Every time I come in here there is always a long line.....this is the MAIN HUB for autozone and there is always 1 or 2 people on the register......I always see 3 or 6 workers on the back working on other things and the LINE is always very very slow.

I’m once again at the Hub 907 E Plaza and Jesus C was the man to help me find a radiator hose for my truck. He called multiple stores for me to stock check the hose. He was happy to help and never made me feel like a bother. Will definitely be coming back for Jesus C. in the afternoon and Jessica in the night time! Thank you guys so much!

Gabriel from autozone helped me so much when above and beyond very patient show me how to spray the corrosion on your car, he tested my alternator and engine. It was all good it past. Furthermore, we discovered AA screwdriver in my engine. But with his extra eyes assisted me a lot, that probably that was the issue, he's a wonderful man.God bless him thank you autozone

I ordered online and paid for it. I showed up the next day to pick it up and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. What a great way to shop. Thank you to the cheerful young woman who assisted me.

This my favorite store, every time I need a part that's my place, everyone are very helpful and very profesional, my last couple times where exceptional , igot helped by stefany Chavez and Diana, they help me with nice and friendly service, also manager mark very nice.

My car battery exploded! Bad day, nope! Because it died in walking distance to Auto Zone! And the Manager & staff went above and beyond to help me. I’ve been to this Auto Zone before and it’s the same everyday. Busy with excellent service. As an auto hobbyist . This is your Auto Zone! They got the part or can get it QUICK!

I have a battery that has a warranty label if it ever gets deffective that autozone would give us a new battery so unfortunately we did come 20 mins before closing but the manager of the store didn’t want to give us the new battery nor help us cause they wanted to leave right away and head home . The manager was saying that the paperwork would take forever to complete and they would have to test the battery. So now we’re stranded outside the store unable to get home . The manager is refusing to give us his name- I will say the employees did want to help but the manager told them to refuse service. What’s sucks is that the manager gets to go home but we can’t cause we’re stuck here UPDATE: when the manager and employee stepped out I told him that he gets to go home and we don’t and thanks for your incredible service he said with a thumbs up and a smile you’re welcome, and left in his truck. Now out of his guilty conscience he came back and asked to if he wanted a jump start and this is the result, I do sound like a crash out and pissed off but it’s for a good reason

Call in for a part and the girl literally ask me 4 times the year make and model. Then acts like she’s sorry then laughs and says I’m sorry is it a v6 or v8 I litterally tell her I need to speak to someone else and she rudely puts me on hold then proceeds to keep picking up to see if I’m still on hold then this genius proceeds to talk crap on me while the phone is picked up thinking it’s on hold. Next call is corporate I hope to god they review the phone call because this was the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Is this shop that hard up or have we truly lost all hope in the next generation. Pretty sure chewing bubblegum and walking is difficult for this one. Fire her. No sympathy in her mishaps just laughs

Sales Agustin Salgado has poor customer skills, bad attitude, very negative person, not willing to help customer and also gets offended and leaves you on attended on the registered for telling him you need help in returning items or lost your ticket if he could look up your account. Thankful they have more staff that are friendly with great customer services. But unfortunately only takes one person to make a company look bad. As me I will Glady shop at other auto parts stores.

Luz was amazing at helping us check our battery. Not only did she load test it but also offered to test the starter. When she didn't know exactly how to test the starter, she went inside, told us to wait a minute and came back. She didn't let her not knowing how to do something get in the way of helping us. She was amazing at helping us

Great service. Joseph one of the managers helps me change my low lights on my car. Went out of his way to change them with them outside the store. If he didn’t help me idk who would of. Great location !

Went here this Friday just to get light bulbs. Stood in a line about 15 mins. No one asked if I was ready to pay or anything. So I just put it back and left. Bought better ones on sale at Walmart. Thank you for amazing customer service jk.

After calling and making sure they had the part in stock as well as asking to physically verify the part was in stock I drove to that store only to arrive and they tell me they don’t have the part and can’t even find it on the computer. So I figured okay in here let me get a power steering hose. Since I drove all the way out here out of my way. The. I asked can you give me some type of small discount for the trouble mark P said no I can’t it’s not our fault you came all the way out here we could only do so much over the phone. To where I said okay thank you

I went in to return a part that I bought the day before because it did not have to correct connections for my car. I was told they do not sale that part and it was used I told them here is my receipt and here is the picture of the one on my car clearly it's not the correct part you gave me. I said I just want my refund and go somewhere else to get my part. I will never purchase anything from Auto zone again they accused me of bring an old part in. I am an honest person and dont appreciate being accused of bringing an old part. I will take my business somewhere else. It was reg 4 CRS #79 receipt # 094256

I drove from El Cajon to this location simply cause no had the part that i need other than 907 plaza blvd,so i have requested a knock sensor for my 2007 GMC that i was sure that they had the part,a guy named Joseph.G, might be the manager am not sure,he showed me these parts in the picture,after inspecting it ,it did not look like they are identical, cause i needed two of the same part one was bigger than the other,so i raised the question as to why they are not the same,i just wanted to make sure,since i had to drive a long way to get there.Joseph apparently for not reason was not happy with my question ,and so he told me that he was not going to sell me the parts,and when i asked why he said cause I was not going to buy it, i said i want to make sure am getting the right part since i drove a long way.I found that response very disrespectful, not to mention the fact i did not see a sign that reads (we have the right not to serve nor sell anyone for no reason ),so to cut the story short i asked him to scan both just to make sure it will read same price so i can buy it,and so it did read the same,and i took the risk and made the purchase.The picture clearly shows that parts are not alike although it might still work,will have to wait till i install it,but regardless he has no right to be very disrespectful in any way ,and acting as if he is the owner,that can refuse to sell to anyone for not reason.I have been with Auto zone for years but now,I will never ever buy anything from Auto zone ever again .

So I showed up at this location at 9:53 p.m. needing a part for my truck and the doors were locked there was one guy counting money at the register and one guy at the door telling me that they couldn't sell me any more parts because the cash registers were closed their advertised Time closing is 10:00 p.m. I arrived in more than enough time to get the part pay for it and be out the door before 10 pm. The closing manager was just a straight-up D-Bag

Staff was incredibly helpful! Changed the battery in my key fob for me and located the part that I needed for my car at another location and ordered it for me. I'm so grateful for everything they did for me!

I normally don't write reviews but these employees went above and beyond for me. I visited this Autozone location on November 18th and Jose assisted me. Jose had helped me find the headlight I needed for my car and ensured I got the right one that would fit. I don't think they normally do this, because they are so busy and that day there was a line per usual. Jose helped me install my headlight which was amazing because driving without a headlight is dangerous, and I needed help because I did not have a lift support on my hood. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The headlight bulb was $129 and I took time to try to find out why it was significantly more expensive. I did not know the bulb was LED. I bought my used Lexus RX 350 2010 in May and I was unaware I had a LED bulb. Jason had helped me to price match with Walmart for $90 which was a big price difference, I got a $50 refund and purchased some lift support for my vehicle's hood. I also spoke with Carlos on the phone and he was very professional. I did reach out to the regional office to ask about a refund, and it was not to leave bad feedback but to request a price match. I was too embarrassed to go down to the store, but they had reached out and offered a resolution. I would highly recommend this location, and they deserve praise for their professionalism and customer service. I want to thank you all for your help, and you have been a customer for life. I also make sure to visit with my boyfriend and family to purchase things we need for our vehicles.

I don't always agree with their prices as being fair, one can sometimes, not all the time, buy the same part through e-bay or amazon for considerably less. Still, Auto Zone is my supplier of choice and I'd recommend them over any other auto parts store in town. Service and return policy are very customer oriented.

There was a long wait, more than 45 minutes. not enough people to see customers, manager was so busy helping every worker, for one reason or another. Jason was very nice; but they need at least 5 of him.

I'd give more stars if you had your lane to check out go faster. I left a review here, I am not going to go to an email and leave a review. Obviously, the day I was there the lines were very long and as other employees were available none jumped on a register. One particular employee had a attitude like he did not want to be at work. Well who wants to when lines are long and you have other management not helping. I understand you have to get parts, discuss parts how about just a line to check out those customers just buying something from the store shelf. Just an idea. Or have more clerks on a register when the lines are busy. But hey thanks for the reply hopefully you see this cause I am not going to your separate email system.

I walk in and there are 5 people in front of me, 2 guy’s helping customers;10 people working in the back . A few busy doing….🤷 3 people leave because they are tired of waiting. Lorence is helping me, this guy has as much enthusiasm as a guy on his way to the electric chair. Moves at the pace of a snail going up hill. They don’t care about the customer coming in the door; they are a warehouse, they make money from online orders; and other stores ordering. Don’t rush to go to this store.

I called this store for a parts check. Lawrence went "above and beyond" to go back and check that the pulley on the Alternator I was looking for spun freely and true. That's a valuable employee. I never visited this store, but I hope all their employees exemplify the same character. A Big Thank You !
