Great experience at Firestone off plaza blvd . I can guarantee your car is in good hands. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of what they are doing . Daniel was the technician taking care of me, and my oil change was done in no time . Waiting area is nice and clean and makes it a comfortable place to wait. I was scheduled for an oil change at 12, but I tried to come early today at 7 just to see if they can help me at this time. The person that helped me was very nice and he helped me right away. I recommend this place because of their fast service.

not terrible but the prices for basic fixes are astronomical, they tried to charge $1,600 for tie rod replacement and wheel alignment when i found those parts for under $100 a whole set! i have gone twice and paid at over 100 to have them tell me they can't fix the issues they found or diagnose the full issue in house and will have to take it somewhere else. what is the point of coming here at all if i have to go somewhere else later and pay more? feels like shady business practices.

This place always takes care of us. Makes life much easier with them being open 7 days a week. The staff is always awesome and very helpful. They are always fair and never up sell anything.

Tried to get a new tire like 2 hours before they close but was told to come back in the morning so I went to Discount Tire & gave them my business & $$, this place is over priced anyways. Go elsewhere you'll be glad you did. I spent a lot previously but needed work done at that time, never again here. I'll go where they want & deserve my future business. Thanks but no thanks.😔😞

My husband and I have been coming to Firestone Complete Auto Care for the last 11 years. In this time, we have brought personal and work vehicles for services such as oil change, tire, brake, alignment installation and maintenance that keeps our vehicles in optimal condition. We have been able to get services any day of the week starting at 7am. Firestone has a full-service evaluation that helps determine a vehicle condition ( before buying/selling a vehicle). Safety has been our main concern for daily drive and road trips as well. The prices are very reasonable compared to dealerships or other Autocare centers. You are all invited to bring your vehicles to Firestone Complete Autocare to keep it in optimal condition!!.

I stopped by on a. Sunday morning. I was greet with friendly, and respectful staff. My technician Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and provided the service requested in a good time frame. I recommend this place. It was fast, fair price and done right.

Firestone Complete Auto Care at Plaza Blvd really takes care of me! The team is always friendly and upfront about what my car needed, no pressure at all. They got the work done quickly, and I noticed the difference right away. They always kept me updated while my car was being serviced. Definitely a place I trust and will come back to. Shout to Alan for taking good care of my car maintenance needs.

Update: would not recommend for an oil change. After one day, I noticed a small amount of oil in the driveway which turned into a full on puddle after two days. Definitely would not come again

Is it a Sunday and gosh all the Tire places are closed? Well, Hallelujah!! FIRESTONE is open on Sundays! After church, after lunch... a flat tire? Yup. Just go there. They will be open. Got the tire, they balanced it, and then we took it back to the car in question. What a relief
