. Quick, easy and professional. I needed an old car with no title picked up ASAP and was calling around to find someone to help when I called We Buy Junk Cars GA and it went to voicemail. However, Josh called me back within a few minutes and was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He set up for a tow truck to pick up my car by that afternoon (less than 2 hours) and providing a bill of sale and everything needed for the transaction. The tow truck driver (I wish I could remember his name) was incredibly nice and made the whole experience easy and stress free. I'm so glad I chose We Buy Junk Cars!
I sold Josh my totaled car two and a half weeks ago. He agreed to pay $485 for it then tried to renegotiate to $450. He finally agreed to the $485 then conveinently sent only $465 with his driver. He told me to just go through with the deal and he would PayPal us the last $20... I have asked him repeatedly for the last 2.5 weeks to send the money and he keeps claiming he will "handle it" then never does. It's only $20, but it's the principle of the thing... I would not recommend his services to anyone based on the fact that he has failed to keep his word.
