I had a battery replacement the other day at this store the service person wasn't that friendly which I understand it was very cold. I noticed he was a little rough under the hood having a hard time but it was cold. He finish i even tip him. Couple days I take look under my hood he broke the cove to the positive cable not a big deal but I never use them again.

I came to this location for a battery issue, and couldn’t have been more impressed by the level of service from one of their associates named Tathan. He was quick, knowledgeable of the subject and issues, and gave me unprecedented service that you wish for (but often don’t get) from other auto part shops. Thank you, Tathan for going above and beyond to help me get back on the road!!

Houman was extremely helpful and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Went in and needed a new battery, had no clue what I would need or how to hook it up. Tathan was a huge help, very friendly and made the process a breeze! Will be back!

Bought and had a battery installed by this Advance a year ago. Now I'm having issues with the car starting. Went back to have them check it out and they said the battery and alternator were good but the starter was going bad. I decided to have an actual mechanic from a reputable local car shop test it and they said the battery was not properly installed leading to its premature demise and that the starter is fine. I would not recommend or trust Advance to diagnose car problems or even install a battery.

Keisha was very efficient and knowledgeable about what battery I needed for my car. She was kind and passionate about her work. Highly recommend her because she has the best customer service.

Gave me the wrong part multiple times, and rude service from the girl at the counter. You’re better off going to the o’reily’s down the street. That’s what I had to do.

Keisha helped us replace a car battery and was very nice! Our car is now starting up and in good shape.

I stopped in to replace the terminal connector on my battery. JR and Milton were SUPER helpful advising me with the right part to buy and helping me through the process. Can’t recommend enough!

Was met with extreme attitude coming in to pickup an already ordered ahead item. "Keesha" proceed to waste my time for 30 minutes knowing they never had the item in stock. When requesting my order be canceled she told me she needed me out of her store because I was "feisty". Won't ever be coming back and certainly will tell friends and family to stay away.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE OFFICES You have an individual posing as a mechanic outside your store. the fact he's allowed to work on cars outside your store insinuates that you are allowing this and you approve of his work. However, there was no "license" autnehtaing under GA Law this person is indeed a certified mechanic. Please be mindful that you may be held responsible for this.

I literally just left this store about 1 minute ago. Clearly they close at 9pm on Saturdays. I went in at 8:30pm and a girl was taking out the trash. Patiently waited because I assume she was the only one at the store just for her to come in go down an aisle and ask a co-worker to help us while she continue to take out the trash. He never came and I waited literally 5 minutes before just leaving. Clearly they didn’t want to serve customers for the last 30 minutes they are scheduled to be open. I will be looking to let the supervisor know that is over the store as well.

I am in disbelief at this store with their customer service. I was driving & my windshield wiper flew off of my car. My husband told me to stop by & they would help me get the correct size & help me put it on my car. That was NOT the case. The woman helping me instructed me that she wasn’t going out in the rain (it was sprinkling) to help me and no one in the store would go out either. She then proceeded to tell me to go to another store & they might help me. This store does not care to help you at all. If this woman would have helped me put this on my car so I could have made it home safely, I was prepared to give her $100 bucks but instead she did not care about anything other than herself. Maybe one day people will have more of a work ethic.

Don't patronize ANY of the locations...especially this one! . The manager is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, aggressive individual that you will ever encounter. Evidently...WITHOUT THIS POLICY BEING VISIBLE IN ANY LOCATION WE HAVE VISITED..This company DOESN'T ACCEPT BRAND NEW TOOLS OR "ELECTRICAL" ITEMS AT ALL. So, in an abundance of caution, I purchased (2) C clamps....never used, but the company policy is to not accept them as a return! I will never patronize this location or any other location and will advise and or suggest you not patronize this company either. My purchases were made in person and not on line, but according to the most rude manager I have ever encountered you will be saddled with brand new, unused material. BUYER BEWARE!!

My go-to location simply due to the wonderful customer service each time. Reina and Mike are attentive and patient. Car issues/maintenance is stressful enough, so it is highly appreciated to deal with employees that provide a smooth experience!

Reina is the best! very knowledgeable, just a natural at making the process of fixing your car not so overwhelming. I came for a check engine light check, and yaaaay, hooked up the machine and checked it myself 🙌. Her personality and cars are a perfect match! One of the Best employees I’ve ran into 🌺

I know nothing about cars and had to come in and get my battery replaced. Reina is freaking awesome. She was a huge help and answered my questions before I could even think of them! She put in the battery and she taught me how to do it myself. I will definitely be back and everyone else should come here for your car too.

Awesome team! I was in there for only a hand full of minutes before Reina got me set up with everything I needed. I don't know too much about cars but they were extremely helpful. The store is clean and organized, I will for sure go back if I have any other car troubles.

The young lady who worked there was extremely helpful. We borrowed the diagnostic scanner and looked up a problem with our daughter's car. She looked up the code and explained what could be wrong. She even called a mechanic and helped us get an appointment within 30 minutes. She went way above what most clerks do. Visit Reina there. She will be a great help.

I had an excellent experience at this location this past Saturday. My car stalled on the interstate and my check engine light came on. Rena (I am so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was fantastic. Not only did she take the time to show me how to use the engine code machine and explain it thoroughly, she also helped me find a mechanic in the area and gave me towing options as well. She has no idea how helpful she was in getting my issues resolved and how appreciative I am for her.

I had a great experience after a white customer attempted to press his issue over mine because of Mrs Amber, Robert, and Syed Great customer service. They handled the issue professionally with a smile provided great service and customer atmosphere

I went here to purchase a standard 5/16" - 5/8" Stainless Steel Hose Clamp. I was very disappointed with the items that I received and the service that I was given. I looked in the isles for the clamps and couldn't find them. I brought the hose in with me and showed the person at the counter and she brought me a pack of clamps but was not sure if they would fit. She asked someone else and they said that if I put it on that I couldn't take it back off. I purchased the clamps that was highly priced at $8. Before leaving the counter and taking the money and receipt off the counter I examined the clips and couldn't figure out how to make them work. I asked the girl and she was clueless. The other person was helping another customer. Finally, I just said that I didn't want them. I received my money back and left. Don't go to this store for anything. It was a poor choice of items and bad service. I don't know if it's under New management but it's has changed. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts a couple doors down and found exactly what I was looking for. Price $2.99

The workers are super friendly and very helpful. I watched one go above and beyond for a customer who was not very nice, and the cashier was still friendly and solved the issue. He then made sure to help me soon afterwards. Been here multiple times and always satisfied with the products and service
