Eggbert was so incredibly helpful when we got a flat tire on Sandy Plains. He was closing up the shop but was kind enough to take our key in our information so that we could get our tire replaced the next day. Service was very quick and efficient.

John is amazing, he's not pushy, very patient, and explains things so a non-mechanic can understand. He gave me a list of maintenance I should do on my car, broke it down by priority, and was really nice when I explained it didn't have the money for the repeats right now. I called around to confirm price and found they really were great prices for my brakes, even beat out my AAA! I highly recommend this Tires Plus and John.

I highly recommend the Tires Plus shop on Sandy Plains in Marietta. They have made various kinds of repairs on my Ford Escape over the years, and the work was always completed efficiently and reasonably priced. I’m now on my second full set of tires from TP. I showed John the manager my Costco tire quote, and he gave me a great deal on some comparable Bridgestones. Good auto repair work is often hard to find once you venture outside of the dealership. TP has made me a lifetime customer.

I tried to do my own handiwork replace a battery put a new battery brace in and I apparently destroyed the brace and broke a few other things. They told me exactly what was wrong fixed it and didn't kill me with the price. John's wonderful thank you very much

John was exceptional. I took my car to triple-a and they did A. Terrible job I brought it to John, and he found out what the problem was. He replaced the parts, changed the tires and got me safely back on the road in short order.

This has got to be the WORST experience I’ve ever had & right before I go out of town . Let’s start with John . I called to get my head light replaced and a alignment . I was told I needed to bring my truck in for confirmation of alignment so that’s what I did. When I got there John says “we can do the alignment , I have a truck set up like yours. Cool , so I dropped the truck off for 2 hours . When I arrived back to pick my truck up , the technician by the name of justice gives me my alignment results . I noticed my caster was off , and I questioned him about it . He says “ the caster doesn’t do anything “ . He couldn’t even explain what the point of the caster was. I had to explain it to him cause little did he know I am a certified tech of 6 years. I bring my truck back the next day Feb 4 at 7am and the guy tells me , you would have to drop it off and it won’t be done by 12 . Then proceeds to say there isn’t a shop that does the toe , camber , caster, which is a lie !!! & John sold me a 6 month alignment warranty that does not cover on my truck . Justice & John are completely not seasoned and needs more training , especially justice ! People come in trusting him to work on there car and he just lies to them! I will stay FAR AWAY FROM THERE GUYS IF ITS ANYTHING OTHER THAN TIRES . They are not capable of even doing an alignment correctly and being honest about it . So imagine how many people have come in and don’t know what is going on that screwed them !

Tommy and Pamela were terrific. I stopped going in there because the people at the desk just weren’t very friendly and accommodating. I actually started going to the dealer. But those are so expensive, I callled to get a quote and they were the best to deal with. Thanks for putting them in place.

I had an amazing experience working with the technician there his professionalism, communication, and quick turnaround were truly impressive. He explained everything clearly, treated my car with care, and had the job done faster than I expected. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming. I stopped by Tires Plus just to get my air pressure checked before a trip, and I ended up getting some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Justice, the tech who helped me, was extremely caring and thorough. After hearing I was traveling, he went ahead and checked my coolant, oil level, and even topped off my washer fluid—just to make sure I was good for the road. He didn’t have to do all that, but he did it with a great attitude. Really appreciate him and the whole team. This is the kind of service that makes you come back.

$110 for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2022 Hyundai Venue! They performed a full synthetic oil change which was not approved by me and not necessary on a low mileage car. The oil filter was apparently also $35, which is almost as much as the oil change itself. None of this was communicated to me when I called in the morning before the work was performed so I got a nasty surprise when I showed up to get my car. And the guy on the phone, James, repeatedly called me "young lady" which is patronizing and obnoxious and inappropriate for professional dealings. Won't be back, obviously.

Amazing service, I called looking for a price on some tires. I had the pleasure of being helped by Pamela. She was kind and patient walking me through the process and helping me come to a price I was comfortable with. I had the tires delivered early next day. I had a great experience in person as well waiting for the service, which was finished in a more than reasonable time. I will definitely be coming back in the future

Outstanding service - limped in at 3 pm on a Friday with a destroyed tire, expected to leave the car overnight but instead I was back on my way while it was still daylight! They had my size in stock, better quality than I had and a good price. A surprising experience!

Been coming to Tires Plus on Sandy Plains for years since it's close with convenient hours. Called yesterday and made an appointment time for today. Been waiting over 2 hours now and my car has not even been taken back yet!!! Both new receptionists dismissive and rude. Used to really like this place. May not be back though. Update- the foreman who actually oversaw work on my car was professional and went out of their way to explain what they found. Like most places, they recommended a lot more than was actually needed but overall fairly satisfied with the work and the price, while totaling a lot, was in line. Dealing with the front staff remains my biggest complaint.

Ian and Pamela did a great job servicing our car. What I truly appreciate is that they didn't try to talk me into services I didn't really need yet. I ended up needing one tire and they didn't try to tell me I should get 2 or 4 tires. This helps me trust them for when I really do need more tires or other services. Thanks!

Have been coming here for years. Today my car showed a low tire pressure indicator in the morning. Connor was very helpful with checking and filling my tires up and offering advice based on the PSI. He did this quickly and was so nice despite being very busy in the garage. I stopped back in the afternoon when low tire pressure came back on and he again helped me and encouraged me to get the car in based on the pressure. In the end just needed a patch, thanks Tires Plus. Additionally, as I went to leave I noticed a warning light still on and Xavier came out to my car and helped me problem solve getting the light turned off. This was a bit of a tedious task and he was so helpful and pleasant. Once again, Thanks to all!

Honest and super helpful! My wife's car stalled nearby and so she limped to this location. Eric went above and beyond to help her and eventually determined the car's computer or something had just malfunctioned because they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Tested the battery among other things and was honest enough to say he didn't recommend a new battery and since the car seemed to be running fine now. Time will tell if there is a bigger issue but we really appreciated Eric's honesty and squeezing her in and getting her back on the road. Thank you!

Went here because my tires were bad. I knew replacing all 4 at once was going to be rough. Thankfully the workers here were able to get all 4 of my van tires changed, aligned, and an oil change in no time flat. Everyone here made the process so smooth and painless. Having my tires not cost as much as some of their competitors was even better. I got good quality tires, an oil change, and peace of mind driving the roads. I will definitely be back once its time to replace these tires.

Went for my free tire rotation and they told me 2 lug nuts were broken and one was missing all on the same tire and needed replacing. They charged me $175 claiming labor was 48 minutes. I watched them and it took less than 15 minutes, but yet they say the computer says to charge for 48 minutes. They claim that the lug nuts were too tight and broke yet they were the last ones to work on the tires. When management called after I complained, he would not refund anything and said that what I was charged was fair because it is industry standard. I have given them 27 years of loyalty and will never go back. I feel like they used to be honest, but in recent years, I feel that has changed. I've been lied to by them about needed service. When taken elsewhere, I was told my car was fine. I've only been coming to Tires Plus the last couple of years for my free tire rotation since I haven't trusted them for other services. I felt trapped this time and forced to pay because my tire was off and I couldn't take the car and go elsewhere, since I was now missing lug nuts.

Setup an appointment with Eric at the Sandy Plains store for 10AM, 2 rear tires to be installed. Eric never booked the appointment. Manager was rude about it, said there is no appointment booked. Manager doesn’t accept responsibility and gets mad when I say dropping the car off for 4+ hours is not acceptable. Manager says it’s not his fault workers called out & one is in the hospital. Conveniently forgetting how his employee never booked the appointment. My pops recommended this place, says they are good people & do good business. I look young for my age & def get treated accordingly.

Another Tires Plus another letdown. I normally don't do negative reviews but I've had too many unfortunate experiences with this company. Hopefully corporate will do something about these issues as I will review the other locations as well. So let me start by saying Amanda is AMAZING and she helped me out in a situation where she didn't have to, and took care of the customer! Can't thank her enough and I hope there are more people like her that care, and actually provide customer service! This was the second location I've been to in 2 weeks about getting a tire replaced. Now for those unaware of Tires Plus, if you go in for ANYTHING, they will do an inspection of sorts and give you recommendations based on their findings. I've had a tire replaced and observe them checking my oil and other components that I never asked about. It's great to know what's going on with your vehicle and what preventative maintenance can be done to keep it driving properly. Upon inspection, the worker James recommended I replace a tire on the rear left which is completely worn. He expressed his concerns for my safety and I assured him that I would take care of it soon but I would not be able to today. James appears upset and proceeds back to the front desk. I explain to him that I'm aware of the condition and that I'm financially incapable of getting it replaced. I thank him for his concern and finalize the transaction. After my explanation James says uh huh looks away, and pushes the keys across the counter to me. Avoiding eye contact, not handing the customer their items, and having a poor attitude are prime examples of how NOT to provide customer service. In addition, further along in the day I go to the trunk to grab something and it's trashed. My personal belongings were sitting underneath the dirty spare tire. I've uploaded pictures of how my trunk looked after their work, and the appropriate steps that should've been taken. I call and speak with Don about the issue, and he informed me the reason was because all of my belongings were in the storage compartment and they didn't want to mess with it. Well yes, because I transferred my belongings there so I could put the flat, dirty tire on top. AWAY FROM MY STUFF. We agreed that it was logical for them to have inquired. And even if they didn't want to touch my personal belongings and didn't have the common decency to ask, at least put my jack and emergency tools back. Once again customer service. The next day I'm driving and my left front brake pad goes completely and is scraping the rotors. Major coincidence. I inquire why I was not informed of this upon initial inspection. The answer is, because they didn't do one. They also claim because they didn't work on that tire they're not responsible. No Sir. If one brake pad is completely gone I'm sure the other side is almost gone too. Which is the side you were working on. This is easily seen when removing the tire for replacement. Thus there should be a recommendation for a new set of brake pads. Never have I ever been to a Tires Plus where they haven't recommended brake pads if they were needed. In fact I usually get a whole page of "recommendations". Neither of the two tires Plus locations advised me of anything other than the tire. Not to mention the next day when I come in to try and get the issue resolved I see James going through a whole rundown of suggested repairs to another customer. Have that documented on video as well. Why did I not get the same treatment? And now due to negligence I not only have to get the brakes replaced I have to get the rotors replaced. If I could rate lower I would. One Star only because Amanda did such a great job. Otherwise NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
