This has got to be the worst store in the county. I go to buy a rear windshield wiper for my car and it's not the right one thanks to what they said. I go in the next day to return it and guess what, the store is on lock down because someone needed to go to lunch. The store hours on the door doesn't account for the store to be on lock down so I leave. I come back the next day and guess what, their computers are down. Unbelievable!!!!!
I called ahead and after a very brief hold where they ask permission first and waited for response, had an agent do a parts check he went out and found the part and when I mentioned that I would be there shortly he pulled the part and held it for me, I got in there and the price was the same as the website and no issues. I was at the point where I almost had enough cash and The clerk volunteered to comp the difference. It was about 5% of the total price so not the end of the world to me to have moved it to a credit card but it was very nice with the customer service. I highly recommend going to this Napa Auto parts.

they have no hardware at all just cotter pins totally useless people , usual answer to all customers is go somewhere else how do they afford to have 30 people standing around doing nothing
Went in today to get my battery charged. Told me it would be an hour or 2 so I waited an hour just for them to tell me I needed a new battery. They could have tested it in my car instead of me removing it and wasting an hour of my time. They even proceeded to call me bad names in Spanish assuming I don't know how to speak it. Worst place to go get anything.
Napa saved the day in a major way. My car broke down and I found the part I desperately needed on their website and they delivered the same day. The price was a third of the price of everywhere else. Amazon stated they couldn't mail that type of part in the mail. The driver brought me my parts a few hours later that day 45 mins later the Christmas tree light dash had completely cleared from my dash on the first start. The car never ran better. Thank you. Some parts or prices vary but the ignition module that was a Napa made part was excellent and cheap.
Too many workers, and only one worker attending customers. At least the other workers there should acknowledge the customers' presence with a greeting. Put back merchandise and left without any of the other three workers helping me.
Lack of inventory and knowledge from employees. Tried calling in before driving there to verify stock. I was placed on hold as if the place was really busy. I pull up 5 minutes later, and the place has 1 person shopping and 2 employees at the front desk. While my call sat on hold.
This place has been helpful kind with getting me the right parts and fix. One employee that stood out to me was Andrew. The auto parts store Jesus. Thank you for your help man.
Eddie was insightful and helpful. I did not receive service from this business but he was extremely helpful by providing detailed information on where I could get rotors cut.
Several other businesses simply told us constant inaccurate information but Eddie took the time to research and provide an answer.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Came in needing parts for my 1997 Tacoma and Jesus was very knowledgeable and helped me with every part, along with recommendations on what I may need in order to have the best outcome with the replacement of parts. Every question I asked, he answered adequately. I definitely plan on coming here from now and on because of him. Prices for parts are very reasonable as well!
I placed an order on 6/30 for next day delivery. No communication from the staff for 4 days. I called and they didn't have all items in stock and needed to restock. 1 star for lack of communication. I decided to go to o Reilly instead.
Staff was awesome extremely helpful. Took their time to search for me to try to find a very hard to come by wire connectors v for my 2016 Jeep Patriot sport75th Annivesary. !!!
Today was by far the best experience I have ever received in a parts store. Ran across this specific location by chance due to having a product nobody else had. The customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs.
1250 pm. Accidentally bought wrong oil used little for my car wanted to get it swapped out for oil. Oscar slammed the new oil down said we can't do anything!!!! I want to talk to the GM. Worst customer service ever. Never returning.
Ordered from online, it said the item was carried at the store and they will let me know when it was ready. 20 minutes before closeing and they still did not contact me. Call the store as I was driveing there, and was put on hold. I got to the store 15 minute later and still on hold. There was not one person in the store and they were not even trying to check the phone. He told me that the reason I was not contacted is because they did not have it. I look at him and said you could not call me and let me know that. He had no reply. Will never go ti this store again. Customer service is poor.
How can I put this. Well I was looking for a part for my car and I called AutoZone and not one store anywhere on any AutoZone had my part. So I tried o' reilys and same thing not one O'Reily's had my part. So I looked online. And same thing. Nobody seemed to have it and if they said they had it when I tried ordering it said no longer in stock. So I let a day or 2 go by looking and looking and I said to myself you haven't called napa. So I thought their not gonna have it but I went online looked up napa called one near me I asked the guy he said we have 1 in stock. So when I got there one guy went to the back to look for it came back said he couldn't find it. I was like it makes sense I kinda thought they were gonna say that. but he asked another employee if he could look gave him the part # the guy went to the back came back about 5 minutes later and puts my part on the desk kinda handing it to the other employee. It was a wonderful experience to have been able to find it at napa. From now on I'm going to napa first no matter what. Thanks guys

Never had any problems shopping at NAPA. Prices seem to be a bit higher than other Auto part outlets. Their quality could be a better grade and the reason for higher cost of parts.
They have some parts I need and some parts for my vehicle they don't have and I have to do a search for the parts I need from someone else. Between the three major Auto parts stores I can find what I need for my vehicle. Where I'm located the auto parts stores are close together but I generally call to see if they carry the parts I need.
I've had good experiences here. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and quick. There are other places that may be a little better on pricing and inventory but you'll also spend more time getting in and out without the expertise. I only left one star off due to sometimes being out of stock on a item...but even then they will offer to order it for you 👍
My dad went to ask for a part and asked if anyone spoke Spanish. The guy their told "NO, AND IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM" and the other two girl employees just started laughing. He did NOT went to ask for any thing for free, so their was no reason why they had to be so rude to him. Really hope they hire people with a little bit of knowledge of what customer service is about.
