My daughter has a 2015 Prius C. We made arrangements for them to come and replace the battery. Not only did they come when they said, they called and said they had a cancellation and they came before the original appointment. Did a great job. The car runs perfect. I think him all they charged was reasonable. We are very happy.

Hybrid Battery 911 is the absolute best batter replacement company ever! They were efficient and very nice. They fixed my battery so quick and customer service was amazing! 10/10.

Hybrid911 was fantastic to deal with from gathering quotes to scheduling. Jeff was very personable and professional on the phone during the above mentioned process and Miguel who was the tech that came to my house was also personable, professional and thorough. Miguel had the Hybrid battery replaced within an hour and we were off to the races. Do yourself a favor and speak with Jeff, you won’t be disappointed.

$1,399.00 "Revitalized" battery lasted only 15 months. When I called them to see if a tech could either come service it or make things right I was told that I could instead BUY ANOTHER BATTERY for $3,299.00. Additionally I was told that at the time of my purchase that the warranty cost $20.99 PER MONTH but now the revitalized battery has the option to purchase with a 3 YEAR warranty without the bizzare monthly fee. Instead of checking with a manager or offering anything remotely customer friendly, I was again offered the "oppurtunity" to purchase a $3,000+ battery. Beyond dissappointed, should have read reviews before spending so much money with a company that does not stand behind their products. Avoid.

I set up my appointment with Jeff who was very helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions. Zack, the installation technician, kept me informed of his arrival to my home. He was courteous and professional even after a four hour drive from a previous appointment. Aside from having to re-adjust my schedule a couple of times, the Hybrid Battery 911 staff provided outstanding service.

Very friendly and reliable service. We had a battery pack replaced this summer. For cost reason we used refurbished batteries and one of the cells leaked. I recently experienced the dreaded warning lights on the dash of my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid along with the Hybrid battery fan running non-stop. Fortunately, Im on a battery plan with Hybrid Battery 911 because the scanned problem code indicated a weakness in my Hybrid battery and it needed to be replaced. It was an easy process to initiate a warranty claim online and Kelly was very helpful guiding me throughout the claim process. Arrangements were made to have a technician replace the battery in the convenience of my driveway. Many thanks to Tony for driving a significant distance to replace the Hybrid battery and get me back on the road. I have been a customer of Hybrid Battery 911 since 2017 when I needed the first Hybrid battery for the same automobile. Thanks to the friendly and efficient staff at Hybrid Battery 911! A word of advice. Don't let your Hybrid car sit. The key to ensuring the long life of your Hybrid battery is drive, drive, drive! That's probably why you purchased a Hybrid automobile to start with.

Nothing but a great experience! When the red triangle of death appeared on my 17 yo’s 2006 Prius, I found hybridmobile911. I asked for an appointment Saturday evening online, and by Sunday evening after a phone call I had an appointment for four days later. There were different options for a new hybrid batteries, and I made the best choice for me. This saved thousands of dollars compared to the dealership. In addition, the tech came to me and exchanged the battery without my having to go anywhere. Nothing but excellent customer service and communication! I can’t recommend high enough.

Very nice guys and they do a good job but check first, the things they forget to mention. (1) Will you need a new inverter? Probably yes. (Check the manufacturer extended satisfaction program.) (2) Will you need a new starter battery? Probably yes, the inverter and main battery killed it. (3) Is there a travel add-on? If you are not close the answer is yes. (4) Will you get credit for your old battery core? Quite probably not If it is not in good shape. Ask if there is a travel add-on and for them to bring a spare starter battery. These things will add to your cost. But make sure they are taken care of or their warranty will be invalidated. They will give you the diagnostics to let you know these are problems. And a week or two to get it sorted out. After that the battery itself is a good value. Don't get the one year warranty it's not worth it. Go for the gold, 3 year.

Tony was amazing, he came all the way to Delaware from Virginia to replace my battery, and took less than an hour. Very good job! I’m very impressed! One more special shoutout to the customer service team each time I reached out with a question, they got back to me within 10 minutes of reaching out.

True to their name, they will save your life like a 911 emergency. The mechanic quoted me at $8500 for a new battery, Hybrid 911 quoted $2,100 and included a free 3-year warranty. They met me ant my location and swapped the battery in about an hour. Not only that but their customers service is TOP NOTCH. They really care about their customers here. Shout out to Lou, Brandon and Jeff for all your help in my time of need. You guys are the best.

I went to them for a battery replacement early last year and had to call on the warranty this past month for a fix. The technicians helped me through the warranty claim process and followed through with the battery replacement! I really appreciated their communication, and the service technician was quick and helpful. I'd recommend them for battery work on a Prius!

I reached out b/c my hybrid Lexus was dead, and had been for a while. I assumed the hybrid battery needed to be replaced, and scheduled a replacement. Jeff quickly called me to discuss and suggested I should change the 12 volt battery in the trunk first. That worked, and saved me time and lots of money! I’m very grateful for their assistance and honesty!

The service experience for replacing the Prius hybrid system battery was great! Professional from start to finish. The person on the phone seemed quite knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and got me on the schedule for installation in 2 days. The installer (Zack) was prompt (actually early), courteous, and efficient. After installation, which didn’t take long, he took it for a brief test drive. All of the warning lights were gone. I took my vehicle on a test drive which was from work to home and could already tell a big difference with a 20 min drive (by then my check hybrid system light would have already come on). This company is so awesome. They go the extra yard to make sure that you are satisfied. I helped with one of their technicians on my car and his name is Bill. He is from Austin, Texas and is a really really good person. Even though they did not or could not do what needed to be done they made sure I was taken care of and comfortable with what they did though. It was a unique situation to say the least but they handled it honestly and truthfully and made it work. They are just the best. I am so glad I found them. And I am very hard to please

These guys are awesome. Tony showed up at my place and was incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. My car ended up having a different issue completely unrelated to the hybrid battery and he helped me figure it out. Give this man a raise! ? I definitely recommend this service, and they are faster and a lot less expensive than any of the mechanic mechanics I talked to about replacing my battery.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Hybrid Battery 911. I paid for a replacement hybrid battery, and almost immediately after installation, my vehicle started having serious issues. A licensed mechanic ran a full diagnostic and confirmed multiple codes related to the hybrid system. Even after submitting all required documents and evidence, the company refused to stand by their warranty. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, I was told I’d have to pay another service fee just to have the battery looked at again. I already paid for installation and inspection once. I should not have to pay again for them to honor the service I already bought. On top of that, the Director of Technical Operations made comments that felt dismissive of my situation. I’m a disabled customer with limited income, and I found the tone and pressure very unprofessional and unfair. I’ve done everything by the book, but this company is refusing to take accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone who values honesty or respect in business. I hope they correct their approach before others are treated the same way.

This company was excellent with communication and accommodating for logistical inconveniences with a proper discount and decent aftermarket pricing, including a 3 yr warranty. They come right to the house, was done within an hour, and I was able to pay with 2 methods. Evan was my tech and he was great.

Booked the service for a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid and Steve showed up all the way from New Jersey (286 miles away) the very next week. Steve was very knowledgeable, informative, and highly professional. All in all it was an extremely easy process and i had tons of questions that were promptly answered. I appreciate the patience Hybrid 911 and Steve have shown me in this process as I just purchased this vehicle from a shady dealer who most likely knew the hybrid battery was bad. Check engine light came on 4 days after purchasing.
