I can't say enough about Edwin's professionalism and fast response rate. I unfortunately had damaged one of my tires on the highway in the early AM and during the week before most tire shops open. As soon as firestone had opened, I was able to connect with Edwin and he squeezed me in for that same day without an appointment. I was able to get back on the road in about 2.5 hours and back to work without a huge delay.

I experienced a slow leak in my right front tire. I visited the local Firestone dealer due to past experience with them. The tech who looked at my tire told me the shop would not repair the tire due to liability concerns. He told me I needed two new tires despite the tires' tread being well above the wear bars. He also told me the tire pressure sensors were not correctly aligned to the wheel for which they were reporting pressure. I subsequently learned that was not accurate. He also showed me something stuck in the left front tire. He did not remove it saying the damage to the tire made it unrepairable. It turned out to be a nail in the tread not causing air lossI took the vehicle to another tire shop. That shop found a very small item causing the slow leak puncture. He could not see the item casing the leak until he immersed the wheel in water and traced the bubbles to the source of the leak. I got the tire repaired for $15. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this store.
Hit a bad pothole today that took out two of our tires. Luckily, we were fortunate enough that it happened close to the Firestone on Highland. Ian was great start to finish. He kept us informed on what was needed and made sure we were back on the road within hours. Greatly appreciated!
Firestone highland location was super helpful to me. They were able to take me in when I had called for an appointment for oil change and they went above and beyond making sure my care was properly cared for. The Manager Ian helped me and addressed all my concerns. And the Gentlemen that helped me with my appointment Nano made sure to work with me on my schedule to get me in at a competitive time.

Total disappointment. Picked up my car from MBZ for service, went to Discount Tire for four brand new tires, then went to Firestone for an alignment. Took Firestone TWO hours to complete an alignment causing me to miss a work appointment, come to find out the alignment is now in worse condition then how it was when I brought the car in! The “tech” also notated that spark plugs and brake fluid needs to be replaced, when the dealership just got done doing BOTH THIS MORNING! Front desk agent told me that the dealership may not have cleaned the brake fluid reservoir causing the fluid not to be clean. Called the dealership and they said they REPLACED THE RESERVOIR in addition to the fluid so Firestone is lying to my face. Asked the guy at the counter if he can fix my alignment and told me I will need to wait THREE MORE hours since other customers are now ahead of my car. Front desk guy was argumentative on top of it all! What a disaster this place is!!!!
It is always a pleasure to worth with Jonathan, the Store Manager. His store is always clean and organized. His staff, especially Ian, Nano and Brittany, are friendly, courteous and professional. The technicians are very experienced and vehicles are always well seviced.

I was on a very tight time constraint, stressed, dealing with an issue that involved another Firestone in Georgia (I moved back to California recently) and I was on a strict budget. Long story short, I needed new tires, pads and rotors. Jonathan and Nano took care of everything for me in less than 3 hours, stayed within my budget, and I will tell everyone I know that needs service to come and see these 2! This situation was very stressful for me and both of them handled it like champs, solved my problem effortlessly and got me back on the road! I can never express how much I appreciate their time, kindness and support! Thank you very much!!!!

Jonathan is amazing, he is very professional and takes the time to explain and answer all my questions. My daughter recommended me to him because she has had great experience with her own car.
Service was easy to schedule same‑day, and the work was completed within just a few hours. Communication was excellent throughout, and they even caught a mistake on their end and fixed it immediately. The only drawback was the cost — basic‑level tires and brakes came to $2,400. Ouch.
Good place to get your car repaired. Even on a Sunday which is very convenient. they have fixed or attempted to fix one of my car issues? It's taking at least 4 trys. But uh they keep, on working at it.
I came in for a set of tires and was greeted by Jonathan with an excellent attitude. He was very helpful throughout the process and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend coming here for anyone in need of quality service.
So I was here getting an oil change and a full car inspection before heading to Washington. This was back in June when I had work done at this place. The person helping me claimed there was all this stuff wrong with my control arm and suspension. He had me come outside while somebody demonstrated “the problem” by driving my car forward and then slamming on the brakes. The car skipped a little—which of course it would if you slam the brakes—and he insisted that was because my control arm was bad. I told him, “Well, you just slammed on the brakes, of course my car is going to jerk like that.”
Then he brought me inside to show me a tire, explaining how it should look versus how mine looked. I researched online, the symptoms of bad suspension/control arm issues, and it didn't match anything I was experiencing. Everything I read said I would have noticed specific problems and I hadn’t.
I’m always worried about shops trying to fool me into unnecessary repairs, and this felt exactly like that. I didn’t get any of the work they recommended- only the oil change I originally came in for. I didn’t trust them. My car wasn’t showing any of the signs of a bad control arm. And when I got home and had Nissan check it, they told me everything was just fine—they had no idea what this shop was talking about. This was just yesterday I brought my car into Nissan. It wasn't sooner because I've been out of the country for the last two months.
These people, however, were clearly lying to make money, probably assuming I’d fall for it because I’m a woman. I’m pretty sure the person “helping” me was a manager, which makes it worse. He was an older, thin, hispanic man. Not okay. I won’t be back.
I got outstanding service from beginning to end here!! Great customer service with with fast service on my flat tire. Will definitely be if I have any other car issues. Jonathan and has staff were perfect and very polite. Thanks again!

As soon as I arrived to the store I was greeted by the store manager. Jonathan was super helpful and the mechanic, Roberto Garcia, was super fast with my vehicle’s inspection. Been a Firestone customer for over 10 years, and I highly recommend.

Went in and out today... 5 hours, fast service. Great customer service. Any questions, as Jonathan the manager. Replaced my rear and front shock and struts, left and right bearing seals, alignment service and coolant radiator service. Overall, I'm satisfy with the work...but not the price....$3.3k !!! Pricey! if the repairs hold I will change the star rating, if they don't hold... I will update as well. Service guarantee for 12 months. Parts guaranteed for life.
