I originally filed a claim because my phone began closing apps, freezing during texting or web searches, and restarting itself after prolonged freezing. Before filing the claim, I had already attempted several troubleshooting steps on my own—including a factory reset, software updates, and freeing up storage—but the problems continued. I assumed the issues were related to dropping the phone, which is why I moved forward with the claim. Per the claim instructions, I scheduled an appointment at the recommended repair location for 1:00 PM. When it was my turn to be assisted, I explained the issues in detail. Unfortunately, the technician appeared rushed due to a long line and did not fully listen to the problems I described. I provided my device PIN, and he asked me to return around 3:00 PM. I let him know I wouldn’t be able to return until after 5:00 PM due to work. I chose this location because it is close to my job (about 15 minutes away), even though it is nearly 50 minutes from my home. When I returned, I was told the screen had been replaced. When I asked about the lag and freezing concerns, the technician seemed confused and stated he did not have my PIN—despite the fact that I had provided it earlier, and he later acknowledged it. He also stated the store had been busy, which, while understandable, should not impact the quality of service or the accuracy of the repair. He mentioned that the screen replacement should resolve the issue. I began testing the device on-site. While some apps appeared fine, my email app lagged significantly. When I pointed this out, I was told it “just had to load,” but this behavior is new and part of what prompted the claim originally. I was ultimately advised to contact my insurance company again because the device “cannot be fixed” and that I would need a replacement phone. However, less than 24 hours after picking up the device, it has restarted itself more than seven times and continues to freeze exactly as before. This repair appointment resulted in no improvement and was a complete waste of time. I strongly preferred when insurance repairs were handled directly through the carrier rather than through a third-party location. The current setup led to poor communication, inadequate troubleshooting, and ultimately, no resolution.

I went in to get my car battery replaced, and Jennifer was so helpful and knowledgeable. She got my battery installed quickly and without any issues. I highly recommend coming here for any of your battery needs! I was also surprised to learn they sell batteries for just about everything and even repair phones.

5 star service. Needed a new screen for my phone. They were very prompt. And great customer service. Highly recommend.

Arrived at the store at opening 10am Sunday and store was not open. Waited over 30 minutes and no one showed up. Very disappointed

Stopped by to recycle some batteries today and was helped by Louis. He was wonderful! He was so pleasant and attentive. As other customers came into the store, he let them know he'd be right with them, which I considered a thoughtful thing to do. I've been in so many retail stores where the employees are rude and unhelpful, but Louis was great!

Long story short I threw my key fob out the window. They car of it immediately. Barry explained everything and Jamel basically gave me the access. Straight forward no bs. Life saver!!!

I was referred by T mobile to get my phone fixed. Jennifer (I think thats her name) the technician told me it would take a hour. She was able to fix my phone within thirty minutes. Overall the experience was short and very professional.

Batteries and Bulbs (formerly Batteries Plus) is one of my favorite in-town customer experiences for the quality of the team and consistency of service. That's saying a lot from someone who has helped hundreds of companies with their customer experiencs. Disclosure: B+B is not a client.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Will absolutely be back for any repair needs. This is the way a business should be run.

WARNING! Got a "NEW" battery for my vehicle here. Installed it, and vehicle still wouldn't start. So figured it was something else since the battery was "NEW". Had to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic. Just for them to tell me the "NEW" battery was bad. Only 48% capacity, and only at a 32% charge. AVOID BUYING VEHICLE BATTERIES HERE! Took the battery back to return it for them to tell me the "NEW" battery was "FINE" just needed a charge....yet on the receipt of purchase it says the battery was Good and Charged... Then the manager tried to blame my vehicle for their bad battery.... This place cost me time, money, and stress and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great Customer Service. I was a pain in the butt, Larnise Harris was my Sales Associate from the moment I walked in she was on helping with whatever I needed, and then offered The Toys for Tots where I got a discount if I donated a $1. I didn't have enough money on my card, and I was going to not do it but ended up moving money, and then I needed to pay half a card and half cash. I've never been treated so well with such a transaction that she was so calm and sweet, and I was apologizing, and she kept saying no problem. Today, I have done 2 reviews for people because of customer service. You can't find that much anymore, and so hat's off to Batteries Plus and their wonderful employee Larnise Harris.

Needed a key fob battery and was in the general area. Two employees in the store, no other customers around. They took my key to the back, at which point I was informed I could either pay $18 plus battery for a one time change or $22 for a lifetime of change outs. Can I just buy the battery? Yes, but if they open it to tell me what kind of battery it's needed they'll charge the automatic service charge. Ace hardware will change it out for free.

This place exemplifies customer service like very few places do. I came in here last week and James and another gentleman assisted me with rekeying my new car key. Since the programming on the original fob was still intact, they just swapped it into the new fob which saved me so much money. I was only charged for the rekey. Excellent service and will be telling all my friends/family in Metro ATL to come here for their key/battery needs!

I came here to get my phone screen fixed through T mobile's insurance company.... while repairing my screen the guy broke my camera in the process and because it was their mistake they of course were going to fix it... so I wait for a week to call and find out the part was never even ordered then they claimed they had a s21ultra camera they could put in my s22ultra... then when I questioned it they were like no it's s22... so now they have repaired my camera with whatever they had and they didn't even clean the camera so it has an internal finger smudge and I don't want my phone ripped apart for a third time due to their negligence. Don't go here if you're expecting quality phone repairs, might as well order a whole new phone.

Flawless Customer Service. Casey was super helpful and informative when I called the Marietta store. He assisted with dispatching mobile technician Tim C. who was very professional and swift in repairing my Jeep key fob. 10/10 would recommend!

I had purchased some battery watches in past which was really easy going in out to get your job done. This time, I needed a car battery along with car key fob batteries. With many choices around to get my work done, I decided to tryout the Battery Plus again. From the time I went on their website, ordering the items I needed to the time I walked out of the store, it was all great experience. The website was easy to select your items with great discounts. The customer service at the store was absolutely amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It took no time to get my work done. The store I went to was on Cobb Parkway by it Big Chicken. I highly recommend the Battery Plus. They replaced all the batteries with no wait time.

Paid for a new battery for my phone. The gentleman who acted as though he may have been the manager took my phone to the back and returned to the front to chit chat with a customer he seemed to know. I assumed someone in the back was taking care of the battery replacement. After 40 minutes I asked the salesman/manager if my phone was ready yet, and he replied that he had not gotten to it yet! No apology…just seemed to be the nature of this employee to be on his own time. He was socializing with many customers while the other two were busy working.

I went to replace the battery in my iPhone. The store was easily accessible and clean. The staff was courteous, professional, and competent, taking time to explain to me each step in the process. I was done in about 20 minutes.

I purchased a battery on line on Sunday for a Monday 9 am apt only to find out the order was declined at 8 am but I had not checked my mailbox before arriving at the store. My card purchase even had been charged successfully. They would not service my truck at the store and had to schedule an appointment at 10:30. This is absolutely not the way to do business! I followed through on this $300 purchase as I needed to replace the bad battery. Checking out was advised there was a registration fee added. I Will advise anyone not to do business with batteries plus and I certainly will NOT. Will post my views on online web sites.

I have a lifetime warranty on the batteries for my car keys. I have been to this location and Victor's service was above and beyond. My key's build is pretty fragile so I came in two times to get it fixed because the case was opening. Victor was attentive and courteous and he took good care of me. Very satisfied with the service.

Both times I've come here, I've had really friendly and helpful people as customer service! Today I came in and the staff helped me cancel an online order + find a very specific set of ceiling lights that were different from the ones the online catalog had linked. It was a fairly complicated process but they were so patient and helpful. Thank you so much!

This location is my preference choice whenever I need batteries replaced in any of my watches ⌚ and I've never gone to any other store for this particular service, and on each visit the service received was excellent from whomever assisted me on my visit, they have always displayed a pleasant greeting along with professional service. The wait is reasonable based upon your need of service, and to be fair, my visits consisted of⌚ battery replacements only. They have always given excellent care and respect to my property without any complaints. Therefore this specific store deserves a shout-out 👏🏻, and I will continue to rely on their services going forward and I do appreciate the fact that we have this business in the community, so this particular location deserves a five-⭐ and KUDOS to the entire team 👏🏻 p.s., and Thank you.

If you are looking cheap products, bad customer service and a lecture on how their customer service is not bad then you found the right place! I bought the case for my car key from this store and cut the key on May 15. They key broke on May20 during regular use, I went to the store on on May 23 and asked if it can be fixed or replaced. I was told there is nothing they can do and I need to spend another $40+tax to get another one of these that may not even last 5 days. On top of that the person at store was rude when I voiced my disappointment. Is it too much to expect some sympathy and offer at least a replacement at discount (at cost and let go any profit the second time)?

Was able to find some 18650 3.7V batteries for Freenove Raspberry PI robot. Staff was very helpful.

Fantastic store with extremely knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to go above and beyond for their customers. The wide array of products and services they have is impressive and their ability to provide prompt and courteous service never ceases to amaze me. From car battery installation and key fob battery replacement to cell phone repair and lighting solutions-- Batteries Plus Bulbs has it all!
