I came here to buy a car battery replacement. I asked if they would be able to pop it in before I bought the battery and they said sure. I bought the battery even though it was more expensive here compared to Walmart. After buying it, the female employee claimed she was to busy to do it. This store can not be trusted and I will be taking my business to Walmart or Costco in the future.

Noel offered me great customer service and knowledge. My visit was quick and easy things to guys like him. I will be definitely shopping at this location.

I went in for a car battery and the stuff helped me out. The wait at the register was sort of long but the girl who replaced the battery saved the day. Thanks AutoZone Team.

I went to the auto zone on plaza blv and bought new wind shield wipers. I accidentally bought the wrong wipers and Noel came to my rescue to help me exchange and put the wipers on for me. I really appreciate his help and the good service he provided

For the first time in a long while, I finally met somebody in customer service that actually seems to like what they do. Went to the Auto Zone in National City on Plaza Blvd. and was assisted by an employee named Noel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in identifying what was going on with my car, and what the actual names of the parts I was going to need to help fix the problem. From the moment I walked in, I heard "welcome to autozone" and he was standing there smiling asking "How can I help you". That was a couple days ago, and now that my car is fixed and back to its normal operating condition, i have to say he was 100% rite with his recommendations.. Thanks Noel. Needless to say, this man deserves a raise and should be the standard of how you treat a customer. Sorry for the long review, but he's definitely worth it.

Went in the store today and Noel was very helpful. He needs a RAISE!! Represented the company very well. Just in the short time i was there you could tell hes a good guy. Inside the store all represenatives were assisting other customers, very respectful and professional.

AutoZone on plaza blvd. (2500 east plaza blvd) is the store of my choice. All the others ones are to up tight. I only started going to plaza recently because of the manager Noel C. The dude was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly friendly. I’ll drive there because I get really great customer service from all the employees. It’s a bit out of my way but well worth the drive. Keep up the great work team AutoZone. And to the Mngr Noel C. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. Greatly appreciate it.

Wanted to see if there was still an oil and oil filter bundle deal going on, however, the store manager was very unprofessional and unwilling to help me. If he was the store manager he should know what sales and deals are going on. He looked at me as if I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about while searching up cars on OfferUp during store hours. This made me even more upset. I had to go to the Autozone off of broadway in Chula Vista to get the help I needed and the deal I wanted. Don’t go to this location. You’re better off going to the Autozone on the other end of Plaza Blvd.

I went into the store, the staff was very helpful. Special shout to the assistant manager Jesus who was very knowledgeable on the matter that brought me into the store. I can confidently leave knowing that I had an expert assist me in my decision making. I'd recommend this specific location to my friends and family for any other car needs.

Not helpful customer service. My son went to buy a wiper the one the girl gave him wasn’t the right one. Had to return later in the day to return and exchange for correct one (have always bought wipers at auto zone and they have installed them) my son 17 clueless about how to install them ask CSR if they can put them on and he said NO. My son then had to drive to another auto zone the one on highland where the manager Ivan gladly helped him out! Great customer service by Ivan thank you for helping my son

I wish I could remember the staff member's name because he was so helpful. I went in to get a side mirror and after he was unable to locate one at another store or order a replacement he took the time to give me reccommendations of nearby junk yards and retailers that may have it. He also gave great advice on how to install it. In addition when I went back to purchase something else offered even more advice on how to fix some other problems I was having my with my door. He helped to save me so much money and time.
