They sold me a car that had transmission problems and oil leaks I don't know how they passed the inspection, they never answered me as such and said they would sell it and give me my part and I'm going to be a year waiting for the money, the car never worked and I lost almost all the loan money I used to get it out, I'm still waiting for an answer
I drove about 40 miles down south to look at two cars I had seen in their website that I liked. I was there for about 25 minutes looking at them and no one even stepped out their office to offer me if I wanted to test drive them or even said hi nothing. I did try to wave from the outside but one came out possibly they were too busy who knows.
After a while I decided to leave. Didn't buy from them or had the chance to interact with their sales team. But best believe if I drove all the way to national city it was because it was interested.
As sales person you never know who you can get a sale from.
I probably won't go back just because I can see that they don't have the time to be helping their customers
Fantastic service, Mauricio was the one that helped me out, looking for the perfect car. He was pretty helpful and polite. Also, very patient with me. 100 percent would have people come to him, to find the car they wanted.
Although I did not purchase from them, I did want to mention how kind and welcoming my time was at Convoy Motors. Mauricio answered all my questions and was a class act throughout. Did not feel pressured or annoyed like at other dealers, it was all very casual! Lower prices than most other dealers, and better inventory too. If only all dealers cared the same way these guys do!
Great family owned business. Great dealership good prices I really actually like the salesman here very sincere, honest, polite man, and his sons would definitely recommend you won’t feel taken advantage of.
Came back to buy my 3rd car now in the last 7 years. From the first time I spoke to Silvio until today, I’m impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that he has. My last car I bought over the phone and I could be more satisfied in the whole process A - Z. This man has my business for life!
I drove over from Yuma Arizona to meet with sales reps, in order to take a look at a car I have been interested in. They were respectful and polite and took the car out on a drive with me even though I was there close to closing time. I was discussing the purchase with my CU, and no one pressured or tried to manipulate me into a quick decision.
They had a number of high end cars on the lot, the one I was interested in, and many more. I’m hoping to work out the details of this purchase still, but recommend them without reservation.

Didn't disclose everything wrong with the vehicle, costing quite a bit of money and for sure more than it's worth. Highly don't recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Antonio was very attentive, kind, and quick to reply to emails. He provided great information and planned to work with me to inspect and ship a vehicle in which I had interest. Additionally, the price for the vehicle seemed fair for its condition, and the lack of arbitrary additional fees (often tacked on by other dealerships) was promising. However, I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, due to some concerns regarding manufacturing defects and previous owner history.
Ten out of ten service! These guys know how to take care of a customer . They definitely go above and beyond to make the deal happen. No gimmicks no nonsense. Best deals in san diego if your looking for a great car at a great price 👍
I was inquiring about a box truck and was emailing with Anthony Munoz rudest person I’ve ever spoke to called to talk to somebody and they’re just as rude on the phone I do not recommend this company at all.
Exactly it doesn’t cost anything to be kind and you were far from that. I took my business elsewhere and received better service and got exactly what I was looking for!

Very good experience for the most part with this company to purchase a used 2012 Ford F150 supercrew 4x4. Mauricio was very attentive to my needs and patient as I slowly decided on what I wanted for my used car purchase. He was avaliable to answer all questions as dumb as they may seem and I highly recommend using this dealer for a used truck. It was a bit of a hassle when I had to figure out a way to get 2 hours away to pick up this fabulous truck and it being a govt vehicle before me, there are so alterations to the vehicle like no back seats but that's OK.. I love my truck!
Bought 2 cars from them and let me tell you Antonio and his son were the best thing that ever happened to me . They got me right every time no problems and nothing but help they worked with me and also made sure I got what I needed and deserved would most def reconnect to anybody out there looking to buy a new car. They must have oodles of customers in line for each vehicle. We have dealt with rude car salesman in the past but this is next level. The chip shortage has brought the worst in them and they might think the market will be on their favor forever. They act as if they were doing you a favor for having the privilege of buying through them.
Found exactly what I was looking for! Quite the selection to choose from. Honest and transparent communication regarding the vehicle's history. Came in looking for something to use for my business and very happy with my choice. Definitely recommend for pre-owned and great pricing.

I recently just bought another car with Convoy Motors and that’s because the experience is simply amazing. The first vehicle I bought with them was very well maintained but it was a two door. I wanted a bigger vehicle and I was able to find the right car for me AGAIN. I never have any problems with the dealership or the vehicles I buy from them and because I have built a great relationship with Edgar I continue to come back. Also I was in and out very quick which works great for me since I have a busy schedule. Convoy motors will also provide you with a CarFax report with any vehicle you purchase which is fantastic because then you know how the previous owner took care of the vehicle. Thank you again guys will be back next year to buy a SUV!!
Took the price up $1000 from what it was listed for. Had the nerve to tell me thats the cash price. If you want to finance it, its $1000 more! These guys never run out of ways to try and get more money. Since when is the listing price based on cash purchase. Just when you thought youd seen it all.
Totally agree with Pedro Acosta! Convoy motors is the worst place to do car buying business! Should let us rate no stars! Made my first Car buying experience a nightmare! They employ Incompetent salesman that make excuse after excuse and tell lies about helping you! Sold me a car without test driving because they knew it was junk! Claiming it was serviced at the "dealer" Took my money on the first day though! After a week of rift raft with this place picked up car and everything is wrong with it. Was told to bring it in but didn't, just don't want to deal with them anymore. Most likely gonna give me the run around anyway. never got a phone call to ask if I was gonna have them check it out but hounded me for a WHOLE WEEK about calling the finance company so I could expedite the phone interview and salesman could be paid. Very shady place I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Do recommend to buy a used car at a certified used dealer because these independent places do 2oo$ manicures on these cars and throw them on the lot and take us for suckers!
I bought an Audi R8 from these guys back in June 2018. Worst buying experience in my life. They had 3 promises which would fix 3 very simple issues in the car. Once they got my money I had to be on top of them, wouldn’t return my calls, poor professionalism. Till this day I haven’t heard from them and have not completed the promises that are writing in the buying contract. Stay away they lie a lot.
Did in-house financing with around 5k down. Let me just say they have a excellent person skills when it comes to buying cars. I was in and out like I wanted to be. I didn’t want to be in a car dealership all day. Even though I got out in stellar time let me tell you I was well taken care of. They have also went above and beyond with me. I am not an easy person to please whatsoever just putting that one out there. Can’t wait to pay this one off to get another and then another and then have all my friends buy one from these good guys!!!! Bought a bmw 328i all red interior from them. Beautiful car!!!
Last week I purchased a 2018 Silverado from this Dealership. I have done a fair amount of car shopping by myself, with my friends, and with my father. I know how car salesmen/saleswomen are. They’re sharks. They only care about themselves and sweeting you up to something you might not need/want. The men I met Edgar and Moe are the exact opposite. Every other dealership I’ve been to, I’ve been deceived in some way/shape/or form. These guys are great. 100% honest from start to end. I let them know I might be stopping by to look at the truck and they washed it and cleaned it. I got an amazing deal. Everyone I work with is jealous of my truck! This place is the real deal. I would recommend this place to my mother, and my best friends. Absolutely 110% satisfied with the service, as well as the vehicle!!! FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH it’s night and day between Edgar and Moe and every other dealership I’ve been at. Plus the cars are phenomenal. I mean seriously you gotta see what they got in their lot.
Purchased a car from Convoy Motors on eBay sight unseen. It was the best price available for the car even considering I had to ship it from California to New York. Silvio at Convoy Motors worked with me to get the best rate possible for shipping and the car arrived soon after. There was a minor issue with the car thanks to the shipping company but Silvio stepped up and helped anyway. Thank you for the fantastic service, will certainly do business again when I'm ready to upgrade to a Porsche 911!
I'm well pleased with my purchase from this dealership. Mr Silvio Gallone, owner was upfront with everything about the car and its condition, etc. He handled all the paperwork since I was from out of state including transporting the car after the sale.
I flew in to inspect the car prior to purchase and he picked me up at the airport and took me back for my return flight home - at no charge! That's service.

I am very pleased with the car I bought at Convoy motors. My dealings with the company were by email and telephone. The owner, Silvio Gallone is easy to deal with, attentive to questions, provided pertinent answers, attention to detail and good follow-up. He helped me get a thorough Pre-Purchase Inspection at a San Diego Porsche dealer, transporting the vehicle to and from the dealer. He facilitated shipping it to Colorado at a reasonable price. The laws of the states vary especially in the area of registering salvage vehicles, but Mr. Gallone helped me navigate them, providing all the forms and documents I needed to register the car and obtain a Colorado title. Buying a salvage vehicle is not for everybody, but if you find what you want, I would recommend this company highly.
