I have rented space here for years now. I have no prior experience in storage rental, so i dont know how to judge in reference to other companies. I can say that in the time i have been here i have always been treated well. Courteous and friendly. As faras being secure... i left my storage unlocked one day and got a call the next day about it. So the staff walks the property. Iwas out of tow and it stayed unlocked for 2 days. I came back and checked everything and all was ok. So theftissues are low. Prices are just a little higher than most, but comparable. And the security is good. Im happy with the place.

The community service is really good and the lady that helped us was super nice and showed us around and made sure to show us all the sizes of the storage. She also spoke Spanish and also gave us all the details on how much it would be and gave us information of discounts. Her name is Alejandra and she was manager for when we went and helped us.
