I went in to purchase some light bulbs for the rear brakes and to see if they could diagnose the check engine light issue and the gentleman that took care of me was very nice, attentive and helpful. I might say that every time I need something for my car and I go to this particular Advanced Auto location, they are always friendly and helpful

Very poor customer service from the store manager Michael. A big part of customer service is listening to understand not to always reply. He needs to learn the difference between “his rules” and Advanced Auto’s Policy. Like he said Auto Zone is right behind them. He was absolutely correct to send me Auto Zone where the customer service was great! I used their loaner tool and spent my money where it’s appreciated. Thanks Mike!

Order parts online and when I go pick them up they are used. Had to return them and go buy from Napa. I was surprised 1/2 the price at napa.

I truly believe some people you’re just meant to meet! My car was having issues, and I initially thought it was just a battery problem, but it turned out to be more than that. I’ve seen salesmen who just want to make a sale, but Mike was different, he was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I came across him! I’ll definitely be coming to this location more regularly.

I was given a referral to a mechanic from this store. The guys name was Chad. He has a mobile truck with his name on it. His a dishonest smooth talker. The guy destroyed my car. Every time he worked on my car, he made other things go wrong. I've had three mechanics verify this. He left a major bolt off my brake system. He damaged my abs module and wires. Do not accept referrals from this shop. My car since was sold for salvage after he destroyed the brain of the car. I never had issues with my car until he changed my brakes and alternator. I even had to have the alternator replaced the next month. Im a woman. He used that against me. I even talked to Roswell police about this shop, allowing bad mechanics to work in the parking lot. Auto Zone is next door. They stated they've had complaints about Advance referring bad mechanics to customers

Best service ever! came here and received intelligent advice and knowledge within what was going on with my battery and one of the managers helped me out immediately! saved me a lot of stress and frustration, most of all money! definitely my go to store for car needs🙏🏽❤️

dishonest store, I do not recommend it to anyone, especially the Brazilian community, which is more than 50 thousand people in Marieta, do not buy transmission from this store, because their warranty does not work. This store delivers you the damaged transmission, and they still blame the mechanic, and they also do not return the money, My loss exceeded 4 thousand dollars,

The other day I came into this location shopping for some part for my vehicle. I provided the person at the counter the information need to start building a quote for me. I had to repeat myself several times before we got to pricing out the three items I was looking for. The the counter as me for information the I didn't have. He then ask for help from another member of his staff and found that the it was the same part. After spending a few minutes with this individual it was clear that he was pricing me the highest price part or may that was the only option for my vehicle. I had already been at NAPA and O'reilly that are all with in feet of each other. I would advice's the powers at be stop focusing on the big sells and focus more on get volume and market share because O'reilly is definitely coming up after business like yourself.

I came in to this location and the guy behind the counter was rude from the time I walked into the store asking what do you need. I asked for coolant. He walked over and showed me where it was from my vehicle and walked away. I picked it up and brought it to the front desk. He checked me out and I asked if there was someone who would be able to put it in my car he said yeah, as he walked away with the coolant. I asked for a receipt for my purchase, and he seemed to be upset about that. We get outside, I popped the hood he starts talking sarcastic and asking questions in a sarcastic voice asking why do I need coolant and it’s low according to who? I politely answered my light came on in my car, and as you can see it’s well below the minimum line. He proceeds to give off body language as if he did not want to put the coolant in and assist me. I decided never mind I will just take it with me. He says yeah, you do that! As he is walking away, he makes a comment saying you asked for a receipt for coolant. I was trying to find out What relevance that had to do with anything. So I said what does that mean? Yes that’s what I purchase and I asked for a receipt for coolant. Goes on saying you just spent $22 on a bottle of coolant. I’m questioning your decisions. So I asked him what does it matter to you what I spent on coolant it’s my money why are you so concerned about what I bought and why are you so concerned about me asking for a receipt? He continues on, called me childish and continued to insult me. I told him he needed to grow up. Then started asking how old are you? You’re the one who needs to grow up I’m getting paid to listen to you. I then asked for a manager, and he threw both hands up and says you’re looking at him. I walked out of the store and then contemplated returning the coolant WITH MY RECEIPT! I decided to just leave it be. I am in disbelief at how I was treated. This is not the way you treat a customer and I will NOT spend another dime there and I will be sure to share this experience with everyone I know! This was so embarrassing and I have NEVER in life been treated this way in an establishment I am making a purchase at!

Caesar was very knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend this location because of his customer service! (The whole staff was helpful, but I specifically worked with him on getting my car battery tested.)

Advanced auto parts doesn't have a good customer service on phone and it person this men doesn't deserve to work with advanced auto. They made me drove around for part that I paid for online and when you get to the location to pick it up they said they don't have it but it was confirmed online they have it. It happened to me 3 times in the same day. The third time they gave me the wrong part when I came to change it this man was been really Rude to me.

Ordered part for Jeep. Tried to replace it but couldn't get old part out so I returned item. Employee told me is super easy to replace just take the clip out. I said I can't get the old one out. He then told me again it's easy let me show you. Then started looking for the pin. He then proceeded to tell me I bought the wrong part. HELLO...you are the one who sold it to me! He was beyond rude and kept talking about the part infront of me to another employee. I said I can hear you,but since I can't get the old part out I just want to return these. I don't even want to give you a star. But I know for sure I WONT SHOP THERE AGAIN!

David was AWESOME!!!! My mother came in needing a new battery and from the beginning he was very polite, helpful and professional. By far the BEST experience we’ve ever had at an advanced auto. Whoever is the manager give David a raise!! :)

They had a hose line that I could not find anywhere else. The line was for a 2008 Toyota Corolla. Great service and well stocked store. One of my favorite locations for auto parts.

I would not recommend this location! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience last year when the staff member had no idea what she was doing when installing something on my car. I spent several hours in the delearship to correct her repair. This year, my battery died and it is under a 3 year warranty with them, it’s been less than a year. They told me it wasn’t the battery ‘but probably the alternator’. Turns out, it was only the battery. Would not recommend, giving two stars for the fact management tried to help correct the issue from last year.

I am not impressed. I did an order on line, for pick up and prepaid by credit card. When I get there the order is not ready, and they do not have the head light they charged me for... They do, however, have the "best one" only it is 46.99 instead of the 29.99 I thought I was spending. Feels like bait and switch. Bad situation, but if you sold me something and then did not have it in stock, shame on you; not though cookies for me.

Be aware, on line orders at this store are NOT pulled off the shelf until you arrive to pick up!!! I placed an order ONLINE the night before, received my email confirming my order was ready for pickup, and when I arrived the next day, it took four store people and 15 minutes to search for one part. They did not have in stock and I had to drive to another store to pick up. No apology from store management, so seems like a normal occurrence. I will NEVER step foot in that store again.

Great service. Can't remember his name, but a young Hispanic guy. He took his time and walked me through my needs and options. Was greatly impressed with his customer service. They also had a great selection of items to choose from.

If it is an automotive item I need I always go to see Lyric. But just like her, George and the rest, even if it is super busy in the store, they have a smile and a great attitude to us dumb car owners and pretend mechanics! The prices are better than the store across the street and the selection is much better than their competitors!
