Had a very interesting and complex wheel failure despite that Josh (driver) was very helpful, professional, and even showed up an hour early. Highly recommend this business. 20 mile tow and very cheap!
I had Falcon Towing tow my Hyundai Genesis 2015 and the coordination between my driver Joe from my mechanic to the Kennesaw dealership was so hospitable that I wound up using him again to tow it back the other way. The price was very reasonable. Joe and I communicated very well and look forward to using this company as my number 1 go to each time. He also left the receipts in the console compartment which was a nice touch since I was not able to be with the vehicle during pick up and drop off. I recommend them highly in the Marietta area. Goldstars across the board!
Excellent service, quite professional, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. Due to the vehicle type, I specifically requested a flat bed and they delivered. While multiple other companies ignore the request and show up with whatever, I send them on their way. Not only was it refreshing for Falcon to follow through, they offered a great rate as well. Their service was more than expected and I have saved them in my address book for the next time. Many thanks!
Thank you to Shawn. This guy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of through Carmax. Poor guy working in a car with no air conditioning but he let me know if he sounded irritated it was because he has to roll windows up to talk on phone and it’s 100 plus outside. Somebody take care of that guy. Anyway thanks again got you on speed dial for text or call.
Had an elderly parent on the side of the road needing a tow. Joe was very helpful in getting a truck dispatched but also told me to just focus on getting to her and keeping her calm that he would handle the rest. Charles was dispatched and he had everything under control. Very positive experience and I am not sure I want to use anyone else. My new car broke down and these folks made quick work of getting it back to the dealership. Very easy to work with. All I did was leave a voicemail with my info, car info, and where it was going. Just a few minutes later I had a confirmation text and shortly after they confirmed the car was dropped at the dealer. Thank you Shaun (dispatch) and Craig (driver) for taking care of this so fast!
