This place, just, wow. Wanted a 2012 VW jetta they had. Wanted to finance. Had $700 down and a trade in. Rigo tells me the Jetta is too old to finance. Then why is it an option? I fill out the credit application anyway, and he says "get a personal loan or credit card from your banks to pay for the car." I dont like wellsfargo, and just got SDCCU last month, so I don't think they'll give me a loan yet, I tell him, mind you my credit is good. He says "let me know..." that was the end of it, I thought.
The next day I get a notification that my credit WAS in fact ran for a loan. I text and ask if they did run my credit, Rigo says "yes, but the issue isnt your credit, its the year of the vehicle, and I know your banks will give you the loan..." then it became "do you have more money to put down?" And then just stopped responding. So, yeah, no car, dinged credit and just frustration. Thanks national city auto center

At the end of July purchased 2018 Alfa Romeo with 47000 miles which I thought was a good deal. Little did I know that the car was never serviced not even an oil change. About 2 weeks ago going to work the car starts smoking from the hood on the freeway
Had it towed to repair shop to find out oil was low and had a leak water pump was not functioning. I would not recommend this place to an enemy spoke to the manager and was told that since I bought it over 2 months ago can not do anything about it. $3200 repair + $150 tow and $520 rental. ??
Needless to say stay away from this place

Avoid National City Auto Center Inc at all costs! The vehicles were in poor condition and overpriced. To make matters worse, the salesman had severe personal hygiene issues, which was a major turnoff. The cherry on top was when he started badmouthing other dealerships, which raised serious red flags about his professionalism. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would advise others to steer clear.

Don't buy from here. My car is no longer drivable, sold me a car that was in accident, and know it has electrical problems and is not drivable and I still owe only had for 6 months and know there ignoring me and the insurance they gave me is not valid because the car was in a accident Mike is so rude and a liar
