I was looking online for a used Toyota truck and saw this 2017 Tundra for sale at price i could afford. The Dealership was not far from my home. So I called to see if it was available and spoke with Louie the salesman who said yes so I went and inspected the truck test drove it and during that ride Louie explained and gave me the history of the truck. He is very knowledgeable and smart about the automotive business, he did not try to push me into to buying actually recommend that I shop around and see what else is available. Bottom line is I Purchased the truck and very pleased with it I salute you Louie Castro for being understanding and making me feel like family, I will recommend VALUE CARS ,INC. to my friends and family.

I’ve had the absolute WORST experience with this dealership I went to buy a car with my dad April 25th I bought a Volkswagen pssat 2017 car was running fine it’s been less than a week and the alternator gave out fortunately I pay the HIGH insurance they offered and got a warranty because I would’ve been out of a good 2k which is almost the amount I put down for the car I currently have to pay 200 for the diagnostic but I’m so disappointed this was my first ever car and my experience has been a nightmare I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. If buying a car here please do a thorough test and bring your own mechanic!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The car had multiple issues right from the start, and when I reached out to the dealership for help, they refused to fix it. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise against buying a car from this place if you want a reliable vehicle and decent customer support. Dont come here!!

Today I went to look at cars and left with a Honda civic thanks to the staff at value cars inc from the sales person Gabriel the finance guy Rene and the manager Hilda were all outstanding and helped me very well. This is my second car I buy from this dealer and I would recommend it to anyone the whole staff is very friendly and willing to help you as much as possible. I will definitely be coming back.
Had amazing experience from the beginning to end. My husband and I were searching for a Tesla model x we visited many dealers and one thing the other dealers lacked was customer service and transparency. When we found our Tesla at Value Cars each salesman was very attentive and friendly. Don did the test drive with us and was super professional and even though he wasn't completely knowledgeable about the Tesla model X, I appreciated his honesty. If he didn't know something he went online printed out the information or asked a colleague who did. Other dealerships would pretend or make an excuse if the vehicle didn't function properly.
Gabriel, Mauricio, the owner Paul and all staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The process was fast and simple. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience from start to finish. They have an amazing selection of vehicles and you can’t beat the prices and service they provide.
